I had Kitchen Village remodel two bathrooms for me. I had visited and talked to several other places, but this one just felt right from the moment I walked in. Their display area felt warm and was showing the style I was looking for in a bathroom. Jim listened to my wants/needs and designed the bathroom perfectly. Im a person who doesnt make decisions easily and Jim was very patient with me. He recommended a specific tile for the master bathroom, but when I wasnt sure, he took me around to show me what else was available. Ultimately, I went with what he had recommended and I love it! Our experience with Trish at Kitchen Village was excellent. We cannot say enough good things about Trish and the job she did re-designing our kitchen and master bathroom. She spent time to get to know us and our design style and ideas for the space. Trish redesigned our kitchen in a way that maximized the use of the space in a way that was consistent with our design ideas. One example is that Trish suggested we convert a small closet-style pantry into a breakfast/coffee bar that would better utilize the space and also serve as a focal point in the room. Her design advice was spot-on---the breakfast bar is amazing and we wonder how we lived without it! Our master bathroom had a unique shape and some angled walls that we feared would prove challenging, but Trish navigated these potential obstacles with ease and came up with a very creative use of the space that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Dorothy, our project manager, of Kitchen Village listened our ideas to transform our rather antiquated bathroom to a modern-day usable bathroom. We were apprehensive in eliminating our tub (as well as KV)and replacing this with a shower, sliding door, and a pocket door for access to this room. Our selections of materials and work was adequately described and followed to the end of our project. The no tub concept is working out for us asAll staff members at KV also helped in guiding in transitioning our thoughts and plans to make sure our selections would complement each other as per our plans. Changes were made upon the recommendation of KV when it was needed upon discussion and authorized by us.Our carpenters, Chris and Mark, worked diligently to make sure that every detail was installed properly. We could not have been assigned a better pair of workers. They always told us when they were arriving and what work was to be performed daily. Every detailed installation worked out accordingly. Very poor customer service. I called them to seek help with kitchen remodeling, the lady on the phone directly told me that she doesn’t believe I will be a good fit, without even asking me enough info. She told me that their avarege remodel costs $40k and she thought that I wouldn’t maybe afford that. Not to mention I haven’t even asked anything about the cost. Based on my accent she judged me right away. She basically turned down the deal without even assessing the situation professionally. The company for sure lost a good deal. Very professional!Update after the response from the owner:The feedback is not accurate. I do not live in a small condo. You also did not refer anyone else.

I bought a new oven that was the same size as the one it replaced but it didnt fit into the space. I called many places for help without success. Kitchen Village came and adjusted my cabinets so that it fits perfectly. They were so professional and did a fantastic job!

Overall, very pleased with the kitchen/utility room remodel. Layout proved to be beyond expectations! Designer was very open to work with our ideas and suggestions. Quality of materials (cabinets/flooring/countertop) exceeded expectations. Excellent work by craftsmen and installers. Appreciated the working relationship that Kitchen Village has with Novak and Parker for help with the kitchen appliances. Project ran a little over budget, and seemed a bit delayed near the end due to issues with obtaining the correct components needed to complete the work, but overall met our expectations. Jim was on-site more than we expected (much appreciated!) in order to insure our complete satisfaction. Would definitely come back to Kitchen Village for future remodeling projects!

This place is fantastic. We had a major kitchen remodel done at our home that included wall removal, wall construction, plumbing and electrical rework, window removal and modification, HVAC changes and numerous code upgrades. We also had flooring and bricking related to the kitchen project. As you can imagine there were numerous challenges that arose that were all dealt with rather elegantly by Jim and Trish as well as their very capable and experienced subcontractors. The carpenters rose successfully to every challenge that they faced. The overall product is amazing and fully functional. Excellent experience throughout.

Kitchen Village redid my kitchen plus replaced counter tops, sinks and faucets in two bathrooms. All work was exceptional!
