Went in to get my factory amp checked out as my sound wont turn on in vehicle. Spent all of 10 minutes there to be told my head unit is the problem and I need a new one. I purchased a 289 dollar head unit and had it installed to find out this unit doesnt work either. So I hooked up the factory stereo, and that didnt work either!. Did your establishment actually take a look at it thoroughly like i asked?? Or did they just open the door and change a couple of settings on my head unit? 🤔

Called to get information about an install for some car audio equipment and got a voicemail as it was outside their normal business hours. Never got a call back. No biggie.. called today to talk with someone and they told me they were with a customer and would call me right back. No biggie... Never got a call back. Not getting a 3rd strike. Ill go elsewhere.

Really good prices and friendly customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have my windows tinted, but wont be able to for a while due to the virus. Will review once that occurs, but in the meantime their helpfulness alone earns them 5 stars.

Took my car in for a new radio unit install. During install they went above and beyond and repaired some wiring issues in turn fixing my cruise control, keyless entry, and dome light. Couldnt be more happy! Highly recommend!

Cons: Didnt feel welcome, pretty expensive, never called when done with installation, said they couldnt do the install on day of appointment because they didnt have the harness (never called to let me know and wasted gas going there and received no sort of compensation or discount). Waited in lobby for 15 minutes before even getting help.Pro: Install looked good and professionally done.Only reason I went here was because xplosive audio was closed. Made a mistake going here and dont recommend. Wouldve paid less than half of what i paid here than xplosive for the SAME JOB. If yoy have the choice, set your reservation with xplosive audio, you wont regret it.

Love this place and will never even question where I will take my next project. They did a system upgrade on my boat 4 wet sound speakers and alpine sterio, put the speakers exactly where they needed to be and got everything set up perfectly. The thing sounds totally amazing and the guys that are there are very fun to work with and know what they are talking about. Very highly recommend doing business here. I will be from now on. Thanks guys!!!!!!

I called to ask about having a radio put in and the guy I spoke to got irritated when I didn’t know his technical questions he was asking. . If I knew about radios I wouldn’t go to a professional.

Excellent work done by Max Anderson. Patiently listened to my needs in setting the right level/combination of sound with the existing setup in my car, tuned speakers many times before I said I liked it. We have plugged in focal speakers woofers with the existing Bose speaker in my CX5. Max has done an awesome job,Simply..........my Mazda sounds great :) now

I didn’t have any work done by them (yet), but first impressions are everything. My truck ended up at Extreme by accident, when it was supposed to be at another shop. When I got there, I got my keys from them and found that my truck was dead (hence why I’m at an audio place to fix an issue that’s draining my batteries). The guy who handed me my keys came out right away and jumped it for me. They still helped me and did me a favor, even though I wasn’t a paying customer and that’s what I like to see in a business. Definitely will come back as a customer in the near future.

Extremely satisfied👍🏻👍🏻 with our two front heated seats and tinted windows. They were able to get it all done quite a bit quicker than someone else I got a quote from and at a better price too.Really enjoy our now heated cloth seats on our Prius. Has Hi/off/Low settings on a rocker. The Hi 🔥heats up very fast which I like and the cloth seats dont feel cold like leather seats do, perhaps this adds to the seat really heating up quickly and nicely. I also think the heated seats come with a three year warranty.I requested a little lighter tint😎 at 50% in front and 35% in back. I like the lighter tint since I had my last car tinted darker in a southern state and it really made backing up at night a challenge. So far very good quality and it has a warranty.

Took my F150 last weekend to get the windows tinted. The tint guy was extremely professional and took great care to make sure he explained the various type of tint. The price for the tint was comparable to other shops but the quality seemed to be outstanding. They even offer a lifetime warranty on the tint. I am satisfied with the workmanship and will recommend my friends to this shop.

I recently had a remote starter installed. The guys there did a great job and were very helpful in showing me how to use it. I will definitely be going back for future needs!

Sold me a system I wasnt happy with. The actual speakers sound excellent and I love them, but they sold me an amplifier that they promised would make everything come together. After noticing that the back speakers of my car were nearly muted, I called them and asked for a refund on the amp (2 days after purchase/install). They said they would exchange the amp for a 4 channel amp and then amp my rear speakers. I told them Id be on vacation for almost 2 weeks and asked if that was OK. I was told everything was all good.I call back after my vacation, schedule an appointment, and am still told that everything is OK with the return/exchange. A few days later I get a call back and am told that it was too long, and that they refused to take the amp back. But, they could charge me $500+ dollars to get a new amp and do a whole new install, after I just spent nearly $1,700 with them.Ill never recommend this company, and will never go back. I might complain to the Better Business Bureau due to lying and misrepresentation of products.

Brought my 2013 Nissan Juke with push button start in to have the Compustar T12 remote starter installed. I had dropped it off on a Sunday. They were to install it during the week and I was to pick it up Friday. They were just finishing up Fri around 6p, they close at 6, which make me wonder then that there were either problems or they were rushing to finish at the last minute on Friday. Protocol with push button start is for the remote starter to send a kill command to the engine when the door is opened. The next day I ran into some instances where the engine was not shutting off when a door was opened and was actually able to drive away without the factory fab being present. I contacted them the following week and let them know of the issue. I again dropped the car off the next Sunday to have the issue fixed. 2 and half weeks later they were unable to get the engine kill function to work, I was told they had a little over 20 hours into it. Communication from them during this two week period was exceptionally poor. In the end they were unable to get the starter properly configured and they removed the remote starter from my car and refunded my money. I picked my car up and drove straight over to Muntz, dropped it off and a week later I had a properly configured T12 starter in my car. I originally went to Extreme Audio because they quoted me about $50 cheaper, but I paid more than the price difference in time, of nearly a month wasted getting a remote starter installed. Should have just stuck with Muntz from the start.
