All my personal items INCLUDING MY SONS ITEMS, a 36inch TV, schools supplies ETC..were stolen from my vehicle while it was in reckers possession! Did they do or even seem to care? Nope! Did they try to rectify the situation? NOPE! Did they inform the police? nope! Was the situation extremely sketchy and did the office lady hurry and lock her vehicle in there garage for no apparent reason other than she has something to hide!!!??? YUP!!! Dont trust them to keep ur vehicle locked and safe when in their possession!!!

Very nice people. I was able to schedule when I needed my car towed and the price was very reasonable, much less than I thought it would be. My car was going to be more difficult to tow and I was still given a flat rate. I would highly recommend.

Early on Saturday afternoon (9/27) we were stranded when our SUV would not start after a brief stop. Reckers promptly answered the phone, gave us an eta and kept us informed of arrival status until they got to us. They were having a busy day yet treated us as if we were their primary concern. This morning our work van died at a gas station, and I called a place that referred me to Reckers (Service Intelligence). They showed up in half the estimated time and after him trying once, the van did decide to start, and he didnt charge us for coming out. This guy was great and very friendly. Got there in exactly the time he said he would and was really fast in the middle of the storm of the century, my son gos in a ditch in the only area with out a tow ban what luck. Very reasonable for the timing and necessity. The sheriffs wanted it out and gave me one call before they called their people. What luck to find this company avail and fast.

Very kind and quick! We called them to come remove a few cars parked illegally in our lot. They responded quick (at midnight no less) and helped us out. They really are the best.

Truck broke down at the mall and had to have it towed home. Called them and within about 20min the truck was hooked up and on the way. Polite, courteous and overall great service. Price (which I thought I was gonna lose and arm) was a lot less then expected. You need a tow, use them!

They did a great job. Just needed a spare put on and said it would be about 1.5 hours. They called me 30 minutes later and where at my location in 10 minutes after that. Changed out the spare in no time! Was cheaper than i thought too!

Top notch service! My daughter got in an accident on her way home from college. They were able to pick up her car within minutes of us calling. Im not from the area, and when my car broke down, all I had to go on was the reviews, so I thought I have to leave one. The pricing was pretty decent (60 bucks), the service was fast, and the driver was kind. The auto service they are paired with (Unity Auto) is a good place to go if you dont know where to go. I would definitely recommend this service.

Fast and good service. Dont be afraid to call em for something large or abnormal. I got a 26ft U-Haul stuck on a pole at a gas station ended up needing two trucks but still got me free fast an in time to make it home for the packer game!

We struck gold here! I will never work with another towing company now. I spoke with two separate employees at Reckers, both were so polite and helpful. They attempted to jump my car, helped me pull it out of its spot and towed me wherever I needed to go. They were so accommodating, even if I break down in a farther out area I will still be calling Reckers! Dont waste your time with other companies. I never write rave reviews but this company honestly deserves all the praise.

If I could give a zero I would. Tried three times to request a tow. Guy hung up on me each time. At first I thought it was my cell phone dropping the call. Then I tried my landline... Same thing. Zero stars. Go elsewhere.

My 16 year old Daughter got a flat tire after only having her license for less than a month. My husband was out of town, it was 8:45 P.M. and cold outside. After getting to her location, I called Recker’s, who got there really quickly. I wish I knew the driver’s name because he was super nice and gave my daughter and I a lesson on changing a tire. My vehicle needed to be towed from the top of the 441 bridge. They were prompt in coming to pick up my vehicle even in the bad weather. The drivers were courteous and polite. They even gave me a ride to my home where my vehicle was being dropped off. Prices seemed fair and would definitely use them again. Thanks for helping a guy out when he needed it!

Had my car towed by another Appleton towing company and was charged $250. This time, my car wouldnt start due to the cold - Reckers tried to get my car started themselves before resorting to a tow, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the cold was too much, but the tow was only $76 vs the $250 I had to pay another local business years ago. They placed my car in their heated garage to let my fuel lines thaw and it started like a charm. Really pleasant and friendly people to deal with, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive never had a better experience with a towing company! They were wonderful from the start, the first guy I called, the tow truck driver, and the lady I paid at the shop. I had to be picked up from 40 minutes away to go to Appleton, and he was there in 40 minutes, he even apologized for not getting there faster, wow.
