I was traveling on highway 41 through the Appleton area late on a Sunday evening (6/20) towing my pop up camper, when one of the tires of my camper came loose and detached from the trailer! Bobs was able to come pick up the camper and haul it to my mechanic all the way in Beaver Dam WI!Not only was the tow truck technician/driver who came out very professional and helpful, he was exceptionally kind. I was traveling alone, and am still new to towing a trailer. Combine that with it being a Sunday evening when most businesses are closed and, well, I was pretty shaken up and nearing hysterics. The tow truck drivers professionalism helped me calm down, and he ensured I was ok to drive before we left.I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who helped me, so I could publicly sing his praises! If you ever read this, just know I am very appreciative of your kindness. (Management - give that man a raise or some extra PTO or something, because he is great with clients! 😊)

Excellent! Super easy! Works in relations with an awesome company called Auto Aces of Appleton and they will put the tow on your bill when the car is fixed! The guy that picked up my Ford Fiesta was super friendly! Thank you guys so much! Great job!!

This company doesnt even deserve one star. So bad....Sent a truck out to tow my car that would not start for the last five days. This guy wanted to start the car so he could tow it. DAH....If it would start, I wouldnt need it towed. Rudd person, I would never let AAA send me this company again. The driver was given the keys. Im glad he will not come back to tow me. Because I would NEVER let him. This company is a real joke.

I called AAA to have my car towed and after waiting a few hours AAA informed me that BOBS towing was coming out to tow my car. BOBS Towing driver Wickles should up at about 2am mind you he beat his projected time to show up by 30 mins. I told Wickles that I wanted to tow my car to Chicago area. He told me not a problem. Wickles made the trip home relaxing and fun. There are not many people out there that can be as up beat and friendly as Wickles was at 2 am. I would HIGHLY recommend BOBS towing to anyone.

I needed my car pulled out of the ditch from the bad weather we had. My car was in there pretty good, plus the plows had come and plowed me in. When I called they were very nice and able to come out pretty much right away, despite the tow ban just lifting and (im sure) being swamped with calls.When Robert came, he was extremely kind and got right to work pulling me out! Everything went better than I hopped.I am incredibly greatful for their prompt & friendly service! If i ever find myself in a bad situation again, they will be the first people i call.
