Im an industrial mechanic. Like some mechanics, I hate working on my own stuff on my days off. I stopped in here and was greeted by a gentlemen who instantly I could tell was there to make my oil change a fun event of my day. I proceeded to pull into the bay and he warned me about the slippery floor before exiting the truck. From there he had the simple form questions to fill out and he went to work. The manager and another tech joined in shortly after to join the team process. If you are curious about team process and working together, it is something that is hard to find in a mechanics world. These gentlemen were communicating with each other during the entire process, verifying the process, and still had time to joke around with each other and me. As a mechanic myself, hearing all of this, its the type of crew that not only enjoys their job, but makes me feel comfortable bringing my vehicle there. I was so impressed with their attention to detail I even complimented the tech and left a tip. Good all around crew, especially for a Saturday morning at 8:30a. Thanks guys!!!

I pulled into the line behind one vehicle at 125 in the afternoon. There was one vehicle being serviced already. I saw 4 people working but only one lane was open. After 40 minutes of waiting and the car ahead me still hadn’t gone in yet I was annoyed. Ridiculous!! It’s a quick lube. Who knows how long the car that was in the lane already had been there before I got there. There is also no way to get out once someone is behind you, you’re stuck. After 45 min I had had enough and had to meander my way over the grass and left through the entrance only. I’ve used them many times in the past but since it has changed to Service Pro it has gone downhill. Will not use them again

For a single mom, who has no family locally (Im not from Wisconsin) or knows anything about vehicles, they are a great value with an amazing staff. The gentleman up front seems to have always been the same and is extremely helpful. Ive never been disappointed (been going there past few years) and I have been disappointed by a few other local places. I will be back.

I went into the store today and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a store. The only guy was working (heavy set guy with ears pierced) was giving me attitude and told me they were currently under staffed and told me to come back in 40 minutes. I came back after 40 minutes and the guy gives me attitude and throws his hands in the air because I didn’t pull my car in. I find it ironic that the manager had a review saying he’s learning to be a great leader and 10 months later I still see the same exact demeanor the other reviews mentioned. I left without even getting an oil change. I myself will never return.

Ultimate fast, convenient and helpful. Having had some free oil changes included in the purchase of a new vehicle from the dealership, I had not been back at this place for a little while. The dealership was so inconvienenr that I stopped back in at this place even though I still have after oil change left at the dealership. I was reminded of how much time and effort I save when I go here. Bradley the manager also gave added advice and a few insights into my vehicle (not at all to sell anything, just quick added advice) and genuinely cares about the vehicle and the customer experience. Ive been coming here for years when it was Master Lube and have always had the best care taken with my car. I just moved back into the area and came in with my moms to have the oil changed and still received an outstanding service. Great customer service, quick and easy. My only complaint is I can no longer get a tire rotation at this location. Other than that this is the only place I will trust to have my car service done. Keep it up and bring back tire rotations!

Fast & great service!! I only come here to get my oil changed. Ive never had an appointment and I pull right in every time. They begin instantly and do an inspection of my vehicle. The customer service is fantastic and the service people are knowledgeable. Before I leave they give me a sheet for my records as well as service recommendations. I am in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend if you are looking for reliable, fast, & friendly service.

Ive never been to one of these before and Ill never go to one again. I walked in, and hadnt even opened my mouth before he started being rude as hell. So I walked out and left, Ill just keep going to REAL mechanics for a simple oil change since your employees have such piss poor attitudes. Ill spend my money anywhere else but here.

Great customer service! They really do check everything bumper to bumper. No BS trying to have me spend tons of money on unnecessary things. (Be honest... this happens to people often... men and women alike.) My oil change was fast and prices are very comparable to other places. I will be a returning customer. 😊

Excellent service as always. In and out promptly. Costs a little more than a scheduled oil change somewhere else but is perfect for the ones on a go and schedules who always change.

Manager is pretty rude. Been here many times but as I was told I have to wait at the stop sign to be let into a bay and not just drive up to the doors. Most times no one answers or opens up the bay, I even called once and it was barely 3pm no one answered the phone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately they said that they cannot do tire rotations because they’re lift is broken. I bring my fleet vehicle there to have all my oil changes and routine maintenance taken care of. Rotations done every other oil change, unfortunately I will not be going back until the left is repaired as I have to have everything done on a schedule.

I went in for an oil change and waited for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then when I drove in and gave the guy my mileage, (before even a simple hello from the associate), he made a snide comment about how just because my oil was high mileage didnt mean I could drive it way over the recommended miles. I was taken back how rude it was to be so blunt. When and where I take my vehicle in for an oil change is my own decision. He then told me that I was 2,000 miles over my recommended change. I then told him that I was following what the sticker THEY put on my vehicle said. It turns out the associate put the wrong mileage on the sticker. He then went on to say that he fired the guy who put the sticker on for screwing up other jobs on other vehicles and how he was the only person their that day because management left. He never checked my tires and when I asked him if he did he said, yeah, well, your tire light isnt on...There were also many other things on the checklist that I know he didnt actually physically check. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality service here and I will be taking my vehicle to another business.

I really enjoy the employees attitude and customer service, plus it is so close to my work the convenience is awesome for me. Unfortunately their car lift was broken the last 2 times I went, and I am a stickler for tire rotations and I dont want to have to go somewhere else.

Good initial experience from the guy that took my information and gave me the run-down on pricing. The short guy that manned the register was a real piece of work. He wouldnt tell me what they did to the vehicle, what was changed, or anything. Gave me the total and that was it, as if I was an inconvenience to him leaving work. Quite unprofessional and rude. Ill never go back after that.

I work for a restoration service that deals with floods, and I maintain most of our vehicles in my area. I bring all my trucks here for a few reasons. These guys are pretty quick, they can be short-staffed sometimes but Im always in and out in less than 30 mins. They are also very honest. Bradley lays the necessary info out for me BEFORE it happens, he has the customer in mind. Today he told me flat out that they didnt offer a conventional grade with dexos for my van and gave me all the time I needed to call the bosses and get a solution. We still used their service, we just got better oil. Shawn was another guy that was funny and knowledgeable, and a great person to have working on the vehicles. I recommend them to anyone looking for a a quick and friendly oil service.

How much for transmission filter change on my 2011 lincoln town car and basic oil and filter change total ?

Horrible customer service. We dont know if the mad, fluffy attendant was having a rough day or McDonalds ran out of his favorite breakfast food but he was a real piece of work. Gave us nothing but attitude when we mistakingly pulled up to stall two and didnt hear his muffling when stating we can wait in our car. Will never return

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there for an oil change..front sign said open, back sign said closed. I sat there for 10 minutes, checked online, and online said open. When inside to check if they were open. Service tech was rude and unprofessional. Because of his attitude, tone, demeanor I would not spend a penny there.

If I could give zero stars I would .Rude, inconsiderate, buyer beware.
