I went in with a full head of hair, and wanted a basic cropped haircut with no fade. Shown a video of the length which there would’ve been plenty of. I left looking like I’m wearing a toupee. My sides are a good inch or 2 too high over the curve of my head. The sides are all just one length and the back. And I mentioned I wanted it squared off but that doesn’t necessarily mean just keep squaring off the entire side. Especially not over the bend of the head. I’ve gotten similar cuts at lower end salons, but the “salon” tax and paying $50 for an aesthetic rather than the quality of the hair cut is outrageous. The staff is very nice and I know they mean well. But this was a disastrous of an experience. Just thankful my hair grows fast and I own a lot of hats

I have a few of salons just as big as people few dentists. This was the fist time going to cti with my heart in my throat. Jean made everything a turn for the better. He did the most beautiful haircut I could have only dreamed of. Thank you. This is the place to go if you have a fear of salons and dont know anything about hair.

I’ve been here twice so far- once for a facial and once for a haircut. I highly recommend Adrianne, who did my facial and Shay, who cut my hair. Both experiences were definitely worth the price and they managed to get me in on short notice. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks ladies!

10/10 recommend Adrianne for any waxing needs. She’s highly knowledgeable and has a great technique! I’ve been seeing her for years now and will never go to another. If this is your first time, you’re nervous, or need a new place to check out - I recommend requesting her to take care of you.

Kameron was my hairdresser and has given me new hope for my old hair!!! I was his last appointment, and although it was getting close to closing time, and other staff was leaving, I never felt like I was being rushed through. I cant wait for my next visit!!

I hate only giving 3 stars. My mom and I got pedicures and the woman that did our nails were great. My complaint is the chairs. When I’m going to a nicer place like CTI I would expect the massage chairs to work. Yes, it silly but I enjoy a nice massage chair while I’m soaking and having my pedicure done. I only spring for a pedicure a few times a year and I like the relaxing massage while I sit there. There are places that are considered a lower quality spa/pedicure place that has better and fully working chairs at a lesser price. Other than that, the woman were very nice!

My son has been going to CTI for about a year. We love Jasmine! Fun, professional, great stylist, and gives wonderful suggestions.

I was looking for a new stylist and was given some names at Salon CTI. After selecting one that I thought would fit my hair best, I booked a new person appointment. The first appointment I waited 30 minutes past my start time before I asked to re-schedule since I would no longer be able to fit the haircut in by the time we wouldve started. At no point did I get an update from anyone on the status of my stylist. At the re-schedule a few days later, things went fine. We scheduled the next appointment 5 weeks later. At the next appointment (most recent) I waited almost 20 minutes past my start time before leaving. I understand that stylists get behind at times, but with no mention of where they are at or how long, and for both the first and second appointment to be more than 15 minutes late, it does not make me feel confident in being a client.

Got a massage. The girl was amazing!!! BUT there were people in the room next door talking the ENTIRE time! Really?? Kinda ruined the experience for me...I mentioned it to them and it sounds like it’s not a first time thing. Aren’t there better areas to have meetings than in the massage/spa section? :(

Great experience at CTI and Day Spa. All staff are extremely friendly and truly make you feel right at home. Heather has been my stylist for many years and I love her talent and personality. I have wild, curly hair and it looks great thanks to Heather. I receive many compliments on my cut and color from family, friends and strangers. I have gone to Josif, the owner, for four hair appointments so far. The very first time was Free because I was a model to help train a stylist. He gave me a custom cut and it was the BEST I ever had. So I continue to go to him. No, I do not make much money, however I feel it is worth it to have a great hair cut and someone who tells it like it is. I appreciate that about him! He is also very current. Money comes and goes! Skill is something that I feel is priceless.

Went in for a consultation with the idea that I was getting darker brown hair with caramel highlights. However, the day of the appointment, the plan changed. My stylist said my hair was too weak to bleach in some spots, but it seemed she took things in a completely different direction. Now I have noticeable and not-so-natural red streaks in my hair. Nothing close to the original plan in my opinion. The cut and shape are great, and although people comment nicely on my hair color, some dont and it isnt what I wanted.

Tried to book appointment online not contacted. After four days went in and booked an appointment. Before appointment someone internally cancelled the appointment without calling instead just received the automated message “appointment cancelled”. Called to find out what happened and receptionist seemed confused and rebooked the appointment for the same slot. When the confirmation came it was for part of the service not all services asked again no explanation. Complete waste of my time. I will move on.

I love this salon. They are true professionals that have aligned themselves with the beauty and quality products. It’s the perfect spot to get your hair done!

I really recommend Adrianne! ive tried two other girls to get a wax and it was just too painful but with Adrianne its almost painless! Shes really nice and she knows what shes doing!

Had my first hair appointment with Chris today. He is very knowledgeable, he explained what he was doing every step of the way (I was very skeptical about getting my hair cut-its been 2 years since I had it cut). He explained all the science behind why he did the things he did and how the products worked. Everyone there was very friendly and left me feeling confident in knowing how to keep up my hair and what to do next. I would recommend CTI to anyone! I am extremely impressed with the people and salon overall. 5 stars!

I’m very thankful to my stylist, Gene Palmann. He has been with me for over 15 yrs. I have very curly hair. Gene CAN cut curly. Every haircut he gives me is a winner. He has helped me through a lot of hair emergencies. I believe Salon CTI gives very good customer service. My 4 stars are because the internet does not work well at all. That’s difficult in this day and age. So many people have to continually do work. Especially if one is sitting in the hair chair processing. Overall, I can recommend Salon CTI.

I have been getting my hair cut here for years by Ashley. She has been working on the entire family. From the friendly greeting you receive from Terry at the reception desk to the great work done by Ashley, it is an all-around great experience.

Chris is meticulous in education, styling & coloring.

My eyes were GLUED SHUT when my stylist applied fake eyelashes. I later learned that such a thing can be highly dangerous. My stylist just made it like it was no big deal so thats concerning.My and my matron of honors updos were fine, which is the reason for two stars instead of just one, but avoid getting makeup done here.EDIT: I did end up talking to someone from here about this issue. I essentially learned that they dont do refunds, only gift cards. As if Im going to risk coming in and getting messed up again...

OK another great day at CTI. This time it was additional spa services. Everything is so clean and well appointed. Started with a mani/pedi with JOJO. She is so good! She pays attention to detail, nice conversationist, great colors to choose from not to mention my hands and feet look & feel amazing. Plus it was no more expensive then the small walk-in places.Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok. Then she moves on the the knots and tension. She now knows what I need and focus’s on those areas. The soreness is gone and I feel so relaxed.Thank you both JOJO and Sam for a great day!Aug 2019I am a hair cut & color customer at CTI. They do awesome up to date styles.I treat myself to a facial at least once a month (at another location). Recently I decided to give CTI Spa a try. Adrinanne is an amazing aesthetician! The products she uses are wonderful and absolutely customized to my skin. I have relatively dry middle aged skin...after my facial it felt soft for several days! Adrinanne has a wonderful nurturing touch and technique. She massages shoulders, arms and hands too. I will be scheduling all my monthly facials from now on at CTI !

Stylists in salon had outdated hair styles or no hair style. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted and forced a more expensive hair style on me even though I made it clear i did not want the hair style i was given. I refused to pay the price I did not consent to and that was honored. Most egregious, the stylist cut my bangs without my consent. As a survivor of SA this triggered my PTSD and I have been dealing with the consequences all week. Both boundaries and consent were violated. I will never go back and I will never recommend but I will share my experience.

I went here a few months ago I got an older man with glasses. I wanted a different look, he shot down everything I wanted. I think he was just too lazy to do anything. He talked me into getting straight across bangs (worse idea ever!) he didnt even charge me for the bangs thats how bad it was! And the whole time he talked about how he likes to smoke weed, he even hit on me a couple times, it was uncomfortable. Very unprofessional of him, so dont go with a guy with glasses and gray hair.

Top notch service! Will definitely be going back. I think I finally found my salon of choice.
