I have been working for Cadre since 2015 in a variety of positions. It has been a great partnership and so rewarding in so many ways. I have worked many places, some for a short time, some for much longer. I am grateful for all the opportunities and the wonderful working relationship I have had with Amy Hill and the staff at Cadre. It has been my choice to work as a temp because I loved the flexibility and the variety. I am aware that staffing agencies tend not to have the best reputations because of their sheer nature, but I cannot help but to speak highly of this agency. I have worked with several staffing services over the years, but none have done what Cadre has done for me. I am used working with an agency and being offered, This amazing Opportunity that you are the perfect fit for, but that is it. Cadre didnt do that; they actually took the time to learn about me. They asked for a resume, a standard procedure I am familiar with, but they also spent about 45 minutes asking about my professional and person goals. After that process they took the information and used it to try and find SEVERAL options for positions that would fit me. There was no, Perfect fit but rather they worked with me to find what I was interested in. On the first of many selection calls, I was presented with 8 different positions, and all of them were in line with my goals from the previous call. When I was finally placed with a position, I felt totally prepared for what I was walking into because of the amount of time and care Cadre took in working with me to find that role. Sadly that role didnt work out because I experienced some great personal strife and caused my contract to be cut short by the contractor. Rather than wash their hands of me, Cadre worked to get me placed again as soon as I was available. Let me make this VERY clear, I had a personal matter, outside of my control, that caused me to reflect Cadre in a poor light with an employer and they tried HARDER to get me placed instead of walking away. I cannot recommend Cadre higher due to their professionalism and care in working with their contractors. Because of the care they took in finding my second placement, I succeeded to the point where the business bought out my contract and I absolutely love my position. I have nothing but praises for Cadre, and I do suggest them to anyone looking to try and get back on the job market.

If you are seeking work and need some guidance Cadre is the right company for you! They helped me find jobs that fit my experience and interest right away.I was given the company name and position description (hours, time, and pay) before I decided if I wanted to move forward with an interview.My advisors Laruen and Nicole were really respectful with my decisions and even me helped prep for my interview(s), Addition to that, I would always receive a follow up call after each interview to see how it went. Sometimes they would already hear back from the company and give me a little insight on what the companys next step for me are.Once I decided to move forward with a job through Cadre, I was given all the information I needed before my first day. For instance, my start time, time clock information, dress code, and who I would report to on my first day.During my employment, Cadre would contact me via email or call to see how Im doing and if I have any questions or concerns. They did a great job matching me with a company I would enjoy so I had no concerns.Most temp agencies I worked for in the past barely contacted me, and if I did move forward with a job through them I wouldnt really know any information, making me have to contact the company and ask what I should aspect on the first day.To sum it all up, move forward with Cadre!

I have worked with Cadre twice now and both times have been placed in great contract roles in a very expedient manner. Cadre has been an amazing temp agency to work with. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me find a job that perfectly suited my interests, despite me being picky with what I was looking for. My personnel manager, Michelle, has been great at checking in regularly to see how the my job is going. Cadre has also been spectacular during the pandemic. They have a great process for what to do when you need to take time off for covid related reasons. If you are trying to find a temporary job, I cannot recommend Cadre enough!

The people I worked with at Cadre helped find me opportunities through a very difficult situation when I was in the middle of relocation and still working long hours at my previous job. After spending a couple months searching for a position with little to no results I came across an ad Cadre had posted on indeed. Within hours of applying I received a call to set up an interview and get set up with a personal manager. Amy was great from the start, you can tell she has a passion for helping people find the job they will love. Within about a weeks time she was able to line up a couple interviews that all resulted in job offers. I highly recommend using Cadre to aid in your job search!

I worked with Cadre on a 3 month assignment at a major regional retail company, at their headquarters. The assignment was perfectly paired with my skills and qualifications and timeframe until my full-time employer called me back to work. The pay was also in line with the job and my skills. I was concerned with the ongoing pandemic and being placed indoors. However, Cadre and everyone on their team was superb, reassuring and understanding and made their employees safety their number one priority. Cadre is truly the premier staffing service in the Fox Valley.

I was very hesitant about using a temp service as I never had before but relocating during covid was a challenge with job searching. My experience was great. I worked as a temp for 3 months for a very well respected company in the area and was hired on full time. The team @ cadre was very prompt and helped with any and all questions I had during the process. Ive very grateful for what they did to assist me.

I thoroughly enjoyed working for Cadre. They were very accomodating to my needs and hooked me up with a client who was likewise.Their time card process is easy to navigate and the staff is very responsive if you have questions or issues.

Over a year and not one interview. They never call you back to keep you informed on the process or if the company moved forward with another candidate. Stop giving people false hope. Ive had more luck on my own than with them. Other agencies have found me employment in less than 30 days. Dont waste your time here. Aerotek is way better and much more efficient.

I started off as a candidate of Cadre and they were assisting me in my job search and then I was offered the chance to work there internally. The staff at Cadre works hard to put themselves in the shoes of everyone they work with and that helps them to provide empathetic and effective service. They are truly in the business of helping others achieve their career goals as they were excellent at thinking outside of the box to throw out different employment opportunities to me and then let me decide what positions I was interested in pursuing. I was able to have my resume submitted over to multiple different employers so it was great that they were able to supercharge my job search. I was always very impressed at how many different and appealing positions they were able to talk to me about. They were always very timely in getting back to me and I felt they bent over backwards for me to make sure that I felt heard and that I was having a good experience.

They can provide a good service when needed but Nicole needs a serious attitude adjustment or just a new job in general. Youre in customer service. Learn to act like it. Take responsibility when you screw something up and dont blame the person who did everything you asked on time. Other then that. Good service!

I had never considered using a staffing agency to find new employment - my experiences with Cadre have made me a believer! It was a very positive experience overall. I really felt that they were looking out for me and my needs, rather than just trying to fill positions for their clients. The courteous staff paid a great deal of attention to what type of employer I was looking for - even asking about work/life balance and workplace culture, as well as the usual salary requirements questions. Nearly 2 months ago, Cadre found me a temp-to-hire position at a wonderful, stable company. The greatest part - it took them less than 2 weeks to do it! I will definitely recommend their service any friends that may be looking for new employment.

Daily I receive, looking for administrative assistant/executive assistant jobs through Glass door,Smart Match, & Indeed. Jobs that I have applied to with cadre without getting any attention. I have the skills, drive, work history & experience, resume, references & talent, they just dont have the professionalism to bother following up for any of these supposed positions they have. I worked really hard to establish a strong rapport with all of the employment agencies the last time I was looking for work around this time last year but it doesnt seem to matter with this group. Sad employment agency. I suspect lots of turnover there. Look elsewhere for career advancement until they get some proper management in there.

Very professional and upbeat staffing agency. they find good office type positions. good communication between you and them. As a voice of experience for being found good professional jobs, i recommend them.

Not a place i would recommend to anyone to find a job, especially the people that have been terminated from a job or doesnt have any job history because they are a really picky agency. Really rude people, they dont call you back until a few days later. Just not a good place

Shady, illegal, unethical dealings. I do not recommend them. They broke so many HR rules, and we the worse i have ever delt with. Stay away from this company. Your company has a 2.5 reputations. And you past lies to defend yourselves. But never apologize for you poor customer service skills. Im not bitter or mad. Im just disappointed that you have been so bad at your jobs.

I would not recommend cadre to a job seeker. My personal experience was not good. Amy K did absolutely nothing to help me, I am super confused about what she really does. All emails were system generated, and when I expressed interest, she shot me down! If anything she was more harmful than good. She never tried to get to know me, and I have more skills in my pinky finger than she has in her life...i am ABSOLUTELY insulted by her.

I would not suggest this place if your looking for office work. I spent over 3 hours there pretty much sitting in a room waiting. 4 different people came in. They said they would call me the next day didnt call until 2 days later to see if I had any questions. Then 4 days later said I needed to refill out a form and they needed something with my testing. So while I thought they were look in my for work they werent. So Im still out of work. When I went to my appt in the office I was side eyed and looked up and down because I have tattoos. They are fake judgemental girls that work there and I wouldnt waste my time there. Its all a game

This place seems very phony and fake. Every person I’ve talked to here has a fake phone voice that comes out. Just be more real.. they come off as condescending and just sound ridiculous. With that being said I don’t think they are very timely getting back to you and the whole process you have to go through for them to just discuss any jobs with you seems a bit much.

Was told that they could not help me because all their clients want someone with office experience in the last 6 months. However, my previous jobs (which I left three months ago) both were office jobs. It was kind of funny the way the Cadre representative talked so rude to me that I didnt even bother trying to point out her mistake. Highly educated, type 55 wpm, and a wiz on MS Word and Excel. Definitely their loss.

A very cliquey shady place to work through. I would imagine they will face some employment discrimination lawsuits in the future regarding their business practices. They also dont say they mean and mean what they say when it comes to getting back to people that are trying to get work through them. Their loss.
