Called several times for help, and they just kept saying to go on their website and create an account and apply. I did all that. I was told I would hear back and I did not hear anything back. Its been weeks. Their website does not work half of the time and they make the process more difficult than it needs to be. Get new recruiters.

I am beyond annoyed and irritated at Kelly services. Their recruiter Charlene was supposed email me a link for orientation this past Monday but she didn’t. I had emailed her on Friday morning that I finished my paperwork and I was ready for the next step, but she didn’t email me at all. I sent her another email on Saturday and two on Monday with no response. I called her twice and the main office but went unanswered with no calls back to me. Finally Monday night I check my email for the umpteenth time and there’s finally an email back asking when I’m available for orientation... I was told she was on vacation. And finally, after I email her times and dates, she doesn’t email me back until today, AGAIN asking me for times and dates. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If she were going on vacation, she should have told me and referred me to someone else but I had no contact for five days. What an ABSOLUTE waste of my time. I will not be using Kelly services again in the future.

Communication is not good at this company. planing simple things can be a process. Expect dates changed without notice, phone tag and not being able to be flexible to ones schedule.

They hired me at a phenomenal job I applied for online. Thus job is a step towards my career goals. Dawn is fabulous & very nice! I also worked with Liz Stone and Amy... theyre both also great people.

This place is awful! I will never recommend anyone I know searching for a job to go here. I called inquiring About any open office jobs they may have available, I sent my updated resume and spoke to a recruiter at Kelly’s over the phone. (I have tons of experience working office positions) She told me they had several openings, I did all the necessary testing and she told me she would submit me for the job and call me back the next day. Several days past until I finally called back, couldn’t get through to anyone and left several voicemails. Nobody got back to me, incredibly unprofessional.

They set you up with an account with a name and password. In my case they attached my account, two times, to someone with the same name. I was able to see their personal in including social security number. That means they could see mine. The other person with my name.that is. When I emailed the recruiter,Liz, and told her about the mess up. She sent me back a cold email, stating I wasnt suited for the job I was to interview for. Because of my email calling her out on her mistake, she cancelled my interview . Very unfair. And they are incompetent when setting things up. My personal information out there for another applicant to see. they should research the person and put them with the correct name and account.!

Dont waste your time with this company. Poor customer service Im sorry I wasted my time and gas jumping through hoops for them. If I could go back and not do it again I would.

This employment agency is a joke. I was supposed to go for an Interview with the Thrivent recruiter; however, I couldnt make it to my interview so I left a message saying I couldnt make it and if I could reschedule it. Well, apparently whomever listens to the voicemails didnt bother to tell the recruiter my message so I got put as a no call no show. Horrible employment agency. Actually all employment agencies suck. Unless you are desperate for work, find your own job instead of letting these people take your money.

Kelly Services is the WORST Agency ever. VERY poor customer services. They dont know what they are doing at all. I filled out an e-application per their request and when I got over there to meet them, they all act like they dont know whats going on and had me fill out the e-app again just to tell me theres nothing for me. A week later I called them again about a job opening in they posted in the web the night before and they scheduled me to go meet them. When I got there they had me do an e-app AGAIN only to tell me they dont have anything for me! Either the WHOLE Kelly Services had poor customer services and lack of training or people at this place 4737 Michaels Dr is just plain stupid. I will NEVER go back to Kelly Services and I would NEVER recommend Kelly Services to anyone.
