Ive spoken with dozens of recruiters/other agencies, and PRNs customer service is BY FAR the best! My recruiter Aaron asks detailed questions, remembers what I want, doesnt spam me with positions that dont fit that, and isnt pushy when Im not stoked about something he finds. Communication is top notch, prompt(often within an hour or two), always follows through on things, and communicates updates during the process too! If any issues come up along the way Nurses PRN stands up for the nurse 100%. This is so crucial when youre the newbie to a facility and easy scape goat for anything that happens! They get the job done promptly and professionally, their team is full of positive energy, and they throw in so many fun personal touches along the way! I have been a nurse for over 30 years and have primarily worked in hospitals during that time with a variety of different specialties. I worked with Agencies many years ago when my children were young and enjoyed the ability to customize my schedule to fit my needs.I have been with Nurses PRN for a number of months and continue to work in my regular hospital job part time, and I have to say it was the best decision Ive made regarding my career and my life in a long time.First of all the staff at PRN are amazing, they are friendly and knowledgeable and do everything they can to make the application process as smooth as possible. They quickly helped get my training and orientation to facilities scheduled quickly so that I could begin working as soon as possible.I have had all the hours I could ask for as a per diem nurse and have had constant communication with the scheduling staff to be offered a variety of shift needs on a daily basis.I have had nothing but positive experiences in the facility I have chosen to work in, with an extremely helpful staff who treat me like a regular employee, which as an agency nurse can sometimes be a difficult thing to obtain.
