Went there for a family gathering. Otherwise not worth it. Food was not that good. Have had better chicken was not so good. Corn had no taste. Usually like mashed potatoes but theirs had a taste I didnt care for. Buns were good. Tried their pasta salad but didnt like.

This is a very nice venue that can easily host hundreds of people for work parties and events. What little I interacted with the staff they seemed nice, and the place was well cared for. It was the perfect balance of fancy and cozy in my opinion. Plenty of space to park too. My lost star however came from the food at the venue. While I have had worse food from banquet halls in the past, this food isnt great. This was my second time at an event here that involved a meal. The stroganoff was definitely better than the chicken I had had last time, but it was still a fairly lacking meal, and the soda water to flavoring ratio on the dispenser was off. But otherwise I had a great time at the Grand Meridian

We had my fathers funeral luncheon here. The staff was fantastic and the food was hot and delicious. They were able to accommodate a special meal for a family member with dietary restrictions.

Food was delicious. Servers were very pleasant. The hall is beautiful.

Nice venue for work parties/weddings. I’ve been to both here. Overall, good selection at the bar and friendly staff. The one super annoying thing is that all 4 times I’ve been here their ATM doesn’t work and they just say yeah some times it works most times it doesn’t. Other than that, nice place.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My husband and I booked our wedding at The Grand Meridian in 2017 and just had our wedding last weekend. The whole process went flawlessly and the day was better than I could have ever imagined. From my first phone call with Sue to the end of our wedding night, she treated us like family. She always told us that she wanted to treat her brides as her own daughter and give them the wedding of their dreams and she stuck to her word. My mom and I were extremely worried about getting our centerpieces done on time and over to the venue. Sue gave us the vases ahead of time to let us create them at home and bring them over the week before the wedding. It took so much stress off of us!In regard to the wedding day, we had no surprises at all. We walked into the beautifully decorated venue to family and friends having a wonderful time enjoying the food and drinks. The bartenders were attentive and energetic. When dinner came out, everyone had food within minutes and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests kept commenting as to how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. When we got the bill, everything came out as expected and there were no questions about anything.I would highly recommend The Grand Meridian to anyone looking for a wedding venue or event venue. They are extremely professional, kind, and organized. Thank you to all of The Grand Meridian staff and especially, Sue for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

I’ve been here quite a few times for weddings or charity events. Everything is well organized and the staff is always friendly. The food is okay. It seems to differ each time I go. Sometimes it’s really good, others not so much. Great location in Appleton which is why so many events are held here I assume.

The Grand meridian is a beautiful reception venue with plenty of room for any size party. They specialize in events like weddings and Sue is great to work with. We communicated mostly through e-mail and she always replied in a timely manner. Any questions or accommodations were all met. We made some last minute changes and they were very flexible with those changes. The food was amazing and the wait staff was very kind. We got lucky and there wasn’t an event scheduled the night before our wedding so we were able to get in after 10am the day before to decorate. Sue does have numerous décor items that you are able to use if you don’t have anything. We choose to bring in our own items. The Grand Meridian does have a wall that is painted with a Mediterranean scene. It is beautiful but might not be your thing, you are able to get it covered up but it does have to be done through the company The Grand Meridian has a relationship with. Overall our experience was amazing and they really helped create our dream wedding.

The Grand Meridian location was the perfect one for our wedding reception. We had just over 220 people, and the space was perfect. Sue was amazing to work with, and she answered any and all questions that I had very quickly (even the dumb ones!). The bar staff, wait staff, and everyone involved made our day and evening so special. The food was delicious, and guests raved about it. We had shuttles going to and from our hotels, so guests were able to enjoy the entire evening. I highly suggest the Grand Meridian for anyone looking for a great reception space.

During the wedding reception, all of the staff was efficient without being intrusive. The decor in the common areas was elegant without being ostentatious. Huge parking lot accommodates any size group. They also have an outdoor area for smoking.

I was very pleased with everything from the food to the facilities with my June wedding that was held here. Sue is amazing and was an absolute dream to work with. She was always available via phone or email to address any questions or concerns I had, and when the wedding day came to pass, EVERYONE was complimentary of the food and staff. The day of my wedding was the first 90-degree day of summer and I had planned to have my wedding bouquet preserved -- the staff was kind enough to keep my flowers in their cooler until I could take them to the preservationist on Monday morning (after my Saturday wedding). I would highly recommend this venue for any event, large or small!

The facility was excellent for the banquet. The food was very good. The service was excellent.

Sue has been amazing so far! She has been great with communication and helping with the planning along the way. Not only have I had the pleasure of working with Sue to plan my wedding, I also go to the Grand Meridian for local event groups. The lunch has been delicious. Kuddos to Sue and all the Grand Meridian staff. I cant wait for my big day for it all to come together.

If you are looking to hold an event from weddings to funeral lunches this is definitely a place to consider its so lovely and the staff is wonderful! They care about the integrity of the event and give 100% to it!

Attended a company sponsored tax conference and I must say the breakfast, lunch and cookies served throughout the day where very good. The lighting, sound and comfort of the joint conference rooms were also very good. Convenient location.

We go here once a year for a church event. The servers are always super cool and very focused on your needs. Im not thrilled about the food (not bad, just room for improvement) and the bar prices are way too high. Bathrooms and facilities are kept clean and up to date.

The place was very nice. I was disappointed in the fact that they had a breakfast booked and the bride was initially told they would be done by 10:30. The Thursday before the wedding the bride was told that the breakfast did not start until 10:30. The people that we had decorating the hall had to work around the breakfast group that was still sitting there at 12:30. When the women returned after the wedding ceremony to finish, Sue who initially told the bride that she would finish setting up the tables, did not do anything. The women had to rush to finish because cocktails started at 4:30. The person in charge was also very snippy at times to the women who were decorating the hall and was more worried about booking another wedding instead of helping like she told the bride she would. The other issue that we had was that the family of the groom had to wait to be served while tables behind them were served first, not sure why that happened.The situation worked out and the wedding was beautiful; however, I feel that it could have been handled better from the management side of the Grand Meridian. The wait staff and bartenders were awesome.

Great place to host a company event or gathering. The wifi access is good and stable. Presentation needs are met without issues. And the food and beverage selection is above alternatives in the area. Overall a great experience and a welcome place to host any kind of small to medium sized business gathering.

Went there for the holiday dinner and your toy give away for families. The volunteers were polite and helpful, the food was great, we could barely finish our meal we got full so fast.

The meeting facility was excellent. Staff was attentive to speakers needs and refreshment table. Lunch was very good. Great parking lot....lots of space. Good WiFi connection available.

Very beautiful place, although we were there for a wedding. And the food was not good at all. Everything came out cold, the steaks were very cold and so hard you couldnt even cut it. Very disappointed. But, the Ofashion fountain was awesome.

Beautiful Hall. I was here for a vendor event and can definitely see how this place would be a perfect spot to host an event from wedding to conference to a vendor fair. I gave it 3 stars because I did not have the opportunity to taste the meals they cater but I did hear the food is wonderful!
