AC unit was not cooling efficiently. Had a late evening service call. Response was quick, service engineer was polite, knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommend.

Had Blount come out to our house to install an April air system to help with the static electricity in the house during winter. The tech was on time, extremely polite and they cleaned up after themselves. The rate was better than the other places we called and they were able to come out sooner as well. Highly recommend.

Had a furnace installed, the process was seamless. We were quoted different options, upgrades were explained with no pressure. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant.

We had Blount come out to install a bathroom vent/fan for us in the basement since we are finishing our basement. They came out and gave us an estimate which was more reasonable than other places we had quoted. On the day of the service, Dennis came and explained to us that the job will actually cost less than the original quoted amount since they do not have to do as much work as they originally thought, which sounded good to me since less money out of our pocket. He did an exceptional work and what prompted me to write a review was how easy it was to work with them and how approachable Dennis was with questions. He readily fired away advices and was willing to answer any questions my husband and I had regarding the new installation he just did and our hvac system. We would highly recommend Blount and would use them again for any future services we may have. Thanks!

Awesome and quick service. They came out right away late on New Years Eve when it was -30 out to fix my furnace and it was very reasonably priced, much less than I expected it to be. The service tech was very friendly. Overall a great experience

Had issues with my furnace. Called and asked to speak with the tech. When the tech called back a few minutes later he helped me diagnose the issues over the phone and he didnt need to come out. That was pretty honest of him, rather than telling me hed need to come out and charge a service call fee... My furnace is old so its only a matter of time before I really do need someone out here. When that happens, Im going with these guys because they already have my trust.

Furnace stopped working, called Blounts service number. Brenda at the office was very friendly and accommodating in regards to my work schedule. Tech arrived same day and was able to repair furnace. Very friendly staff and competitive pricing. Plan to use Blount for any future HVAC needs.

I had Blount come out to my home for a repair on my furnace, and general maintenance on both my furnace and air conditioner. The gentleman who came seemed experienced and knowledgeable, and I felt confident letting him work on my appliances unlike contractors Ive worked with in the past. Will refer this company.

Had them install a new air conditioner at a cost of almost 6000 dollars last spring. They had the replace the original air conditioner already once and come back twice to add freon. Turned it on this year and guess what its not working again.

On July 7th we had Blount come and do some repairs to our furnace pending the sale of our house. Tech came to the house and my husband asked if he needed to stick around while he worked on the furnace and service tech said no.On July 13th I come home to a Blount business card on our door asking to call them. I also talked to my real estate agent and she said Blount left her a message and the buyers real estate agent saying were not paying our bill. She forwarded me the voicemail.I reached out to Blount on July 13th and left a message with their answering service and spoke to them on July 14th. They said their service tech waited around our house for 40 minutes expecting to get paid for his service on the 7th.#1 it was never relayed that their service was COD.#2 it was never relayed to my husband on the day of the service how much was owed. We would have paid on the 7th if we were informed of that.Blount said they called the phone # they had on file for us and it was disconnected. We have had them done work for us in the past and they had our landline on file that has been disconnected for years. I called and made this appointment and provided my cell # and I emailed them a couple of times regarding this appointment. Its not my fault they are not updating their records with my current contact information.They had NO RIGHT to call and tell our real estate agent and the buyers agent telling them we are not paying our bill. I will not recommend them. If they think its ok to do this type of business practice, no one should be doing business with them
