I love this gym. The staff is friendly and personable, as well as the personal trainers and class instructors. They are very passionate about fitness and exercise, not just business people.

The staff and trainers here are awesome and encouraging and the challenge really helped change up my training and nutrition game for the better.

Ive been to over 30 different Lifetime Fitness locations around the USA and although this one is smallest Ive seen, it has what you need for a good basic workout. It is well maintained and has friendly staff and members. When I had an ongoing billing mistake, the manager went out of her way to help me resolve it. Recent upgrades have also improved look and feel. Highly recommend if you live near it.

These are very great coaches, people, and an amazing environment.

Apple Valley location is great. I have never had to compete for machines as there are plenty of machines (cardio and weights) and not too many people.The staff are great. One criticism is that I wish the womens locker room had a sauna as well, and not just the mens locker room.

Not crowded. Easy to get in a good workout. Plenty of free weights and machines.

This is the place to be if you want to get some quick work in. Not as exotic as the 24 hour shops, but has the necessities and more than enough equipment. I dig it.

I absolutely Love Life time! But I have had problems thw last couple Months & thinking of canceling My membership I had put it on hold due to summer vacations & Im still being billed. & never received my Myl Buck since Ive stated last year :(

This is a small and convenient Lifetime to get in a great workout.

After reading the other reviews, I thought Id give this Lifetime a try. What a shock! The scale is outside the minuscule locker rooms and so are ALL of the towels. The showerheads are laden with hard water buildup and the shower stalls are dark, full of mold on the curtains, and tiny! There are a total of three showers, two bathroom stalls, three sinks, two benches and three hairdryers in the womens locker room. I know this is a Bronze-level gym, but in comparison to the Bronze level gyms of New Hope and Women Only-Roseville, its absolutely awful! It feels like working out in a closet - similar to Snap Fitness, which is about $35/mo (not $62). Other than the supernice staff and the lack of people using equipment, I have no idea why this club is frequented.
