This is an awesome Gym. They are all super friendly and everyone is helpful and encouraging. The workouts are tough, but you will see improvements in fitness and boxing skills if you work at it. All levels are welcome. My son, 12 years old, and I have signed up for the 3 day a week plan. Very reasonable prices.

Friendly atmosphere, great knowledgeable coach, supportive staff, right equipment. Its fun to be there. My grandson just love it.

Excellent equipment. Clean. While I rarely interact with the staff, I see the staff consistently encouraging their clients to perform their best.
