The community center and the park use to be so nice, now we have to deal with dogs running around and pickle ball noise all week, they have and continue to do very little to address any of these issues, I would avoid the park as who knows how much poop is left all over the fields, shame when we have such a vibrant community with tonnes of sports going on. Even when you point these things out they do nothing to assist, if I could go to zero starts I would.

Had a great visit!! The afternoon we were there, the lady at the front desk, I think her name is Debby, was the best. Very helpful and informative!

Drove all the way from Richfield to watch my daughter play in a tournament for basketball. Just to show up to find they were going to charge $5 a piece for 6 year old girls to attend and watch their sister play. Im fine with paying for an adult but children is ridiculous shame on you Apple Valley traveling Basketball Association

I bring my kids to the open toddler gym and it is a lifesaver! Once there was an older boy who was playing too roughly with the toys, and no one could figure out who his parents were. I told a staff member and they talked to the child right away and the issue was solved. 10/10 highly recommend!

My wife plays tons of volleyball here and loves it. Very nice facilities, courts, bathrooms, locker rooms etc. look on their website before going, the times I have been there it’s volleyball on every court.

Great, free toddler gym time! Fun toys and so much room to run around. Everything is always so clean and well kept!

I need to say the kid programs this place provides are great. My kids love the community events here. Go to the frozen Apple and sign up to see Santa. Open gym for tots is free and they have some balls and things for kids to play with. However, it is a basic Community Center. They have ice rinks, basketball ball courts, and volleyball courts. There are meeting spaces as well. There is no pool or indoor playground. The building is located next to a newer senior center building and an indoor ice rink.

Super busy community center for Apple Valley. It is in the same parking lot as the senior center, ice rink, and VAA field house and nearby youth athletic fields so it is chaotic and parking can be a challenge. The center provides good services and indoor sports including open gym for families. You can rent rooms and there is a small game room. The employees are not always the most knowledgeable or helpful. Overall, a good gathering place for the town of Apple Valley.

Great place to play rec volleyball. Affordable and lots of fun!

Ive been playing volleyball here for years. I believe they still have open volleyball the one or two nights a week but Ive only played in the league for the last 10 years. They have 3 hardwood courts and 3 Sport Court courts. They have pretty good locker rooms with showers and some vending machines. They have a lot of information on their website but it takes a bit of navigation to find it all.

Free free free.... So nice to have an option of a place to play on the winter. Open Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30 to 11 to play with balls, plasma cars, little tyke cars, tunnels,hoops, and soft ramps.

The hayes community center has been a staple in Apple valley sports for years. The place offers out door hockey rinks as well as one indoor sheet. There are also multiple basketball courts inside and volleyball nets. The community center offers leagues for all ages ages and skill levels in multiple sports.

Clean with rooms just the right size. With varied accommodations, meeting the many different needs. Of those in small groups​ to Church groups, to recitals to graduations​ and graduation parties, to Weddings​ and wedding receptions. Very nice receptionists​.

Great place for pickleball. Sometimes too many people show up and you have to wait to play. Really nice courts. I wish they put the rest area on the opposite side so youre in the shade.

I have played hockey here for 15 years, staff understand ice hockey very well and do what it takes to ensure that the game is played like its meant to be played.

I go there to play vball, they have a clean gym and a lot of courts

I always use to bring my kids to this place to play foosball, table tennis and play basketball. But this have changed so much that I dont know if Ill be going back. Theres no more table tennis, no more foosball, and the last time I tried to go a d play basketball with my kids they on had like a couple hours early once a week for open gym. Not sure whats going on but I dont like it.

Near library, you can rent place for birthday and other parties . Indoor play and gym areas . Earlier booking might b needed . Enough parking space .
