After spending $60 on gas and $8.99 on a car wash. I pulled behind the building as there wasn’t any parking due to a produce truck being in the lot. I needed get a bill ready to go in the mail. Four police officers showed up and said that they received a call that I was trespassing. The police went in to talk to the attendant, and he told them that he wanted me off of his property and that I was parked on the grass. If I didn’t leave I would be given a ticket. The police officer said there’s no grass here to park on and that he would never return as a customer if I was him. They were kind to me, but I was still embarrassed and hurt by the whole thing.

Restroom out of order and my four year old child could no longer hold it. Rather than offering to use the employee restroom I was told that the police would be called if I allowed my son to go as an emergency behind the store. I was basically told to allow him to wet himself and to drive to speedway. My son would have never made it.

Car wash left spots, dryers did not start. Terrible employees. Clean facility though.

I love how low the prices always are! Usually the lowest in the area especially when I use my Shell rewards card! The staff is usually friendly, and the store (though small) is clean.

Lowest prices in the area, nice new pumps, touch free car wash and small convenience shop. Can be a little tricky to get in and out of due to CR42 and the frontage road but worth the deals. And done forget the Shell Fuel Rewards to make it cheaper! Family owned and operated!

I dont understand why a credit card reader has been out for a month. Fix you pumps. So frustrating to have to go in, wait in line, to prepay after a month. I understand things break but it should take this long to fix your equipment.

Attendants are always jerks if you have any kind of problem. Spilled gas on my car, and the guy told me it was my own fault and said he couldnt do anything about it. It was all over my hands and he didnt care. I went into the bathroom and there was no soap, I asked him if he had any soap, and he said he just filled it and looked at me. I told him there wasnt any soap and my hands were full of gasoline and Id like to get it off. He again told me he just filled the soap dispenser and didnt have any. That has been my experience every time I have interacted with the attendant. If you have a problem of any kind they wont help.
