Got up early & see if they had a open for a wax job on my truck & they did. An did a excellent job.

The employees who vacuum out your vehicle are AWESOME. Unfortunately the employees who finish off after your vehicle has gone through the wash are not good. Beyond not good.The interior wasnt wiped down well, the dashboard was still dusty and looked untouched plus I had a new friend, a dead bee, that wasnt there before the wipe down. You could see drip marks down the door panels on the INSIDE where they sprayed chemicals but never wiped up. My floor mats (the custom made plastic ones) were left with puddles. The outside of the car wasnt much better. My back windshield still had some sort of sticky stuff on it, more drips marks down the side.I gave it 3 stars because the people who vacuumed it out did an excellent job. Wish the other employees worked as hard as the initial employees. I didnt go back because I didnt have time plus honestly, I didnt trust that my experience would be any better. I just redid the job myself (minus the vacuuming.)

Exterior looked great. I see there are different levels of washes but nothing indicates what’s being done on the interior. I would assume a full service wash like this would vacuum and wipe down the interior. That’s why I came! Only the inside windows were cleaned. I would have done a gas station wash if I just wanted the exterior cleaned.

Was hoping for the interior to be wiped down, dash was dusted but nothing else looked cleaned. Trunk area was not vacuumed either.Could have had the same experience at a gas station car wash and 5 min wiping it out myself. Was willing to pay more for interior clean and gentleman told me that the difference in price was for exterior and all packages detailed the inside. We must have different ideas of what detailed means. I just wanted my touchscreen and cup holders wiped down and thought I would treat myself. Some treat.

Just left this place. Spent $48 dollars on the outside wash and interior cleaning. The interior looks like they didn’t do a thing. It was completely still dirty. Very dissatisfied with the results. Don’t charge people for interior cleaning if they don’t even clean it. Complete ripoff. Don’t waste your money or time. Im actually angry right now.

Saved me time from detailing my car myself. Great and friendly staff and my car looked amazing. There were spots that were missed that I noticed when I got home like the side console still being viably still dirty and it looked like they didnt change the rag because there were black dots on the surfaces. Would definitely go again but will better inspect the car before leaving.

Specifically mentioned concerns about water spots the gentleman outside told me not to worry about it they would wash the car and then see what it looked like water spots were not addressed and car isnt up to standardEDITED 06/23 I got an initial email from Paradise car Wash offering to make it right asking for my information which I immediately provided. Still havent heard back from them since I provided that information over a week ago, seems to be one of those things where they want to say they try to make it right on Google and not do anything to actually fix the situation.

Needed the annual van, and previous ride-share car detailing hotspot (like the disgusting stuff cleaning). They always do a great job!

Once I got my vehicle back from a full interior cleaning, everything looked great, just had to grab my all weather floor mats out of the trunk and put them all back in their correct place. First time going to Paradise Car Wash and wanted to try them out since my car has not been detailed in a long time. Big thank you to all who worked on the interior cleaning, looks and smells great.Only complaint I will list is I dropped off my vehicle at 11:00 and was told it would be ready at 4:00. I return and then told close to 6:30 or close to closing time. I was a little frustrated because it wouldve been nice to get a phone call on that instead of finding out when I returned at 4:00. I understand that it can get busy, but for future customers if this comes up, maybe have someone call back if changes come up? Staff also seem to work efficiently and quickly when there are a lot of vehicles to work on.Would I go here again? I think so, it is close enough to where I live so I can drop off my vehicle and either walk home or walk around the APV area and hang out somewhere.

I payed 85 $ car was not vacuum properly I asked them to fix it they took three minutes it was not fixed I was spoken to rudely by the kids running the front desk you’re better off cleaning your own car.

I think the company should pay the workers at the on the front and back end of the process a little bit more or do a better job at training them to do the basis. (Clean the windows, wipe the car down, air blow around outside mirrors) Ive done the job, so I know that its all about training.

Paradise in Apple Valley is by far the best one I have went to in the south metro. Whether you’re getting an basic wash or doing a specific detail— they take care of you & my experience this morning proved it.Started off with a solid experience w David when I first pulled in. I wanted to get a full service wash but parts of my vehicle needed some extra attention because I have two American Eskimos and the dog hair was everywhere. He helped me figure out what made sense for me and thats what I went with. The girl at the register was friendly... not fake friendly but nice. She let me know that I would probably be waiting about 30 minutes till the detail was done— which was nice to have a timeline. Then When I got called to go grab my vehicle from detail I met Kristen. Super solid as well. I had a bunch of stuff in my hands and she helped me out. She noticed a few spots that she felt could use a little extra attention and took care of it! She took initiative and went above and beyond. I live in Burnsville and the Savage one is less than two miles from my house but they don’t put in the work (in my opinion) had way more consistent effort at Apple Valley. Def worth the drive!

Paid 40 bucks and left with a dirty car. Do yourself a favor and buy your own product and do it yourself. Bunch of kids working in there and lack of care factor blatant. Never coming back.

Not clean after 45 minuets. I went back in to ask and they didn’t even ask if they could try again just. Just looked at me and said what should we do. I did get a refund it just blew my mind that after years of taking my cars here that they did not even care that I was unhappy.

The girl at the front desk is very nice, but they charge entirely too much for a car wash. I upgraded to get my wheels cleaned and they only got the back ones. I had to do them myself when I got home.

Took my car here for the first time, and left with the interior just as dirty as I came in with. Did not vacuum the trunk at all and did not appear to pick up the mats to vacuum under them. Will not be coming back. I could have the same amount or better done at a gas station car wash.

Ive always had a positive experience at Paradise. I do feel the vacuuming could be more thorough, but everything else - service, facility, wait time - is exemplary.

They went above my expectations. we came in with a dirty car. one thing I would ask is what kind of car and all the possible hidden charges.people are great, expensive pricing and it could take all day. Id go back there. over all Im pleased.

Car wasnt clean when I left. Floor mats were still caked with grease from work, and the center console area was still untouched... Mind you, I paid for the highest package they offered and assumed that when I got back in my car it would be in almost brand new shape (in terms of cleanliness). This was not the case. They rushed me from start to finish, going as far as to begin vacuuming and opening my doors before I even came to a full stop. This wss really annoying as I had not been to a car wash like this before so I didnt know what was going on. When I went to the center office to pay, the lady ABSOLUTELY LOST IT when I didnt have the little sheet they gave me.. If they would have given me ten seconds to exit my vehicle, I would have been able to grab the stuff out of my car! This was just not worth the over 40 dollars total that I had to pay to get my car cleaned. I had to go home and basically finish doing it myself 😡 why did I even pay these people to do it?

I have been going to Paradise almost exclusive for 7 years now, spending over $3,000. But today was the last visit. (If you are a COVID-19 denier, you can ignore this review.)Too many of their employees leave their masks hanging around their necks, rather than covering their mouth and nose. This happened before, I complained, management vowed to look into it. Today, it happened again.I can think of few more dangerous scenarios for transmission than multiple people crawling around the inside of your car and potentially shedding virus, followed by you climbing into that small, enclosed environment and inhaling whatever they had put in the air.If they dont bother to follow company policy and wear a mask while on the clock cleaning a customers car, how conscientious do you imagine they are when they are off the clock?I am high risk, and am around high risk people. Having a clean car is not worth my life or theirs. I wont be back.

First time using paradise detailing services and was pretty happy with the cleaning they did. Very thorough and detailed job. They did however miss cleaning my rear view mirror but that’s not a big deal. I would give it 5 stars, but the price for the interior clean was over $170. I will not be going back due to that price, but am very happy with the job they had done.

Had to wipe down all over when I got home. Still bug Marks on windshield. Now dried dust streaks on dashboard, outside doors and my black leather seats. Without spreading any seams in my seats, there is visible sand in the cracks still. I vacuumed that out when I got home. That was the Supreme Wash. $34.99.

Not my first choice for car washes anymore. Employees steal your change, had a full detail done and they lost my keys. Within 24 hours my property was broken into and they stole a truck using the keys that disappeared. Had to sue to get resolved. Good news is court was on my side. They should have done the right thing in the first place instead of denying any responsibility.Update! What was I thinking! I never said they didn’t do a good job washing my car. Apparently posting truthful reviews is frowned upon at this establishment. Stopped in today to get a wash and fuel. When I went to pay I was informed that couldnt ever go there again. Maybe they noticed I took all the change and additional keys from the vehicle before car went thru the wash or they are upset I shared my experience.Wash wasn’t that great anyway. Car was still pretty dirty when it was finished. Regardless, 86ing me doesn’t change the facts. Guess I’ll be the guy driving around in a dirty car with a handful of change in the cup holder.

Paradise did an incredible job detailing an extremely dirty Jeep and made it look new again. I didn’t think it would be possible! The work was amazing and it was done very timely. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Service is fast. Maybe too fast. For a $50 deep clean inside and regular wash outside, I got home to find my back seat hardly vacuumed and a filthy door.

Fast, cheap enough. Remember to tip.

It is a pleasure going to Paradise car wash. Im in the construction business and like to have my truck cleaned on a daily basis. Having the unlimited wash package is the best deal in town. I wish that I could share a pic of their cleaning job from this morning! It was quite shocking because they didn’t even make an effort to wipe the anterior, and the rubber mats were wet and muddy! I had to drive the car back to the entrance to show it to the employee that usually meets customer at the entrance, and the guy was surprised to see their lousy work. I was in a hurry and I had to just leave and wipe the dashboard using “ wet ones”! Their employee told me that he will notify a manager and that I will get free detailing. The only reason that I’m giving a star is because of that employee’s great customer service skills (unfortunately I don’t remember his name).

First time here and, while Im sure its because I didnt know what I was doing and/or COVID restrictions, I felt shuffled along and lost about where to go and who to talk to. Wash itself was good, though the inside of the rear window was left cloudy

I usually have decent experiences here but the last two times not so much. I am writing this as I’m leaving paradise. I will try and attach photos of the visible dust they left on my dash & crumbs in the cracks of my seat, etc. WASTE OF MONEY!!

This Paradise is the only one to go to south of the river. They actually wipe down interior of your car as well as the outside. They are fast and efficient and do a good job.

Wash never got my car clean still have dirt on my car and on my windows and water still on car they never dry my car good no one doing nuthing for me

I dropped my car off on Saturday, Nov 16 (Apple Valley) for a spot odor treatment. After I picked it up, I noticed the smell was still there. I waited a day or two and it was still persistent so I called the detail manager and he said to bring it back in for another treatment at no cost. Good service. I brought it back in and drove to the back detail area and was met by Kristin. She remembered the car and issue and said she knew exactly what happened (why the odor didn’t come out last time). So, she did it right and gave me a free odorizer for my trouble. Odor is gone.Kristin is fantastic. Knows how to communicate clearly to customers, super helpful and goes the extra mile. Thanks, Kristin!

I couldn’t even tell my car had been cleaned after they got done except the floors were vacuumed. Definitely not going back. I can’t figure out how to share pictures but wish I could post so others could see.

This is a excellent car wash! They have the best equipment, like the machine that puts on the tire shine. You could never do it better manually. All the equipment is the best and lots of people at the end of the car wash with different areas of responsibility to make sure everything is perfect on your wash. I highly recommend the admiral wash, which is my favorite. I also see the same people working there every time I go. That means they must be happy. Happy employees always mean a good place to do business with. Dont forget to grab a free bag of popcorn and give a tip when you exit. They deserve it!

I love this place. They always do such a nice job cleaning my minivan inside and out, and it smells so nice when theyre through. It helps me keep my sanity, especially after a winter of salty or muddy snow getting tracked in the car, or after a family road trip (aaagh!). PLUS, free popcorn when you enter the building, see-through windows so you can watch your car go through the cleaning process (the kids think thats the best part -- Here comes our car!!!), and a really cool parrot by the cashier counter. Whats not to love?

Hoping to find a little more professionalism, I traveled further out to not the burbs looking for a car wash that actually did as promised. Don’t expect that here. No one got in the back seat to clean the inside of the windows, and the ones that were done were streaky by the time I got home. The body of the car looked great, but I could have got that at a far lower price anywhere. I miss the privately owned shops that depended on integrity to keep people coming back.

My daughter brought her 2015 GMC Terrain into the Apple Valley branch, her $500 prescription Ray Ban sunglasses were stolen from her car. I called the manager of the store, he stated he would look at the cameras & call her regarding his findings. 3 days has gone by & we havent heard anything... This isnt the first time Paradise employees have stolen from cars within my family, 5 years ago my brother had a checkbook stolen from the same car wash, again paradise was no help & the store cameras from where the stolen checks were written is what caught that person!Dont leave ANYTHING valuable or not in your car when taking it into these car washes, they are not trustworthy people!!!

A great experience every time

I spilled a lg drink on the seat. I had to get it out. Paradise I thought. It was either $20 go 1 seat or all for $54. With the floor. So I got the car washed too. I was told 40 minutes . but done in 35. Too bad the seats are still damp when u get in. Just remember to give a tip.

I came in for a wash & leather conditioning at the Apple Valley location. They noticed a chip on my windshield that was starting to spread. I knew it happened 2 weeks prior but havent had time to call anyone about repairing it. Did not know they offered that service here. The technician Les was very helpful & called my insurance company for me & got everything approved. What awesome customer service!!

Excellent full service wash. Costs more than your gas station wash but worth every penny. Amazing to watch an army of workers take care of every spot and blemish inside and out, even drying the door seals - important in the MN winter! When I get back in to my car I think I can feel it thanking me for taking it there.

Horrible management, insulted my grandmother over the phone “do you not know what’s going on in the world?” In response to a question... The manager named Nick, refused to confirm prices for their services and wouldn’t confirm what services my grandmother had paid for. Rude, AWFUL customer service, and 10/10 would recommend NEVER going here

My husband brought my car there Saturday for a full service wash. Car came home and hadn’t left until I drove it to work this morning in the dark. The streaks on the windows were distracting. Then I leave work in the daylight, did they even clean the inside of the car? It looks exactly the same as when he took it there. $27 less later and we won’t be returning.

Today I had the worst car wash ever at the franchise on 145th Street. I paid $60 for a full wash and detail plus buff and shine. The highest of the packages offered. The outside of the car was clean but it was evident that the inside wasnt cleaned nor vacuumed. The manager (White shirt and glasses) told me that i had to pay extra but he can help me out. I asked him what about the service that i paid for? Help me out? He told me to leave his property and that he had other customers. I have never seen poor customer service along with poor car wash service. plus being rude and disrespectful on top of it. I am feeling very disappointed and ripped off.

Details on the car was super great as ever the Customer service part was not so pleasant it was my 1st time there they never instructed me on what to do how to meet the paymenso I went up to pay for my cars. She tell me I need a ticket I was never told to bring ticket inside. I told her it was in the car, one of the o Customers and shocked and me to just pick up the card and show it to the guys when they way for your car I grab the car have a seat 5 minutes later she came up to me and said did you pay for your car I said no and then she take the blue card out my hand and tell me well you did to pay I explain to her it was my frist time and she just had a rude way of explaining it

Paid for the 17 dollar cleaning. Left the dash and seats a little dirty but you get what you pay for. Quick and easy.

I brought my car in for a basic wash and detailed vacuum. I paid $40 extra to have the dog hair vacuumed out entirely and when I looked in the back seat, there was quite a bit of dog hair on the floors still and it appears that the seats weren’t even moved to vacuum under them. I had to re-wash the inside console because there were still marks all over it. I ended up pay $65 for this and then spent another hour cleaning it myself.

Never had a bad experience here. Theyre pretty thorough, the staff is nice, and its an efficient operation. The price isnt outrageous, though it is more expensive than just a touchless wash at a gas station of course. My favorite thing, was this last time was my first time there with a car seat in the back, and they vacuumed out the car seat without me asking! I never even thought that would have been a thing! Love it.

Always do a good job cleaning my car

Not impressed with the service, interior cleaning was terrible, my cup holders and side compartment by the door look liked it wasn’t touched at all. I paid for extra vacuuming but nothing was done that was worth the pay.The guys that did final touch were not going to wipe my dashboard until I had asked.I think this place can do better.

I have been a Paradise customer for several years and just a few weeks ago Dave and the Apple Valley team detailed and buffed my 2013 Ford truck. They did it all in a morning and my truck looked brand new with a beautiful shine and no more scratches in the clear coat! I would recommend using this team if you are looking at any detailing. Dave and the entire Apple Valley team do an excellent job, they are very friendly and always strive to make sure you are a happy customer. Thanks AV Paradise team!

I cant begin to tell you how bad the job was I paid to get the inside clean and paid extra money to get the seats and everything cleaned and they now stained my seat and carpet in my car and now I have to pay more money to get their mistakes fixed. Terrible job dont go here. Your better of doing it yourself

I read all these negative reviews and I was pretty surprised because Ive had pretty good experience with Paradise in Apple Valley whether it was just a basic package car wash or a couple times with Detailing in the past.So I brought my car to them today for a special event (for me) with the Complete Package Detailing, which is inside and outside including the hi-speed buff over the car, and they did an AWESOME job! I had my hot spots list for them, like some light scratches on the right side doors, extra dirt on one of the back seats and doors etc. and all of them were completely gone. I am so pleased with the way it came out, it looks like new again! They got it all and didnt miss an inch.This week, Diana was really helpful explaining the different Detail packages and getting me scheduled for today. Nick Chavez the manager went over my car with me when I brought it in and when I picked it up, and made sure I was good with the way the car turned out, which I am! I could not have asked for a different or better job, and thats how it should be. Ill be back. I have another car that needs that Complete Package!

I was told an hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours for my car to be done. I went up to check when two had gone by. No apology. No courtesy. He called to check and they said about 20 min more. Still he acted like I was annoying him by even asking.

Waste of money for me; my interior was especially messy after a cross country move and 2 young kids, plus MN winter. I’d waited all winter thinking I’d deal with a salty interior but I finally caved thinking I’d go to paradise for a “1 time intense clean” and then maintain that the rest of winter myself and with use of gas station washes.I remember going with my dad as a kid; always loved it! Now as an adult, I’m totoally disappointed. The exterior was done fine (though I feel I could have gotten that same from a gas station wash...). I really was going for the interior clean and it was SO disappointing. We specifically went out, got that kids all dressed up on a cold winter day, and it was NOT worth the effort. Didn’t vacuum the floor mats, streaks of salt could still be seen on the seat backs and on that doors. And I asked for washing of the floor mats which wasn’t done. We even unfastened the car seats thinking they would clean the interior...wrong :/Don’t bother with paradise .

I will never waste my time or money here again. The attendant told me that everything would take 30 min and it took over 1 hour. While I sat and waited I watched as 1 person cleaned the inside of my vehicle and litteraly 5 other employees stood around together twirling their towels. I paid $40 for a terrible carwash. When they said it was done I could not beleive my eyes. It was like they never even cleaned anything inside. I asked the Manager to come look at it with me. I asked what he thought of the interior cleaning job and he acknowledged it was bad and asked for 5 min to try to improve it himself. He tried but I was way out of time and had to go. What I got was maybe worth $5 on a good day.

Ive been a long time customer, Ive had a monthly membership since 2012. Ive been to most of their vacations, they are all good but Apple Valley is the nicest.They do a good job and the staff are friendly.

Dropped my car off at 11 am for a 3 hour 149 dollar detail job. Had called days before. Set up a 1pm appointment. I called at 4pm to check on when it would be done. They had not started on the car yet. But they offered to do a rush job and get it done by close. I said no thanks. I did get my money back. So only out time and effort and loss of car for the day. And now I have to clean it.Thanks Nick, was just vary disappointing. Was my wife’s car and she was taking it on a trip this week. Was no time to reschedule. So I spent my only day off this week cleaning her car. I was given 3 free car wash coupons for my time. So all is good. And now I know how to detail a car. YouTube is your friend👍.Update !! Been a week now and have not got my refund. Had to go to the bank and put in a stop payment. Fill out a bit of paper work. Now waiting to hear back from bank.So not only dose the car wash not keep the appointment, but they charged me for services not performed And make me go through the bank to get my money back.

They go above my expectations for a clean car, standard job - came in with a rather dirty interior than usual and cleaned it spotless. If theres anything in the car they are very careful as well and I trust them 100%. (I leave a couple things in my car but I try not to) -- definitely my only place I go for my car washes! Definitely recommend. Good pricing too!

Exterior wash was fine but I really was going for the interior because we brought sand and dirt in from the beach the other day. The interior hardly looks different now than before and still full of sand. $35 for a car wash and have to clean the interior myself now anyway. Disappointed.

You can get a better wash, not to mention service, going thru a self wash.

I spent $38.00 on a car wash and it was the worst Ive ever had at any paradise car wash. I payed extra to have the floor mats washed. When they put them back in my truck there were puddles of mud on both front mats! They never wiped down my panoramic roof, the door arm rests were wet, the drivers side wheels were not cleaned and treated as I payed for, and the tail gate and wheel wells were still dirty. Waste of my money and time!

Dropped off the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had it washed and detailed inside and out. The team in the detail shop did the most amassing job.Inside was great and the engine compartment looked like brand new. Will be back again and again.

Just get of from there,they dont even touch the cup holders,i will keep looking another place to bring my truck !

I had the same detail service in December at the Maple Grove location as I did today. Today, the Apple Valley location charged me $30 more, for a car half as dirty and still managed to leave dirt and grime in the car. So terribly disappointing, I’ll never go back.
