Horrible service! John Rothschild is the worst agent weve ever had to deal with. Hes very unprofessional, never listens or remembers what you need. Never answers his phone or emails, he just wants to collect your commission but doesnt want to put in any actual work. He just sends your renewal in the mail and if you need anything else from him you can never reach him. He is not able to perform simple tasks correctly, he constantly mistakes you for someone else and doesnt remember your name or your business even though youre his customer for years. He got me coverage we didnt want because it didnt cover us for what we needed and cannot get me correct coverage because he doesnt listen or remember what we say. We paid a deposit we cannot get cancelled because he wont answer my emails. This guy is a fraud, stay away from him for your own good. His license needs to be revoked by the state. We will file a complaint with State of Florida for such horrible experience, enough is enough!
