I have been with Allstate continuously over 25 years homeowners, auto and Boat ins. I myself am an independent 220 agent. If I didn’t like Allstate I would have been gone a long time ago. My biggest complaint is the constant spam mail they send me. It is so impersonal. As long an as loyal as I’ve been to them I would expect them to know who I am as well as I know my customers. In a nutshell it’s a solid company but customers are just a number. I m now retired and no longer running an Agency. Upon my retirement I referred my book of business to Ken Morror Allstate agent. Same place I am now insured
