The local agent Ms. Wood was WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very helpful and and explained everything that I needed to do and how to go about doing it. She was professional and very patient with all my needs.

I had the pleasure of using the services through their Insurance Agent, Douglas McCord. He was professional, responsive and accommodating to explaining and answering all of my questions. Mr. McCord, treated me like I was the only client for the day and gave me 5 star service. I am in the legal field and its hard to impress me, since so many companies have poor to mediocre service. However, Mr. McCord not only impressed me but made me feel confident with my selection of Direct Auto as a carrier of my families two cars. With service like this, I will likely becoming a long term client of Direct Auto. 5 STARS!

I feel like the guy who works at this location broke everything down so that I can understand but he seemed a lil agitated and aggravated when I arrived, but other than that i feel like I made a good decision starting my car insurance policy great monthly fee.

The insurance it’s self I didn’t have a problem with, it was the location where I would send my payment, three times in a row I would get emails saying that my policy was going to be canceled if they didn’t receive a payment . I had already mailed the check week prior somebody did not want to process my payment therefore my policy could’ve been canceled and my drivers license getting suspended! Al because somebody at that location doesn’t want to do their job, I did ask them if they needed to hire somebody to process payments .So I canceled my policy today I am currently with somebody else.

Tiffany has outstanding customer service !!! Came in right before closing with a complicated issue and she helped me with a smile on her face . Very satisfying !

Just got off the phone with the rude lady here at this location and while I was speaking to her she asked if i was done talking yet beacause I was getting frustrated with her . They have very bad customer service here and I just cancelled my policy with them due to me getting another car and getting on my mothers insurance for the moment because it is way cheaper . Ive been with direct for 3 years now and every year they keep increasing my insurance and I have had no tickets or anything . then every time you re apply they want the $248 down payment every time. When they say there going to inspect your car like every car insurance, all they do is walk around your car and say thats it, looks good. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE

Wow first time ever getting insurance and these guys charge me 150 a month which was average at the time but failed to tell me that the type of insurance they gave me meant I could not drive with it. So I drove around for about a year and a half without a clue risking getting in an accident and have an e-3 insurance record equivalent to someone with a DUI charge and have to pay ten grand... Took advantage off me

Got a policy at this location. I asked Denise for the bare minimum required, and she jammed my account with a bunch of stuff that I did not need or I did not ask for. Staff there is extremely rude.
