These guys did a good job installing some replacement windows. It took about five weeks after a window they ordered had to replaced, but I appreciate them catching the window and not trying to install it to see if it would pass. Four stars as the new windows dont really match the other windows on our house. If using them I would recommend replacing all the windows in that room of your house so they will at least match the room. We expected this a bit, but you can tell the window manufacturer they use is a more of a budget provider of replacement windows. But that is reflected in their pricing as they are much cheaper than top line windows like Pella. Very professional and their workers were very courteous when installing the windows.

The team from Window Wise replaced three windows for me on Monday, July 20th. They were on time for the appointment. There was a two-man team and their work was quick, clean and professional. We were very pleased with their product and their pricing. I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Below are just the facts of my dealings with Window Wise: The owner (James) is often on the road and rarely answers the phone when called; however, if you leave a voice message he is good at returning your call usually by early morning next day. If you do not leave a voice message, you are likely not to get in contact with him. I received a fair/good quote for installation of owner supplied replacement windows (i.e. warranty replacement windows I previously received from Andersen). My appointment was scheduled ~1 week later. The install technician arrived on time (actually slightly early) and was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Just a few minutes into the work, the technician informed me that the glazing beads (vinyl strips around edges of window) were cracking when attempting to remove and it was unwise to continue without new beads since they are reused. I was charged--and paid without issue--an $85 appearance fee for what essentially amounted to no work and
