My Guys Remodeling did a great job installing Vytex replacement windows and Hardy panel siding on my home. They also did other related repairs and the overall work was excellent.

UPDATE: I received a very quick response from Dave along with an apology and explanation for the delay, which was very reasonable. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future if I need more work done.Had someone come out for an estimate that was on-time, friendly, and professional. Said that theyd get me an estimate within 2 or 3 days. Its been over a week now, so Ive obviously chosen to use a different company. Reviews seem very positive for them, so this either slipped through the cracks or they decided they didnt want the job for some reason and didnt bother to let me know.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly, professional and stand by their work. Definitely recommend and will use again for future jobs.

My Guys completely did the outside (Hardiplank siding, windows) along with rebuilding one corner that had termite damage and did a spectacular job. We now feel like we have a new house on the outside. Completely happy with their work. They showed they very much cared about doing a good job and communicating with us during the process so we knew what to expect. Quality is top notch. I VERY highly recommend My Guys if you need siding or window work. Would definitely call them if you are thinking about this kind of work.

Awesome company to work with from start to finish! Dave Krotts (sales rep.) came to our home, gave us an estimate, no hard core sales pressure like the others. It was a pleasure working with him. Any calls or emails were returned immediately! Petr did a phenomenal job tearing out our old windows and installing the new Potomac windows with Hardie trim! Joe and Shannon Bass (the owners) made us feel like family and go out of their way to make sure everything is done to perfection. An added bonus, lifetime coverage on the windows even if we break the glass. And the most important information is, we LOVE these windows!!! No more draft and it is so much quieter in our home.

These guys have a great business model. From sales to operational followup, they kept us in the loop throughout the process. The crew was outstanding (Alex/Cruz), always keeping me updated on any needed modifications. Good price and professional team, great option on any exterior remodel. They had to troubleshoot a large wood rot in the back of the house and priced it fairly to help protect our home.

For less than half the price quoted to us from another company for just replacement windows, we were able to get top quality windows, a new door, and front railings. It was very easy working with the My Guys team. We didn’t have to do anything prior to installation. They replaced our window treatments and cleaned up. They replaced synthetic stucco on our dormers and chimney and replaced it with hardwood siding. Beautiful job, easy to work with, best price, and very professional. They also patched rotting wood on a large, expensive window and saved us the cost of replacing it. Highly recommend them and well be using them again.

My Guys Remodeling installed cladding, siding, trim, soffits and Windows on our home three years ago. They did an excellent job. The work was completed by a skilled team. After three years, everything still looks and functions great with no defects.I am now selling the house and it was inspected by a building inspector. He stated the house needed additional kick back flashing installed. I called My Guys who sent out a representative right away to look at my house and point out to me how the flashing had been correctly installed. My Guys also provided me with a letter stating that the work had been done to code and restated the warranty backing the installation.I appreciate My Guys dealing with me promptly and professionally even 3 years after they had completed their work. I highly recommend their services, integrity and workmanship.

We have used Shawn, Shane, and the rest of My Guys for three different projects. Replacing a third floor casement window poorly installed by a much inferior company, replacing all the other windows, and re-shingling our roof. They and their team are without fail courteous, professional, and very accommodating to our work schedules. The workers show up on time, or call if they will be delayed. The projects were completed in a timely manner, and no evidence of their presence save the new installs was visible at the end of the work. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed via text or return phone call. Highly recommended.

Called my Guys for an appointment and was pleased to get a quick 10 a.m. appointment a couple of days later for my large-project home remodel new roof, siding, windows etcNo show at 10 a.m., I called at 10.30 and was told that someone would be leaving the office and would be there 20 minutes later. Im still waiting - no visit, no communication, no apologies.Im just grateful I learned about their work ethic and customer consideration prior to possibly contracting with them.Definitely NOT MYGuys
