This company will lie to you before they even have your business... here’s my experience with KelleyI called Kelley about a week ago to request quotes for car insurance, explained we had a new driver, I had a speeding ticket, and we had an open not at fault accident with State Farm, but that State Farm was up for renewal and they were killing us on our rates. I had to call Kelley back to see what was happening with her getting us quotes, she told me that Progressive was going to be $615.00 a month I asked if she had looked into any other companies she started to trip over her words and not give me straight answers and started blaming my driving history, I told her I pulled my driving history and the only thing was 1 speeding ticket in the last 5 years that we had discussed previously. I blatantly asked her if she had tried any other carriers such as United General and she said they were just as high as progressive, I told her that I found that hard to believe because another agency Barefoot and Hardison had gotten me a quote from United General and that it wasn’t for $600.00 and that she was lying to me and that I would take my business elsewhere.So if you want an agent and agency that will lie to you right upfront from the get go...this is the place for you, if you want an agent and agency that you have to track down to earn your business...then this is the place for you.
