I wish there was an option give negative stars. I have worked Glenn directly for my insurance with Allstate and after the initial 6 months I signed up for I wish never ever to come back to Allstate and this agent. He setup our insurance and after a month into the policy Allstate increased our prices and this agent had no idea why. He kept making promises to address the issues and never returned calls, emails and left us hanging. Overall the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and find another agent.

Great costumer service

I wish there were fewer stars to give. Glen never returns phone calls, emails or is in any way proactive with coverage. After 13 years and multiple policies spanning five states with AllState I’ve cancelled all policies and moved to another insurance provider. You just can’t trust them to protect your assets. There are so many insurance provides out there that can and do provide better service.
