I called in a dealt with Maya who’s assisted me 4-5 times in the past. The experience was amazing, as always! I called and she picked up on the second ring. I had questions and she was very attentive and sought to clearly understand what I was asking. There were two separate issues that I needed researched for me. She summarized what I was asking said she’d make some calls and look for some answers. She said she would call me back, naturally I’m thinking it’ll be tomorrow or much later. 10 mins later she called me back gave me the information and it was simple as that. On another occasion I remember calling the office and dealing with Maya on another occasion and I was really upset at a situation concerning my accident and subsequent claim. She handled that amazingly as well. She was very empathetic and totally changed the weather for me, prompting me to apologize for my initial tone and attitude. I’m betting that she doesn’t even remember the interaction, but that’s probably because that’s what she does every day, and does it well! This office is amazing and Maya is a huge part!

I called in to request information on a recent claim we made on our homeowner’s policy. Maya was able to answer my question right away and, when I had to call back twice with follow up questions, she continued to provide assistance in a cheerful manner and without delay. Maya was very professional and friendly during our call.

I switched to this agency after being with All State for all my life i.e. over 20yrs. They quoted me about the same rate as All State with a promise that as I become older customer, my premium would go down. I thought it does not hurt trying them if the rates are about the same. I received the confirmed quote, policy etc via email, but after a month they increased the premium by 50% saying that this is from the Corporate office and there is nothing they could do. They suggested that they could cancel the policy if this new rate was not acceptable to me and they even offered to coordinate with All State to make sure the policy was easily transitioned to All State. So, I cancelled the policy with this agency (and State Farm) and switched back to All State. However, when I received the refund from this agency, they deduced about 15% amount saying this is a cancellation charge, which they did not mention before cancelling the policy. I was fooled to work with them by seeing great reviews here. Not sure if all these reviews are real. But to me, this agency is just pathetic. I wish I could give them a 0 star here. I would never go to them or State Farm and would advise everyone to be cautious when working with this agency.--5/4/19I am not able to see how to respond Cheries last comment, so I am wiring my response here:I called your agency multiple times and in fact had a long discussion with you, but you did not seem to be interested in resolving the issue. You had chance to fix, but you did not. So, dont write the false statement here. The case is now with NC Department of Insurance. See the attached document.
