What initially was supposed to be a 8 month lease turned into a 2 year. We moved from MA and actually leased this sight unseen, and was nervous about it, but now we love it. From the office team who is always willing to advice and help, the pool, pickle ball court, and the wonderful units with great space - it’s been great. Just book it.

This is a wonderful community! Staff is amazing. Amenities are perfect. Neighborhood is clean and well taken care of. Absolutely no complaints. So happy I decided to take the plunge to move here, site unseen! Truly love living here ❤️

I’ve been living here for only a month and its been so much fun. We worked with Anny and her team and her support was so helpful!! She addressed many of our problems efficiently and even FaceTimed us to show us our apt and the community before we moved in!!! The amenities, especially the club house is really nice and well maintained. There is no disturbance from the road and at night the lights are blue and give off a super cool vibe!!

William was incredibly helpful in expediting the process of helping me apply as a co-occupant of a residence at Westford. Facilities and amenities are beautiful and clean and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and amenities here. Damon and the maintenance staff are incredible and always prompt to address any problems I have ever had (which have been so few), and Anny in the office has been so helpful. I am so lucky to be surrounded by such an incredible community!

I have been living here since September and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are wonderful,even tho there have been restrictions because of covid. I have met so many of the wonderful neighbors here, I cant wait till this pandemic is over so that we can social more. Damon from maintenance is great! He is very respectful and thorough in completing repairs in my apartment, all around nice guy. Looking forward to enjoying the grounds this spring and happy to call this community my home! So close to so many great shopping areas.

I just renewed my lease for another year! The apartments are cozy with excellent natural light. The complex is very quiet and very safe. Neighbors are friendly! I have needed maintenance assistance twice and both times the staff was quick and very helpful! There are food trucks that visit frequently too! Highly recommend!

I moved here just before Covid hit so I havent been out and about much so I dont really know anyone. However, office staff (previous and current) have been really professional and always ready to help. The transition from previous to current management went smoothly. My apartment appears to be fairly sound proof. I rarely hear anyone upstairs and I never hear anyone on either side of me. The grounds are maintained regularly and beautifully. I havent met the maintenance staff yet because Ive never had an issue. The office staff is very responsive and ready to help at any time. They are congenial and professional. Even the Valet Trash service is spot on. Great place to live. Great area too. Major shopping area is only about 2-3 miles away.

Anny is the absolute best! If you are ever in the need for a home/apartment please ask for Anny. Anny is skilled in what she does for people who are in need of a new home/apartment. Anny is empathetic to all of your needs from the beginning to the very end of your move in date. I love my new home!!

Yes it’s true that the entire apartment complex is well lit at night.also to the maintenance crew Damon is a fantastic guy, he gets the job done, he’s very professional and perfectionist at what he does.the amenities are truly awesome especially the indoor swimming pool.very quiet and relaxing community. I have lived here a bit more than a year. I find the amenities to be excellent and well maintained. Every time I’ve had questions or concerns the office team has been responsive and understanding. It’s a quiet community and I also feel safe living here.

I absolutely LOVE Villages at Westford Apartments! The community is beautiful, there are plenty of incredible amenities, and the staff is extremely helpful. The Community Manager, William, has been nothing but kind and accommodating to my roommate and I as we navigate a lease transfer in the coming days. This is a fantastic community -- and I LOVE being a part of it!

This place has amazing amenities! Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, game room with pool tables, ping pong, pinball. Not to mention the huge gym! Oh.. get this.. they also have a playground for the kiddos, pickle ball courts and even a dog park! Like what?!

So far no complaints! Very polite leasing office, nice apartment with lots of sunlight. The one maintenance request I put in was answered on the very same day, and the person who came was very polite and fixed it immediately. I recommend living here!

Damon our maintenance team member was absolutely fantastic!!! He adjusted our bath shower controls for maximum temperature and tightened our fridge doors!! He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations!! So happy with the amazing service!!!

Damon was a pleasure to have from start to finish. A very professional experience as soon as he entered, he focused on the problems we asked to get looked at as well as went above and beyond to make sure any other issues we might of had were taken care of! He remembered a few minor issues we had in the past and rechecked those to make sure everything was 100 percent. Damon is a very observant employee!

Just moved to this property and couldnt be happier with Will, the community manager, and his prompt replies to all of my questions! Im also impressed with Damon, the maintenance team, who went above and beyond the call of duty to not only fix everything that was requested but went out of his way to help fix problems we never even caught before they spiraled into something bigger—proactive and professional.The only question I have remaining during these Covid times, which wasnt fully discussed due to their legal policy, was the nitty gritty on breaking a lease (who know what the future holds). Other than that, its been a great experience so far with clean amenities and wonderful staff.

I’m giving the facility a one I went and visited my fiancé and was looking to see at moving but that fact that the grounds are covered in dog feces people let their dogs go and leave it watched it first hand when bags are available at no cost to tenants at various locations. Sad because I was in love with the beauty around but the last thing I wanna do is go out on the balcony in the morning and smell dog feces, or god for bid go for a walk and step in dog feces. They obviously do not enforce picking up after your dogs and to me this is a poor quality in the business and the fact that they allow people to continuously live there and not pick up after their dogs without consequences.

William was absolutely wonderful and has a great personality. He answered all of our questions and was very informative.

The maintenance service at villages of Westford is so reliable. My work order was fulfilled so fast. It didn’t take long for them to come to my apartment and fix all the necessary things

The apartment very well the only thing I hate here are my neighbors all day and night they are making noise and I complained and they continue without stopping, maybe it is a family they should not allow large families on the floors above. I have never had this problem, I have always tried to be a good neighbor but not everyone thinks the same, until the walls creak with movement and you can hear the children who cry and scream often, everything was fine until I moved here, and when Im asleep they they always wake me up and Im pregnant and so tired of this

We loved our time at The Villages at Westford!We were there for 6 months and I just want to say the staff there are wonderful! We mostly dealt with Jon and he was so professional and kind too! From lining up our apartment without seeing it first, to moving in day, Jon was with us every step of the way!! He made the whole process easy and stress free. While there we enjoyed all the great amenities! They also do many special things for the tennants at holidays and other times. The place was so well lit up at night and so safe. If you needed anything they were always ready to help!The staff are all very friendly ! I love that the place was off the beaten path of the highway and so it was very quiet at night! The grounds are always kept up well! The maintenance men were also very professional and respectful and kept everything in great shape !We would definitely recommend THE VILLAGES AT WESTFORD as a great place to live!! 10 stars!Deb-Doug Smith

This is a brand new apartment complex. It is very well maintained and has lots of amenities. The club house has both indoor and outdoor pool which is a great plus to the families with kids. Great location right off US-64.

Well kept, lots of amenities, luxury living at an affordable price. I wish if they would hurry up and solve my hot water issues though! The water in my apartment has been luke warm for way too long. Sometimes it’s cold and won’t even get like warm
