Use UPS instead. Tracking system is 40 years old. Telling a customer package will arrive between 8am and 4:30 is not good enough. Could have them leave package but if it is important enough to overnight i dont know anyone that would trust that idea. Second time my stomach in knots using this service...no more

I shipped a package to Australia on September 21, 2020. I was promised delivery on the 25th. The package took 19 days to get to the person I was shipping to. I also had to change the address because I was told FedEx delivers to PO Boxes. Come to fund out, they do not, so I had to change the address. I paid $180 to ship a 3 lb. package. I will never, ever ship with FedEx again.

Friendly and fast but found it very expenseive to FedFx stuff on the weekend. If possable wait until week days to FedEx.
