I have been to this nail salon twice 1/06 and 9/24 and I have had bad experiences, but I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I don’t want to hurt a small business if it’s a fluke. Both times I have received nails that I didn’t like, it has taken me 1 1/2 - 2 hours in the salon. Today I was seated at 4:25 and didn’t get out of the salon until 6:05, I asked for black dip nails and some glitter. My problems with my manicure: my hands don’t match. My right hand has far less glitter and shorter nails. My left hand has ALOT more glitter and the nails are longer. The tech was nice but was bending my fingers to discomfort, like careful you might dislocate my fingers. The bottom of my nails weren’t smoothed. My cuticles have nail police on them and parts of my fingers have nail polish on them and there is parts of my nails where there isn’t actually nail polish. And he scrapped my skin with the nail file so my skin on my fingers is irritated.

This place is amazing I found finally found my new permanent nail place. I wanted halloween and these are perfect!!

I took my 13 year old daughter to the salon to get acrylic nails. They did her nail polish poorly like a 5 year old. Which cost 2 hours of our day gone because it took them that long to finish a touch up after they messed it up and then a few days later the nails are already falling off and we went back to see if they could fill them because we are leaving soon and we want to have acrylic nails but apparently they cant fix it or give us our money back so I would not go there if I were you.

I came in for a fill with long bulky uneven nails from a full set done another salon location. My nails look great and even now. My nail tech took down a lot of the bulk trimmed and filed my nails to the coffin shape that I like! Had a great pedicure too! No nicks, no bleeding cuticles, just nice smooth even Acrylic and a clean paint job on both hands and toes. Far better price point than most salons. My technician had anesthetic eye and attention for detail. I’ll be back.

They were pretty great, they got two out of three of us started right away. Their prices were amazing and their staff was friendly and nice.

I’ve been getting my nails for over 20 years and this place is the worst. I asked for a nail design that they had on display. Every tech was like freaking out. If they can’t do it then they shouldn’t display it! The nails are too thin! Wouldn’t last a day easy breakage for more money in my opinion. Acrylic nails have only taken about an hour in my experience and this took almost 2 hours.

Everyone here does a great job. I switch up my nails often and experiment and I love all of their services. I broken a nail (totally my fault) and they offered to fix for free. I still tipped because I appreciate them so much. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking for a luxurious and spacious nail salon you would not want go there but if the service counts more to you they are good. All services done by different nail tech.

They are nice. Tracey is the best. She always takes such great care of me. One of the women even put a nice design on my toes when my team was going to the superbowl. It was because of that design that we won!

Great experience. My daughter and I stopped in. Even though it was close to closing time, they were very accommodating and professional. Will definitely go again.

Son did a GREAT JOB on my nails. Hes quick and professional. Salon is nice and wonderful background music was playing. I love my nails!!

Did an excellent job with painting and design on my toe nails. The massage and the callous removal was poor. You couldnt tell I had a pedicure in my heels and bottom of my feet

UPDATE: I went today to get my acrylic nails removed. It was painful! I dont know if thats how they normally do it but I always thought they need to put acetone on first and so on. She was trying to pull then out raw and dry. That hurt so much. One of my nail she bend it from the middle of my nail and it still hurts. Even after she did the acetone and the drill it still hurt. I dont know if she doesnt know how or what. But this is the second time she hurts me. But this time was way too much. Next time I go i would only choose son to do my nails.Got my nails done here 3 times and I just love them!!! The last two i got them done by Son he does such a great job and also fast which is really convenient! Today one the ladies hurt my nails but good thing I got switched to Son again. Best job so far! I will be back again! Thank you!😊

I felt that because I was not a regular they did not give me the same treatment as they would have to another costumer. I did not need my toenails cut or filed but she filed it anyways and messed up my nail shape. New tools were not opened, my toe nail chipped not even an hour after getting them done. I dont even think she added a clear coat on top. THIS IS THE REASON I WOULD RATHER DO THEM MYSELF. I will not revisit this nail salon. Not even for convenience. If/when i do get them done I will be going out of my way to a well known nail salon I have been I before.

I normally love this place I pop in from time to time this was the 1st time I felt so uncomfortable And humiliated Im really picky with my nails and I like to shape them myself but the one lady with the bangs was calling me crazy under her breath And mental illness obscenity s I felt so disrespected and found this highly unprofessional i will not be back.. I left in tears

Donna helped me today by putting on a full set and she did the most perfect almond shaped nails Ive ever had. Every other member of the staff that I had interacted with were also very nice and the price was super reasonable. Ill definitely be going back there!

Honestly they did good on my nails and everything they just take WAY to long almost two hours just to do them and it’s WAY to hot in there like they don’t even run the ac just some fans they got on the staff is nice the price is okay the lady told me 45 over the phone get done with my nails she says 55 so eh they are okay I just didn’t like how they kept up and moving us one person would work on the nails then move ppl around to three different spots it’s kinda annoying

Very clean place! All of the nail polishes were full, clean bottles. My husband and I came for a pedicure and it was the best weve had, hands down. This will be our new monthly stop for our pedicures. They gave a great massage, hot rocks, hot towel service. A+++!

I have been with Dona for 9 years. She has done my nails and pedis every month. I love my nails and toes every time. She will do any design or surprise you with something beautiful. She also has done my lips and eyeliner.and lashes. She is very professional and she called me everyday to check on me when she did my lips. When she’s busy or on vacation, I will wait for her to get back. NOBODY DOES MY NAILS EXCEPT DONA. I just love her and all her peeps at the salon. I recommend Dona and all the people who work there. Five stars absolutely!!!!!Just had my nails done by Donna. Had them done different than last 10 years. Love them

I had gone to another nail salon and they did an awful job on my full acrylic set. A week later I couldnt handle the ugly and came to STARWOOD. The customer service is top notch and were able to fix my nail catastrophe. And I L.O.V.E them. The bonus is prices were ALOT cheaper than the other place as well!! I think this is the best all around experience I have had at a nail salon. I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STARWOOD.

My daughter got a full set of nails done about two weeks ago well first night out of town nail broke then two days later they started lifiting up and she had to take them off...will not recommend them or be back..

I have been coming here for gel manicure and pedicure for over 2 years-Sue and Donna are very friendly and take good care of their customers. Eyelashes and brows are top notch and affordable. I was going to a lash studio but they were spendy and they quickly fell out but Donnas lashes last. Natural and no need for mascara or even other makeup yay!! Check them out. Im not a paid review and get no incentive. I just love them.

I went today to get my eyebrows and nails filled. Jeanne was my technician and boy am I impressed she took her time and both my eyebrows and nails are perfection!

I did a big no no by going to another nail salon. Im going to tell you this place stands behind their work. Others I had to pay again to get my nails taken off because their nail technicians dont know how to put them on right. I so happy I came back. 😁😁😁

Terrible experience. They have no idea what they are doing. A old man in the front kept telling ladies they look sexy. Only one said she knew how to do dip nails and she really didn’t. We were there almost 3 hours. Will never go back

I had my nails done and a few days later they started to lift, I went back in and tried to show what nails were lifting, they weren’t really fixed another well went by and they have all come off. I send over 50.00 on them and they are already off. Will never go back poor product.

It was clear the utensils weren’t sterilized between each person when getting manicure or pedicure. Pretty gross. Also they stored things in packages that go in an autoclave for sterilize instruments but they just stored things in it. Put it back in the drawer then I saw it used on the next person. They were nice and efficient but the lack of sterilizing between clients was not ok.

They do a really good job. Jenny is my favorite. She always makes sure my nails are even and they dont have weird dips in them like at other places. They dont do super elaborate designs but they have a lot of different gels and tips to choose from.

I love getting my nails done here. I always get the color and shape I want with designs❤️ I do not go anywhere else! I recommend all my friends and family to come here for their nails.

I have been going to Donna for a long time and I LOVE THIS SALON!!! Donna does my nails and lashes just the way I like it. She always comes up with the best designs too. I also see Susan to do my pedicures....these ladies work very hard to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

They got me right in and my nails look beautiful.

Checked in and they said 30 minute wait, put your name and phone on the sheet, we will call you. Sat in my car right in front because the odor was very strong! Then I watched 4 people go in after me, so I went back in as they never called me and 30 minutes had gone by.They had all been taken ahead of me. In the end they had the manager do my nails and toes to fix the situation. Nails look great but too long of a wait.

Not a fan. Ive came in before and theyve done a great job, today, not so much. I work a manual labor job, long hours. so admittedly, I am quite sore, with cuts on my hands and feet. The lady was very rough with my feet, even asking her several times for her to stop. And halfway through my manicure, they switched. A man asked about a cut on my hand and I said not to touch it, its new. He stuck his finger in it.

Had a good experience, both gentlemen that did our nails were nice. I did not get their names but my daughter and I love our nails!!

Donna always does a great job! I go to her regularly and get acrylic nails with a stiletto shape, which is hard to get done right from other salons but they always do a great job here. Donna also has great attention to detail.

I have been coming to see Jenny for my nails and lashes since I moved to the East Valley in mid-2017. Jenny is very professional and maintains exceptional quality, standards, and is always educating herself on the latest trends. She is a talented lash and nail artist and I highly recommend her!

I went in on 8/16/20. I got a pedicure and there was NO social distance. They say people right next to each other. The lady next to me was getting her face waxed and they used the same stick to wax her face and just kept re dipping it in the wax. So disgusting! They probably do that to everyone that gets waxed and whatever they get waxed. that’s is a huge no no. Imagine them doing that for a bikini wax and then your face.During my pedicure they pulled the little cart up and started on my feet. First I told them I just wanted a basic pedicure and they kept trying to push me to get the more expensive one. They asked repeatedly. No means no! Second When they got to the nail file I saw it looked old and had nail dust on it. So now I’m assuming all of my tools they used on My feet weren’t clean or sanitized.So unless you don’t care for cleanliness then this is the place for you.

Donna, Son and Michael are the best. I always feel very special when Im there. They always do a great job on my nails.

Sun is awesome. If you make an appointment with him, hes prompt and always gets my daughter and I in on time. Weve rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes, he schedules and manages his time accordingly.

Went to get my nails done with my bridesmaids before my wedding. We had two manicures, a full set with gel, and a fill with gel. The staff were all very friendly and still fit us all in even though we went in very close to closing time. All of us have beautiful nails, and the prices are great. I will definitely be going back.

Not the best experience. I’ve gone in a few times and it’s seems to have gotten progressively worse. The polish does not last at all, their polish doesn’t shine until they put a top coat on. I suspect this is because it’s old and thinned down with acetone. Last visit, one of the workers was arguing loudly with a customer about the price of gel polish. Then all of the workers started speaking loudly in another language. It was unsettling and not relaxing at all. One worker was walking around and waxing eyebrows in pedi chairs instead of doing them in private. Same with eyelash extensions, done in room with door wide open to the salon. This type of salon is not for me, I like a quiet, polite and relaxing atmosphere, I did not get that from this salon. Stars are for the disposable pedi chair liners and the tech who did my nails was nice.

One of the most amazing salons I have found to date. Theyre a little on the pricier side but absolutely worth it. I always have Son do my nails. He is amazing.

I have been going to Donna for my nail treatment for years, when she was at the Wal-Mart Salon and now at the Idaho salon in Apache Junction. She is so good and I am always happy with her work and service. She and the others are so kind And polite. Previously a person complained about them not serving her after hours, they are open from Mon-Sat 9 am to 7 pm and Sun 10 am to 4 pm. The person didnt have a legitimate complaint. They had the time wrong their error, not the salons mistake. I am a customer who knows that some of them work 7 days a week, long hours and take no vacation. So take into consideration the service rendered, the ability that they do walk-ins, and the Price is so good ; I drive from the far west side of Mesa to get here for Donna to do my nails. I will continue to come here as long as I can. Ther are Best that I have found!
