I have been going to this Salon for several months and am very happy with them. Diana does my nails and pedicures and she is a miracle worker!

I love my nails! Diana does great work with acrylic and polish. Michael is also great with nails. I haven’t had a pedicure yet, but I treated my mom to a pedicure this afternoon and she LOVED IT. They have massage chairs that really helped with her back and then wonderful (and affordable) pedicure services for a relaxing afternoon. This is absolutely the place you want to go if you’re looking to get your nails done in Apache Junction. Thanks, Diana!

This salon is in Walmart, and when I was in the restroom noticed a woman use the bathroom and leave without washing her hands. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands. The woman looked me in the eye and said No. I see her go into the salon and discovered she works there, and she’s working on someone’s nails. She has the potential of cutting someone and getting her germs inside someone. I was appalled. She did not care, management said they would talk to her but there was no recourse. I’m disgusted and mortified.

Went and saw my usual guy, Mike. As always he did a LOVELY job. Stepped out of my comfort zone with these ones but im actually really feelin the butterflies. 10/10 would recommend. 💕

Second time here and I got fungus on 3 fingernails place should disinfect their equipment I talked to someone on the phone about it and mentioned it they said no !! I was wrong and hanged up on me don’t go here by all means my finger still hurts it’s been a week.

Rush rush rush 🙄 Put my socks and shoes on FOR ME before my toes were even dry got home and my polish was messed up charged my card more than I authorized pedi and mani definitely not worth $72. I will not return or reccomend to my family or friends ....

I have had 1000s of pedicures. First time here. Very unsanitary practices. Rude. Pushy. Dont expect them to make this a comfortable experience. Actually took my phone away from me at one point. I knew what I wanted and was downsold. Wouldnt give me gel. Im unsatisfied and insulted and never going to go back. Never.

I went to Regal nails just to compare (see how good my usual salon was), and boy did I find out! They were LOUSY!! First of all, the fellow GAVE ME A CUT on my finger and never even said Im sorry. He then proceeded to cut off my nails, asking me if that was alright! What could I say?? He then gave me a manicure by dipping my nails into some powder twice, and going over that with 2 coats of hardener. No filing, or at least the filing was VERY minimal! No waiting until it cured or anything. My nails look SHORT. uneven, and bumpy ! REALLY BUMPY! I tried to paint them when I got home, and thet looked even worse! All gouged up and terrible! The fellow who did them was so proud of this new way of doing them, too! And to think I paid $45 for this! If I could give NO STARS, I would! Warning: Do NOT go here! EVER!!

I have been coming to the Apache Junction location ever since I moved here almost 5 years ago. I absolutely love this place. Susan is my nail lady and she is very professional and her customer service is like no other! She always comes in early for me even before the shop opens to accommodate my crazy schedule! She is the only person I will let do my eye brows and nails! I have referred many people to Susan and we absolutely love her! She deserves a raise! I will keep coming for years to come.. thank you 😊

Worst nail fill ever.2 days after having them filled, 5 of them crackled, went back & all they did was fill with glue & repolish.Now, chunks of acrylic fell out..Will never go back.They must be using the cheapest products on the market.Along with that, alot of yelling amongst each other.Very uncomfortable & the worst experience with any company EVER!!

I have been a customer for years at Regal Nails in Apache Junction. Susan is always and has always been very professional. In addition Susan along with all the Nail tech’s are super friendly and extremely caring. My husband is not in the best of health but every time I go every one takes time to ask me how my husband is doing. Susan is available and works with my schedule and quick appointment request. I truly am pleased and thankful for every opportunity to see Susan, Diana, and the team at Regal Nails. I get compliments all the time about how natural my nails look and how unique the design is. My nails are short and natural in appearance I really love the way Susan creates my look.I give her the color that I want and with her talent she creates a magical look.Susan thanks so very much every time!

Goin back n asking for the same tech.

We were able to get in 4 people last minute the week prior to my daughters wedding. A couple of days before the wedding, my daughter broke one of her nails. We stopped in the day before the wedding with no appointment and they got her right in and fixed the nail for free. Staff are all very friendly and do wonderful work.

Thank you Regal... I went to another salon to get my nails filled and gel polish when I left it look like a 2 year old did them.. I show up 7 minutes before closing and they still took the time to fix my nails. I really appreciate you so much!

Andy is amazing! So nice and he does the best work. When I come to town I get so excited to see him. Nobody else does my nails like him.

The man who did my nails a couple weeks ago was AWESOME. He refused my tip because I was 8 months prego... so I left a chunky tip for him at the front.. so sweet.

I switched nail salons about 6 months ago. Went to the other salon for many years.But I love this place. If you find the tech you love there. Stay with the same one. But you do have to explain what you want.

Susan did her best to be gentle, Im a diabetic w very sensative feet. The paint jobs great. The girls were very nice.p

Man in back of salon does horrible work. He’s very nice but leaves you with overly thick bumpy nails and acrylic all over your fingers. Never had such a terrible job!

This is a wonderful place! The techs are very friendly and professional. It is always a very relaxing experience. I go as often as I am able.

My husband and I went to Regal Nail salon yesterday to get pedicures. We are seniors and it is difficult for us to do our own toes so we need to have this service done for us. We were very unhappy with the way we were treated. This salon has several men who work there. They were very rude, didnt speak english to us and were very rushed with their service. They treated us like we were an inconvenience to them and could not get rid of us fast enough. It was no more than 15 minutes and they were pushing us out the door.We have been here before and the girls were always friendly and gentle with their service to us. The owner needs to send these men somewhere to teach them how to properly care for their clients. We will not be back unless the girls are available for treatment.

I wouldnt give them even one star after my experience today. I will say Ive been coming here for some time now and for the most part I havent had too many complaints. Today, was different. I went in to get a fill and get for nails repaired that had broken. I believe the young mans name was Andy who fix my nails. He asked me right off the bat if I wanted any length off. I told him no I love the length of my nails. I turned a video on on my phone and started to watch you. Before I know it he was using the Dremel on the tips of my nails and when I looked up I was devastated. Before that he had repaired or half the length of my other nails and he was in the process of filing the other ones down. I asked him what are you doing? He said I have to take them down a little bit to match the other ones. I told him you took too much off. I started to cry and just went ahead and paid him. Bye not leaving him a tip I hope he knows how upset I was. If not hopefully hell know when I dont come in there anymore. Now it will cost me $25 an hour of my time to maybe get them back to where they were before. 😱😖😠

Went to get my nails done.. I wanted a coffin shape and they ended up being round and some square... wanted Royal blue, gave me a dark blue and to TOP that 1 crooked nail... Male cut me twice... went home and 30 min later I went back to get them fixed.. shaped looked good until they painted my nails and cut me another 3 more times... wasnt satisfied at all ...

I dont appreciate that picture of that one smelly girl on the front. I was about to go get them done, then I see this. This needs to be taken down immediately. I dont want those clammy hands that yall were touching to touch me. Dont really want an infection. Btw dinosaur status? Her nose touched me through the screen. Also stop doing square nails please and thank you.

I wanted MATTE nails && the guy specifically said he could do the design in the picture && instead he did this. My nails were NOT MATTE! He put a clear polish over && said it would turn them to MATTE but never did! I will never go there again. Nails broke 2 day later. Not worth the $50 I paid && not worth the $10 tip he asked for.

Went in to get a gel fill and color change. I always see the place busy so I assumed they do good work. My nails looked horrible in the end. The color was not taken to the edges, one of my nails were crooked and a day after leaving the gel bubbled. The male technician did not bake my nails long enough and rushed through the process. I questioned the job and the guy told me to come back to his station so he could fix them. He fixed them a little to where I could actually say I got them done. He unfortunately did not get a tip from me because when I questioned the work he accused me rubbing the nails so the polish came off. Ummm hello you cant really do that with gel. Ill never go back to this nail spot.

The salon is not kept clean, if you pay attention they use the same clippers and other tools on next customer. Susan files gel off but grinds down way to low and messes with the natural nail. Dont bother to make an appointment because they over book then tell you an hour wait. If you say something about having to wait after you scheduled an appoint, the excuse is I dont understand english.

The man whose stations in the back of the salon will spill acrylic Gel all over your fingers. Leaving you with a big mess to clean off your skin afterwards.

Prices arent consistent! A friend of mine received the same service as I plus an additional service and paid less then I did for the single service.

I have been to this nail place about 5-6times. The first few two times i had an ok experience. I had a lady named Linda do my nails which was ok at first. Then i had to come back two times after she did them because They kept cracking and splitting off. She claimed that They were too long, yet she made them very thin. I didnt mind the first time getting them fixed for 3 dollars each, but Then the second time i was irritated. Again she stated They were too long. I Then had her another time, the same thing happened they cracked the 3 days later. I asked For a fix but They just started clipping away at my nails and did them all over Again which is 50 each time not to mention they dont soak them like They should to remove them, they rip them off with another nail and it is so painful. I had another women take her place named Lisa to do them over. Over walks Linda conversing with Lisa very rude talking about my nails in front of me laughing. I know she was upset because i had come back in because she did a horrible job. She kept saying if They werent too long They wouldnt do that. To to mention that had happened twice each time she did my nails. Lisa had did muy nails before them and did a beautiful job, but this last time she was in a hurry and very rude. And my nails looked horrible! I was very upset. Im not the type to complain but they lack in customer service and hospitality. Do not come here! Please take your service elsewhere and spend your hard earned money on another salon that appreciates each customer. I do not recommend! 👎

I had a terrible experience here. The nail technician named Lisa was rude and gave me a lousy pedicure. I had been here before and it was fine. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and was told that they are a franchise and someone from the store would contact me. They never contacted me, very unprofessional! I was very disappointed being a business owner myself. There are some good technicians there, but not Lisa in my opinion.

She did my eye brows while I was sitting in a rolling chair with her foot trying to stop it from rolling. She spoke to her co worker the entire time I was there in their language. RUDE ! My first time being a customer there and for sure my last !

Horrible, sister in law asked for coffen style nails they didnt even know what that was an attempted it, came out like crap, I asked for a basic full set he tells me $20 I pick my colors he doesnt listen that I want my ring fingers a different color and proceeds to paint them, he has a few nails crooked, than when u go to pay he tells me its $45, I had mt baby in her carseat sleeping he asks how old is she i tell him towards the end she wakes up I hold her and he say shes needs a haircut I said no shes a girl shes supposed to have long hair than say something to another girl and she laughs, after i pay with cash he stands waiting for a tip i just put my money in my wallet and wait for my sister in law cuz she refused to let them proceed to do her nails so they were in the process of taking them off, we wasted 2 hours there and left unhappy

The people there are really friendly and they did a great job on my nails.People just dont like them cause they cant speak English well so the workers dont really understand them.Or they didnt dont use grammar correctly so that makes people confuse.If theyre being rude to you they just had a bad day or if it doesnt stop your a mature grown up you know what to do.I forgot to add that theyre Vietnamese or Chinese.They came from another country just to work here.How do I know this dont ask.They try.But if your just that big judger dont talk to me, I dont like people that judges TOO much.

My nails were terrible, they were not even and had waves in the acrylic. The lady asked me if i was pregnant and i told her no and she asked me another 5 times including asking when my babyshower is 😡
