I have been a client for 10 years at charming nails. every operator I have used is very well trained and friendly. Helen is my nail Tech and I always get compliments on her designs.

Ive had both good and bad experiences with charming nails. My bad experience was having a fill but every time I get a full set the older man who sits in the back, Im sorry I cant remember his name but he does a wonderful job on full sets.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The service is terrible and if you don’t like what they are doing they get an attitude with you. I had a pedicure done (this was my third visit and each time was similar) and it was not pleasant. The lady that did my toes did not listen to what I wanted at all and I ended up with a color I didn’t want. After my toes were done this time I got a manicure. The mail tech scraped and picked at my nails to remove the polish and completely destroyed my nails. I have never had anyone remove my polish in this manner! I told her I was just not going to get more polish put on if this was the way she was going to remove it each time. I ended up leaving very unhappy with my nails destroyed and paying $10 extra I assume for speaking up and saying something about the way she was treating my nails. I gave this place a try but will not be going back as their customer service is terrible on top of ruining my nails.

The salon was clean, the staff professional, & the choice of polish colors numerous. Henry was my nail tech for my pedicure & he did a great job, being especially meticulous about ensuring no bleeding of color. I highly recommend them & will be back.

My friend and I got our nails done here and their service was really good. The staffs were friendly. The best thing was we did not have to wait for too long. We would come again monthly.

They made my first pedi wonderful. Very friendly and they do good work. You can tell they care by the amount of effort they put into making it perfect. Adore this place!

I love the friendly faces here. Ive NEVER had my nail beds burned here, and to me thats the most important factor. Ive never had any kind of infection or fungus. The wonderful work I get done is always greatly appreciated. They are a clean, caring staff. I plan to take my husband for a pedi experience, his first. I go in every 2 weeks for a fill and always get what I want. Ive been going for about a year now. Occasionally, I wait due to not making an appointment but, its never very long. Thanks bunches for all you do😀

Been going here for years. But my normal tech charged me 5 dollars more on a fill because I hadnt had a fill in a while. Must have been a bad day. I used to tip 10 to $20, this time I only tipped $5.

Honestly one of the worst salons Ive ever been to. Id rather pay someone to not go there. Employees are disrespectful. They kept hurting me even after I had said something. They also said they could do the nails we showed them as soon as we walked in and right as we started doing the color he says he cant do it because he doesnt have the products after we were told that they could. Also I went through cosmetology they arent doing it correctly at all. they are not hygienic and they are not wearing there masks right. Plain and simple needs to be shut down.

Able to schedule as appointment within 20 minutes of my call. No waiting once I arrived. The gentleman was quiet and professional.

First time here and David did an amazing job! He took the time to make sure the lengths were even and shaped them just how I like. Smooth and no weird spots to be found. I cannot wait to go back for my fill. After a week they have held up amazingly!

David is great and its a clean, comfortable place to spend a couple of hours. My daughter and I go every 2 weeks. Weve had acrylics, pedicures, dip nails, polish changes and eyebrow waxing and have been happy with all of the services.

Ive been coming here for 12 years. Manicure, pedicures, wax, you name it! This is the only place that I like. Ive tried a lot of others, and none of them compare to this place. Ive never had a terrible experience and reading some of these reviews, its hard to believe more than half of these are true. They have treated me and my guests very well. Always have. They do amazing jobs and work very hard. Going to be going today to get my gel fill and Im excited to see how they turn out. Like always. My boyfriend has also came here with me to get the mans pedi as well, and he loved it. Always have been respectful and kind. Love these guys and gals!

Terrible. I got a full acrylic set, when finished my nails were thick, bumpy and uneven. Had to go to another salon to get them fixed. Which is unfortunate because my family loves them.

I have been coming here for two years. I made an appointment with a specific technician. I got there and they sat me at someone elses table, one of the men who happens to be good, but VERY slow. So I was not happy. Then the owner switched me to a pedicure seat instead, saying theyd do that first.....and another male technician came over to me. I was ticked and it probably showed, because THIS man does a HORRIBLE job. (I AM paying for a service and I always tip well). THEN after taking the polish off of ONE of my feet, he tells me to WAIT and someone else will do my nails. I then sat there for 40 MINUTES with my feet in COLD water until the original technician that I booked with came over to start my nails. Everyone who walked in without an appointment was seen BEFORE me. That is just HORRIBLE customer service. I like them because theyre close and Tina does an AMAZING job, but this happens often and it just makes me want to go somewhere else.

If you want an uneven set of nails done, the tech to be very unfriendly, loves inflicting pain on his client, doesnt listen, and uses unsanitary products then this place is for you!

Although I had to wait.... As it was a very busy Saturday before a holiday, I was given as much attention as if I were the only customer. Very good attention to detail (pedicure). I am not local but I would definitely recommend and come again.

The man whose work station is on the left, as you walk in, did my nails yesterday. He was very unfriendly, I sat waiting for him, while he did nothing, for about 5 minutes. My nails are thick and uneven. I ask him to file a piece of acrylic under my nail. He said quite loudly I already did that, when I showed him, he repeated what he said. At that point, I was frightened of him. He gave me a look, that all I wanted to do was get out. He appears to be somewhat unstable. This store was highly recommended to me, so Im really disappointed.

For a manicure I would recommend but for a pedicure I would definitely not. I went the first time and the nail polish came off 3 days later and it’s gel. then after I went back and they fixed them for free but then I came home and 2 or 3 hours later it came off again. it’s $30 for gel. Now I know this place is a waste of my money.

I had Helen redo my nails I had done at another salon. I have never had such a beautiful set ever! I just love them!

If I could say ZERO stars that would be more like it, I was sitting just sitting in the waiting area and I see this girl getting her nails done and she asked for her nails to be done differently and tried to show her a picture and the lady was incredibly rude and started to laugh. Glad to say I will not be going here what an uncomfortable space. It was obvious that lady didnt want her nails to be finished by this rude lady

Literally the worse pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I came here a few months ago to get my nails done and they made my nails poor blood. Decided to try it one more time. Got a pedicure. Was ignored by the guy doing it the entire time. He also made my toes bleed. Then he put my flip flop on and hit my big toe making it be messed up then proceeded to yell at me ‘why you do this’ repeatedly then had an attitude about fixing it. I’m never coming back here again. They’re literally the rudest and worse place I’ve ever been too.

The dude was very aggressive with my fingers gave me An acute paronychia which is bacteria around my cuticles, my fingers are aching really bad because he was too aggressive. I love that place but the dude doesn’t need to do nails the other girls are good!

Ive been going here for over ten years. I had to take about a 5 month break and this last time is the first time Ive ever been disappointed. My usual lady wasnt there, so a man helped. He was friendly enough, but the quality of the pedicure was not the same. May give it one more try.. unsure.

Wonderful. My first pedi and mani...They were wonderfulwith my mother who has vision and hearing problems. Very clean.

I don’t know what the hell they did to my nails but it’s definitely not what I asked for. I asked for SNS/dip powder (same thing). If you know anything about SNS is that there is no gel involved since the powder that you dip your nails in is the color you pick out for your nails. They dipped my nails in a white powder (I asked for a light pinky nude) and then went over it with an entire gel set????? It ended up being bubblegum pink as well? I tipped and payed because obviously this is someone’s income but this is not how you do that service. If you don’t offer that service/don’t know how to do it then DONT DO IT and let your customer know that you aren’t able to provide that service or learn how to. I’m not a nail tech so I wasn’t going to tell someone how to do their job but I hope you read your reviews and update your procedures.

Friendly service, hard workers

Extremely disappointed! I am more than upset. My nails were too thick crooked and had bumps protruding from dudes. I gave them a pic of what I wanted and was told no problem. They do not look like the picture and no matter what I said they had an excuse its the way my nail grows its the color of polish and its because of sparkle! They would not fix my nails for me they just wanted there money. Now I have to go somewhere else for them to fix them. Be Sr. Again will I go the Charming Nails. Clearly they no longer care about their customers or their eork.Lu Annes on Signalbutte are fixing my nails for me. They are most helpful and care about customers!I so wish I could add pictures but I will post them to Facebook after I have them corrected at LuAnnes!

Ive been here a few times and each time someone else has done my nails. And Ive bleed had swollen fingers and been hurt every single time.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. We were told we would be right up for pedicures. We waited 30 minutes and were finally told to sit in the two vacant pedi chairs. We sat and soaked and soaked and soaked and soaked for another 30 minutes while watching this horribly graphic horror movie with guts being ripped out etc (side note you may not want to bring your children in here). No one said anything to us and it was like we were invisible. Eventually one guy started working on my friend but still no one acknowleged my existence. I continued to wait for about another 5-10 minutes and when I finally asked for a towel to dry my now-pruney feet in preparation to leave, then they said ohhh hes coming right now. At this point I was so agitated that I said that I would not be paying and it is better that I leave before I said something not too nice. These folks apparently do not care about customers at all and have made an especially bad impression on this first time customer. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place at all. I am very upset. What a waste of my little time off.

Did a full set 20 min before closing, did it exactly.how I wanted, she seemed like she genuily cared about talking to me, cut my.cuticles, massaged my hands and did the oil and it was just a basic gel full set, will return back and request same lady
