Had my radiator replaced on a 2018 Volvo. First their price was 400 dollars more than what i paid on my other truck in Oregon at a Tec Fontana dealership. Was able to negotiate the price to match but job took 4 days, didnt do it right first time, they took my 4 month old reservoir off and replaced with an old yellow one, and filled it up with WATER. ANGELO is a sweet talker but he will rob you blind, this is my second bad experience with them and never again. BEWARE. I just got to see all this now because I got the truck back from my driver just now

I flew in from Michigan to Phoenix AZ to pick up a truck, my company bought at auction and drive it back to Michigan. I didnt make it too far out of Phoenix before the engine quit on me. They were very sympathetic with my situation. They advised me on which tow company gives their customers the best rate. And which hotel gives their customers a discount for a room. They were very professional and got me back on the road as fast as they could. And I made it back to Michigan. I can not thank them enough for what they did for me. I have over 1.5 million miles, and currently run a Mack Truck, I have gone to dealerships in Phoenix and been jacked around paying for excessive repairs simply because they insist on repairing everything as opposed to diagnosing and fixing what actually needs to be fixed. That is not the case with Diesel Industries. Angelo systematically diagnosed my truck until he found the actual problem, as opposed to paying for injectors and cups, he determined that air was leaking from primer on fuel pump. I would say that his honesty just saved me literally mega bucks. In addition to savings, walked me through process to get truck running when stranded on road, saved me a towing Bill while under load, came in on a Saturday to fix so I could satisfy my customers needs. Awesome, doesnt get any better than that. Will be customer for life, honestyIs hard to come by these days!!!

Brought my Volvo in for a In-Frame. Had a piston burn through. Angelo diagnosed immediately and got to work. Its a D13 engine so not many people can work on it. I ordered and PREPAID for 6 Road King shocks for my RV on 7/2/2018 and was told it would be custom and take about 6 to 9 weeks. In October I called and Sharon advised me that the shocks were still on order but should be in soon. In November I called and she told me 2 were in and they were waiting for Road King. So I called Road King and they have no record of the order. Road King called and talked to Sharon but still no reply to me. I advised Road King that I went there based on there recommendation as a dealer so they were removed from Road King website. Giving Angelo and Sharon every opportunity to make this right I keep calling until I reached Sharon in January 2019. She explained to that they had been ripped off by a employee, I explained that I understood could she give me the 2 shocks they have and a refund for the others. She again told me the employee had taken the money. I explained that I paid by check and Diesel Industries deposited my check. She texted me and started that she was trying to figure out how much each shock was and did I remember so I sent her a copy of the cashed check for $2,598.00 and she has not called or returned my calls or texts since. This is Shocking since me and my wife had a hour long conversation with both of them at there business prior to ordering and felt very good about them. Now if times are tough I understand but no replies are not acceptable. I just called again and no answer or reply. 1:53pm 4/15/2019

I have been in several dealership shops around the country with my truck for poor performance every time they said there was nothing wrong. I decided to bring it to unaffiliated independent shop. After a test drive Angelo said there was something deffenatly wrong. With a proper investigation he found 3 bad injectors. I chose to replace all 6 as I didnt have the full history of this truck. He also fixed a air intake leak. The truck now runs smoother it makes more boost and has better acceleration.GOOD JOB DIESEL INDUSTRYS

Angelo came to Countryside RV Resort and replaced fuel filters and a lift pump.When we test drove, a.problem still existed; he.discovered the throttle linkage was broken and he fixed it on the fly!We ran.beautifully for a couple hundred.miles, but then.began to lose power and blow black smoke. Angelo called to see how the repair was.holding.up and was aghast that a new problem was happening. He explained what he thought was happening and promised to help us locate a good repair person in Reno!Angelo goes out of his way for his customers! 💞 Excellent service!

I was very happy with the repairs done on my Kenworth Motor Home. Angelo was able to repair a tachometer problem that has been plaguing me for years. He was also able to effectively diagnose and repair an annoying but not disabling air-brake issue. I was also very pleased with his repair of a rear end issue. Im still wondering where the shroud is that wasnt reinstalled after they replaced my radiator? After accepting months of promises, I finally had to leave after I began having to pay for his screw ups.Not to mention that I was storing my pickup truck there, (I gave him permission to use it for transportation but that ended a couple of weeks ago) a friend of mine called me and said that Angelo was still using my truck without permission, and get this:He was using my personal vehicle for a place to keep his pit bull dog. So he was leaving my truck at low idle all day long for his dogs comfort.His personal pickup is out because he ruined his own diesel engine doing the exact same thing.This man CANNOT be trusted. Yes, hes polite, but nothing ever gets done on time, if ever, and so far nothing has been done properly.On my last PM service he forgot to change out the filters.. LOL 😂 😂 really?They will reply saying that I was only home on the weekends, that was true 3 months ago, but I changed that to get truck work done. Still nothing.Im sure that they will petition Google to have this review deleted, but this is exactly what people need to know.Find a real mechanic. Not this one.

Oh I think you mean the city put industrial near residential. I dont have a problem with making a living. But when your trucks are driving down residential roads and tearing up pavement, when they have plenty of access on 4th ave, that is disrespect and shear laziness.

The owners are very proficient and courteous.I brought my volvo truck in last week for a engine light .I have an older truck and thought I was going to have a big bill but it turned out I only needed to replace the sensor HONESTY.Angelo had me in and out in no time.I plan on bringing my truck back for other repairs I know I need. Angelo worked on our motorhome with Cummins EGR, DPF that we had many problems with. Our engine is now running good and getting a noticeable increase in fuel mileage. We have had work done at Cummins and they did a shoddy job leaving hose clamps and bolts out and not fixing the problem. Angelo is the kind of guy that has high standards and is not just about the money. He also very knowledgeable about trucks and engines.

What can I say? Came to this place to get my U joint in the rear intermediate shaft replaced on my Kenworth in basically an emergency situation, I had a high paying oversize load that Monday following And Angelo understood that and jumped right on it. But then a major problem happened when the parts company shipped the wrong part so he had to reorder but in the meantime loaned me his own driveshaft out of his Peterbilt,..... This guy and this place were dedicated to making sure I got out of there on time like they promised. When I got back into town he had my driveshaft ready and swapped it out for the one he loaned me! I will definitely send all my business their way !Thanks again Diesel Industries and Angelo, Its kind of rare these days to find somebody thats actually trying to get something done instead of being in a hurry to go home..!
