Need to answer phone for customers. That would be a start..

This place is horrible! Not only do they charge an arm and a leg but the mechanics have no idea what theyre doing. My husband had our motor mount put on and when he drove away oil spilled everywhere because they forgot to put pieces back together. Obviously that means that they are amateurs and do not know what they are doing. Or theyre just careless. I will never be coming back here. I think the only way we would come back is if they offered a free part or service. Then maybe just maybe Id give them a second chance. I just couldnt believe how careless they were with our vehicle. Preposterous!

Everyone else told me it couldnt be done-Bob & his folks came out & did it for a reasonable price in a timely manner with a smile. They were able to adjust to the changing situation easily & knew what they were doing to recover my truck & RV safely. If I ever need towing services in this area, again, Arizona Tiremen will be the only company I call.

Very helpful and polite. I rented a u-haul truck from them and they were expedient, knowledgeable and professional. I also brought my car in for brake noise, which turned out to bea simple fix and wasnt charged! That was nice. I will be taking all my auto repair needs to them first.

Thank you Trevor and Bob for rescuing me from the ACE parking lot early Saturday morning when my 2005 Tiburon refused to start. Trevor was there almost immediately and quickly found the issue was a little part under the clutch pedal that had broken preventing contact. He somehow got it started and I followed him to their shop where he was able to replace the part for me for a Very reasonable price. I was very impressed with their honesty and friendly, caring attitude. I had not been here before, but I will be back!

Woke up this morning to a flat tire, have not dealt with anybody before. IcI the first company that popped up under Google. Fast service and reasonably priced. Drove to my house, took the bad tire back to their shop to fix, and back on my car in no time.Would definitely use them again and would refer as well. Thank you!!

I came in to rent a uhaul trailer which I had already reserved and had completed all the paperwork online. The process was simple and straight forward. The lady behind the desk was very helpful and nice. The male workers sitting around were less helpful... The lady asked one man (Trevor) to get the packing blankets I had rented. He ignored her and continued to stare at his cell phone. She expressed that I would be ready to go soon. He continued to ignore her and stare at his cell phone. When the process was finished and I was ready to go, another woman working in the back ended up going and getting my packing blankets while Trevor continued to stare at his cell phone.

Had a travel trailer tire that kept going flat. Called them and they got us in right away. Fixed it the correct way, not plugging it. Very pleased with the service.

These guys are ABSOLUTELY BEST. I will never taken my 06 Jeep Wrangler anywhere else. Gave me what I needed for the job. They actually helped me to get my motorcycle up the ramp. The facility looked a little sketchy, but the service was way beyond excellent. DONT DRIVE Past! You will regret it if you go past this place for a nicer looking place. You just cant pay for the service they provided.

I was experiencing front tire noise issues. Bob was able to diagnose the problem to misalignment of the front end that will be taken care of through another supplier. Bob will then perform front tires rotation that will more evenly distribute the wear, leading to longer tire life without the need of buying new tires right away.

Wonderful service and the owner and employees were extremely nice. I arrived before the owner and one of the employees opened up the back and started working on my flat before the store was officially open. They had my tire repaired in record time, only charged me $10 for it, and were really pleasant to chat with. The workmanship was top notch, as well.

These guys are honest and dont try to upsell you on things you do not need. Free check of the check engine light. I travelled more than 30 miles to go here.

U-HAUL Drop Off. Word of advice (Take a Photo of the Odometer, dated & location) before leaving with a truck. My friend only used 5 gals of fuel on a two day rental. They claimed it was driven over 150 miles. Thats 30 miles per gallon on a V-8 Box Truck? No way! Total Rip Off Facility for U-HAUL!

My insurance company called Arizona Tiremen Services for roadside assistance last night to assist with a flat tire. Mark arrived in a timely manner despite the insurance company not providing him accurate information and provided great customer service. My spare donut tire was flat and he went and took it to a nearby service station to fill it and had me back on the road in no time. I went to the shop today to have a proper sized tire put on and was provided friendly customer service. If I ever had a tire need again I know where to go.

Called out to tow my disabled vehicle through insurance roadside service. While their ETA was 45 minutes, they didnt arrive until 2 hours later, after confusing where the pickup location was. I was not with the vehicle and was told by the driver that he would call me back, which never happened. Then he couldnt figure out how to shift the vehicle to neutral, so he referred it to another company (Executive Towing) and left. 4 hours later and a competent tow company later, my car is in front of my home because it is now too late to have it dropped at the repair location.This company turned an inconvenience into a huge headache.

Security of your personal possessions while your vehicle is anywhere near the shop is extremely LOW. Returned a U-HAUL and left my cell phone in the cup holder by mistake. Returned within 10 minutes the U-HAUL had already been inspected and moved yet nobody (haha) had seen my $700 cellphone. Cant stress the lawless and very negative attitude of all staff members. Be safe and stay away!!!

Bobs towing otherwise known as Arizona tiremen services llc, us dot #2954277 sent out a tow truck,The truck was a late 90s model c6500, loading the truck up went fine but thats where it got bad. After having to tell the driver multiple times to keep his eyes on the road, he then tells me dont be startled if I shut the engine off going up hill, well he did and I still was startled. He did this multiple times throughout the drive. Crawling up hill barely making it up without restarting this truck, actually going backwards downhill multiple times, we finally made it to the outskirts of town where the truck actually died and coasted into a gas station. I immediately told the driver to take my truck off which he did. After speaking to the owner bob,explaining everything that happened and also informing him I will be reporting this to bbb, dot and my insurance company we did not reach a satisfactory agreement. The truck that was sent out was unroadworthy,dangerous and as I was taking pictures for my records the truck was driving on expired vehicle tags. I have the photos as evidence. I will be pursuing this.

Be very careful and dont go to this shop. I had a trip planned and went in for an oil change, after the oil was drained the mech stopped work to take care of two girls. I complained and got my car back, the mech shorted my battery out and tried to sell me a new one grease was on my seat,steering wheel and on the side of finder. All the mech could say was he needed a pay raise. All in 1 1/2 hours. NEVER AGAIN.

I pulled in to get an oil change. Got out of my car and realized i was parked on top of a bunch of screws and wall mount hooks, so i immediately left. I called to let them know that i came in for a service noticed the slopy/hazardous work environment and left before i had a tire popped in the driveway of the local tire guy... he called me a liar and told me there was nothing in his driveway. Be careful with these guys they seem pretty bad they have a horibly dirty and cluttered work environment. You can tell alot about a mechanic by the cleanliness of his shop...

Was sent here for UHaul on a weekend that they were closed, owner was called and was a complete jerk. I get that the problem is UHaul’s to start with, but as an authorized dealer for them no need to be a TOOL about it when a paying customer is trying to figure out how to resolve the situation. Help find a solution instead of adding to the problem like I did something wrong then hanging up!! Wouldn’t go to your company for any other services if that how you handle your normal business as well!!

They left me stranded in the mountains, claiming twice that a truck was on its way... then just stopped answering the phone. I was waiting for 3 1/2 hours at the side of the road - THEY NEVER SHOWED.

Unbearable, brought truck in on a Tuesday morning for a few minor fixes, they said it would be ready by that afternoon or next morning at the latest. I didnt get it back until Friday, and probably would not have got it back then had I not been there breathing down their back. To top it all off they only fixed 50% of what I wanted fixed. Very unorganized I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Arizona Tireman is the worst place to do buisness. The gentlmen that owns it quoted me a price and then deliberatly did a horrible job, the part he replaced on my vehicle failed. I was on a road trip to Ca. A month ago and he is still yet to return one phone call. If i didnt get it replaced a second time id still be out a car. He wont ok the return for the part thru Autozone and is a complete ass.. saying i was being cheap. I didnt quote the job and make you agree to it.. you did that yourself you moran. Dont half ass the work and ruin it all.( Had Rack and Pinion replaced) 1000 bucks and in San Jose Ca. I paid another 1200. And to this day this Unprofessional tweeker is still not man enough to even answer his phone. The worst type of buisness owner ignorant one. Horrible work ethic and horrible customer service, part failed, and now he wont reimburse me nor will he even help me return the part. Next time Mr buisness owner just quote people what you think is fair, you wont look like such a deusch bag.

Took my car in for two tires for driver and passenger side. Took them over 50 minutes to change my tires. Saw them walk into the office to have a disscusion and then came to talk to us about 15 minutes after that to say the shaft to my axel was about to brake. I bought this car from a dealer ship was in perfect condition no my car shakes and the anti lock breaks are out. They wouldnt let me watch them change my tires. The manager yelled at the employee to kick us out. They are very shady the messed up my car and I would not bring your vehicles to them if you value your car. They will be paying for there mistake

Towed my car to Globe..tow truck overheated went back to the yard. I guess the employees rummaged through my car stole 2000 rounds of ammo from the trunk of my car,and 100 rounds of shot gun shells as well. So dont leave any valuables in your car. Employees will steal
