I scheduled my appointment for two OClock . Arrived.at 1:45 pm just to be told sorry we doubled booked come back at 3:45. Came back at exactly 3:45 to be told no sorry we double booked. If you dont like it, oh well. No apologies or anything other than rudeness. I tried to explain to them I had made my appointment at 11 am and given them my phone number, why didnt they call and inform me of the change? And my answer was pretty much not OUR problem.

Theresa Aguirre was my stylist and she was very professional and friendly. She did a fine job with my hair and I am very pleased and hope to go back to see her again. This experience was so much better and affordable than when I went to Ulta Salon!!!

I came in asking for a golden brown hair color, my hair color is dk brown. She showed some patches and I choose one that I like. Today my hair is bright red on top and the rest is the same as my natural color . she couldve just told me that she didnt know how to mix colors . I am really disappointed. Also I was quoted $42.00. But I was charged $57.00. I will never come back. Please be careful if you ever decided to use their hair color services.i do not recommend this place.

Employees here are great. Every time I arrive they are able to take care of me within a matter of minutes. Everyone is very personable and easy to talk to, in regards to defining what kind of service youre needing done. The app to sign in has also made it easier so when you arrive, they already have a chair ready for you.

Needed a quick haircut before flying out of town. Angela was able to accommodate me and did a fabulous job layering my hair and making it workable again!I highly Recommend Angela in AJ.

They cut hair decently. If they are behind, you are better off going somewhere else because they will rush your haircut.

Was literally just there - they didnt look busy at all and I stood in front by the cash register for 5 minutes waiting patiently.. When no one greeted me, I actually walked around to the hair cutting area to get someomes attention and there were several people back there and one gentleman getting a hair cut. ..all laughing like they were having a party! I spoke up and asked if I needed an appointment or if they were closed and was literally ignored. ????I walked out kind of laughing and shocked. Not sure why they werent excited for my business? I moved here a month ago and was ready to get a cut and color... no worries 🤙 Ill get my hair done somewhere else. 👌

Visited this location this evening to get my toddlers haircut at about 4:15. The lady turned us down and said they closed at 5. I think she just didn’t want to cut a kids hair. She seemed like that kinda person. Seriously you have another 45 mins. Not going to ever try a smart style salon again

Went in late on St. Paddys (my bad for going in @ closing). Lady super nice & friendly. However its is now April 25th and my hair still looks like crap. My advice to the stylist.. in your questioning of how we want our haircut, think of how its going to be styled as you cut it. Talk to your client about how they wear their hair just dont start cutting with no regard to how it will be styled. My bangs are so damn short & my sides dont blend. Thank you for the rush job. OH and you are welcome for the $20. tip

This place is hit and miss. It really annoys me that the hairdressers will see you and not acknowledge you sometimes and other times no one is out front at all.

Excellent person that cut my hair

I went to get my childs hair cut yesterday for her first day of school next week and the lady that cut her hair wasrude sarcastic then i told her how i wanted it cut then went to another stylist to get my babys hair trimmed when she was done with my daughters hair i looked over and it was horrable ahe chopped it about 4 inches it was unever and when i said to the lady that she cut way to much off and it wasnt what i wanted she flipped out screamed at me started saying f**** every other word in front of my 3 children amd juat being crazy to the point that i didnt finish my babys hair cute cause i worried about the safty of myself and my children i payed and left my kids were upset crying and the manager wasstanding there the whole time and said there was nothing she could do she cant control other peoples actions. ......this will be the last time i ever go there and i urge everyone to not go there alao this is notthe kind of unstable woman you want cutting your childs hair she should have been fired on the apot for the way she spoke and acted ...i did not get her name however she had long dark hair with highlights but the managersname i believe was printed on the reciept as awsomeangie
