Called to schedule a follow up as my hair toner wasToo dark (had bleached hair and went in for root touch up and toner) 1 day after services were rendered. the toner that She used was too dark and basically blended in with my natural hair color which defeats the point to putting your hair thru the process of bleaching … the RECEPTIONIST was extremely rude, I asked for the soonest available as this is a follow up to FIX the concerns mentioned and she couldn’t effectively communicate the days and times available so when I asked for clarification she got mad and hung up on me. Prior to that her response to me wanting to go in to have my hair fixed as the color toner was too dark was “she (the hair dresser) doesn’t want to put more highlights in your hair to blend it. My concern; shouldn’t you first let me come in so you can actually access my hair and how it’s looking in comparison to what was discussed was wanted and the actual end result with out speculating that It’s the client who doesn’t know what they are asking for?? That all that was wanted out of this phone call and instead of it being a pleasant “for sure let’s take a look at it” it turned to this receptionist (who wouldn’t give me her name) making it such a ridiculous experience… very frustrating

Robin cut and styled my hair exactly as I envisioned it. She explained how she was going to cut it and the technique in styling it. Absolute perfection!

I came to Gloria for a massage in the salon. It is very clean and very pleasant. Everyone was there to help you when you needed it. I have used Gloria as my massage therapist before actually for about 15 years and I followed her to this salon. Goria is the best I have ever known, because she knows exactly what shes doing. I would recommend this salon for your massage, therapeutic and also medical therapy.

I LOVE getting my hair done here! Robin is fantastic! She tamed my fro, was able to give me a new color that hides my incoming grays. I get so many compliments on my hair and have sent some family members to get their hair done there as well. Love everything about the place! Robin will educate you on your hair and give you many ideas before she makes the cut. No matter what she does it comes out great!

I had the opportunity to have Ashley cut my hair at Sherrys recently. I love her consultative approach in that she asked a lot of questions since I was asking for a change in my regular cut. I felt that she really wanted to give me the best cut for my hair and style, which she did! I will be seeing Ashley again. The salon itself is very clean and friendly with nice, natural lighting and open space.

I have SO many great things to say about this salon I don’t even know where to begin! First of all, I called a few hours before closing to see if they had any availabilities today. The very kind receptionist (I believe his name was Aaron - sorry if I got that wrong!) was able to squeeze me in with Robin an hour before closing. I arrived for my appointment and was very pleasantly greeted and only waited about 30 seconds before Robin took me back to her chair. I told her what I wanted and she provided me with a lot of reasoning and education behind why the certain style wouldn’t be best for my hair, and suggested an alternative. I was very impressed and appreciated her honesty! I was in and out in 15 minutes. The first thing my boyfriend said when I got home was, “wow that was fast!” In the end, I’m very glad I trusted Robin with her advice and suggestion. My hair is still long but feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, literally! Thank you so much for providing with me with a great experience, especially as a first timer to this salon. I will definitely be coming back to see Robin in the future!

Was charged an extra $10 for deep tissue, Gloria did not tell me there was an upcharge and didnt get into the Right trap/levator scapula deep until I laid on my side and told her adamately to work there deep. She did for only about 3 minutes. She does not listen to what the patient wants. Also started 15 minutes late, and cut me 5 minutes short! Do not go to her.

I have been getting my hair done here for 7 years now, and I have never been disappointed. Friendly, professional staff that takes the time to listen, and suggest ideas, and build a relationship with their clients keeping records of past visits.

The results of my low lights and high light a are AMAZINGI HAD BOX DYE black hair ...Now I have layers of color ..a dark auburn ...some places alight red head and some places a dark brown ...trying to describe in words ...I am and have been completely satisfied with the job performed on my head. I can highly recommend Barbara Dubois at Sherry & Co. Barbara listens to my requests and provides good advice. She put subtle color (purple) in my hair without making it a focal point. She never tried to talk me into unwanted changes. She gives me great advice on styles for my hair type and, most importantly, my age. She is the only hair stylist my late husband ever liked to do his hair and beard.

I’ve been coming here for the whole family and absolutely love it!!! I’m so picky with my hair color and Joy has done a wonderful job every time!!! My kids absolutely love summer time when they can get rainbow colors added to their hair to express their individuality! Joy does wonderful with rainbow colors!!! Everyone is professional but it still feels like your having fun with your best friends!!! I love that they have the product they use for sale so I can buy what I love! Their prices are much better then their competitors!!! I get the same price as a quick cut place for my husband and son but a better cut and a wash if needed!!! Joy is an excellent stylist with a very friendly disposition. The issue with this salon is that it takes too long to get an appointment. The next available appointment when I called today was 3 weeks from now. As a result, I’m going to have my hair done elsewhere. They still do cumbersome paper scheduling and the person who answered the phone was not able to set up an appointment for me. She said that Joy would need to call me back to schedule - that was 4 hours ago and I haven’t heard back.

I had a rough idea in mind of what I wanted my hair to look like and Joy was able to make it happen. When I’ve gotten my hair cut at other salons I normally go home not loving my hair. After Joy was through I immediately loved my hair even when it wasn’t styled which is such a shock. She knew exactly how to give me the look I wanted for my hair type. She is a pro! Stopped in to schedule a Brow wax. They were able to take me right away and did a wonderful job! Everyone was kind and greeted us when we walked in and it was a great experience.

My husband and i have been here a few times and it was okay, but when he got his eyebrows waxed the second time he came home and they were still covered in hair even where they had been waxed and were very uneven.

Barbara has been my stylist for many years and I would recommend her to anyone! She always does an amazing job ❤️❤️

This is a great place to go to if you would like to have more than half of your hair fried off. I had long healthy hair that went almost all the way down my back. I went in to get a balayage done and now my hair goes up to my shoulders and I have strands that are 3 inches long due to all of the breakage.
