Couldn’t be happier with what these ladies can do. My boyfriend and I walked in, she got him into the chair within a minute, showed her what he wanted and she did exactly what we hoped for. I will be going back to have my hair done and I am excited to see the results! Awesome job!UPDATE!!!!Went back (same day) and had MY hair trimmed and styled by Ashley. I wish I could give 10 stars because this place deserves it! She didn’t take too much off and styled it perfectly. Even after the wind blowing my around it still looks and feels amazing!

Where do I begin Ive been going to different barber shops since Ive moved to Arizona and Ive never been satisfied. I asked this gentleman where he got his haircut and he recommended me to AJs barber shop in Apache Junction he said I wouldnt regret it. I have to say I am absolutely pleased with my haircut and beard trim. After having the same Barber for 28 years in Los Angeles I think Im finally able to replace him with Jim or anyone else at AJs Barber Shop they are very professional made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. Great place for a haircut! I was riding by on my ATV, saw the barber shop sign and I needed a haircut anyways. Turned around and bam walked in and they were helpful right off the bat. Got a high and tight haircut, and and even a straight razor cut in the back! I totally will be coming back, if you ever want a straight razor shave they do that too!!

My first experience at the shop today was exceptional! Ashley gave me fade, she did an amazing job! The shop was sparkling clean. Everyone there was very professional, welcoming, and friendly. I felt valued as a customer. I’ll be heading back to AJ next time.

I was in town visiting some family and was in need of a desperate haircut. My personal barber in Phoenix has been away on vacation. I stopped in AJ Barber hoping I would get lucky and walk away with a decent haircut. I must say I walked away with more than just a decent haircut. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago this place off Apache trail gives one heck of a haircut. The ladies are very polite. I got the most awesome haircut some other barbers and hair stylists usually doesnt cut it right. People if you need a haircut this is the place to go. I was optimistic at first tiny little mini mall if thats what you wanna call it. The door is on the back side of the building. I pulled in front of the place Im looking for a door 103 couldnt find it and theres another hair stylist in the front, dont get it mixed up - The pros are in the back. Trust me get a haircut there youll be very happy you did. They do many styles there including beard, but I asked for a flat top thinking oh boy not many places do this. The young lady said yes we all do flat tops. Nice clean place Loved the style inside nice comfortable setting. Now Im so glad I took a seat. Thank you AJ Barber shop.

I am in Arizona on vacation and was looking for to get a hot towel shave. We drove by, saw the sign and wandered in. After a short wait I received a great shave from a young female barber, I believe her name was Ashley. It was all I could have asked for and more. She even touched up my hard part as part of the shave. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a shave done.

Ive been a Great Clips hair cut for years. Mostly due to price and availability after normal 9 to 5 hours.Let me tell you... WOW !!They are only a few bucks more and well worth it.Wait time was short(only a few people ahead of me)Ill definitely be back.

Wasnt sure where to go this year for my hair and beard. Just took a shot and am really happy with the cut and trim Lisa gave me . Most barber just spin you around and cut everything of when youre hair challenged. Lisa did a great job. Thank you Lisa, I will be back.

I have been getting my haircut from Lisa the owner for about 12 years, she’s the best around. Her staff of Jim and Ashley are great also, I don’t have a problem with either of those two cutting my hair if for some reason Lisa is not around.

Ashley always does a great job. Old school atmosphere, and everyone is friendly.

The shop is recommended very highly at all kind of working related to grooming. This shops barber always works very professionally and they have mastered the art of grooming. I am very happy with my hair cut and they assured I get a good hair cut. The knowledgeable barber was a true joy to work with.

Edit: I did not receive a free Haircut nor did i ask for one, I paid and left. my Sides Were so Choppy I had to go get them fixed by another barber. There was no Miscommunication on my part I said to cut off two inches off the top and he even confirmed the amount he was going to cut, and also the top is Incredibly Uneven its ridiculous.Ps. Hair Does Grow Back But that shouldnt be an excuse for a terrible haircut.-------------------------------------------------------------**ORIGINAL**Worst Haircut I have Ever received... I asked for 2 inches off the top and the old geezer cut off 5.... I honestly have to say I feel like I cheated on my barber going here today but mine was closed early for some reason today and have been doing it alot lately and I am glad I found a new barbershop which is aj barber showed up 345 and still cut my hair and beard was very pleased and will be going there for now on

If you are from a younger generation and are expecting an in style haircut please spare yourself the trouble and go to another place. My sides were cut even, no lineup on my neck and uneven lengths. No idea of modern styles and failed to listen to directions.
