Kris was great, helped us move to a less confined space, then we added a second space. All this happened quickly.This RV lot would be better if paved and striped, rather than existing gravel.

It was meant to be! I drove to the facility and spoke with Kris about renting a space to store my new 16’ Cargo Trailer. She told me the facility just had such an opening. She helped me with all the necessary paperwork and within minutes she escorted me to the storage site and told me about the driving pattern inside the facility. Very nice, clean and secure facility. Its a clean place, I just dont like that I cannot access what I have in storage whenever I want. I can only access it from 6 to 6.

Kris was very protestant for getting a review customer service was fair staff did not notify me that auto pay was not active I was 2 months behind an got a phone call. When I called to make a payment spoke with kris the manager very pushy to get off the phone took my card info changed my address an reactivated auto pay said computers are running slow ill call you if theres any problem, no phone call. One month later received a call saying I was 3 months behind and payment never came out of my account was stuck with late fees to pay and moved out fallowing weekend. Location isnt a bad place clean area on the outside inside unit had spider webs all over them ac unit must have not worked some pictures were stuck together

StorQuest was everything I expected after reading other reviews. They are very accommodating and reassuring about the site and its security. I was even offered a small discount for the extended length of time Ill be renting storage! Everyone was very professional and it was one of the easiest things Ive ever had to do over the phone. Security was good, management team were accommodating and nice to deal with, but the rent was continually being raised every few months since the new company StorQuest took over from Watchful Eye. We had been clients for several years for both a storage unit and trailer parking but with the continued raise in rent, we could not afford to continue to rent there.

Don’t leave your items here for very long. I paid for insurance to keep my property safe and it didn’t matter. I had rat poop in my storage unit and it found termites all over my wood products. I had trails all over in the unit and I also saw live ones. I took pictures and everything. And there was nothing they could do for me. I would never recommend this storage facility to anyone. I wouldn’t even put one star but it made me to be able to post.

A bit expensive but good security

Ive been using this storage facility for over 4 years and stayed because of the awesome friendliness and caring staff Kris and her husband they come check on you and gave me water bottles several times while I worked in the heat of summer getting my storage organized

We were glad to be able to lease again through StorQuest. However, in the past, we received a discount on our storage unit for Senior Discount (which we had to ask for after the fact), and a managers discount of 50% the first month. This year the cost went from $39/month to $61/month. That is quite an increase. We are re-considering our choice to stay with StorQuest.Vicki was very helpful and pleasant and knew her job well.

The StorQuest Self Storage, is very easy to work with. Your not filling out a lot of paper work. Other storage companies have you filling out an application, like you were renting an apartment. When I first rented the unit everything was great. The price was reasonable and my things were safe. Today I was at StorQuest finally getting most of my things out of storage. Am planning on hopefully having it all out by Monday, but, Ive decided to be a real pain in the rear and leave the lock on until April 9th. Why, you ask? The golf cart lady told me they DO NOT issue refunds for days not used. So I said that I would be leaving on the 9th since the storage rent has gone up about 40% since Ive been here, which is 2017. No Im wrong, she said, Ive never seen the rent go up that much and we have plenty of units available without needing yours. Remembering basic math skills, I calculated the percentage. My rent started at $143.87 and now is $204.65. Damn, shes right! Its gone up 70%. So, enjoy your special rate while it lasts because, trust me, it wont be long!

Got a great deal at the very beginning. Lots of units were available, so we got a really low rate. It does seem to go up every year though, hence the reason only 4 stars. Long-term rentals SHOULD receive discounts, but dont. With this being said, the manager, Chris, is FANTASTIC! She has been one of the main reasons I stay here. It being close, another. The security is great. Not only do you have to punch in your code to get in the gate, you are also supposed to punch the code to get out. It does not completely alleviate any followers coming in behind you, but they do stay on top of that also. I, personally have NEVER had any security issues. I always recommend this business when anyone mentions a storage unit needed.

This was my first time having to rent a unit for myself. I had seen plenty of them helping friends throughout the years and was never impressed until I contacted StorQuest Self Storage. From the first phone call to make a reservation to the time I left it was a pleasurable experience. The polite, knowledgeable, and courteous staff on-site was exceptional, the unit looked as if it was brand new inside and out, great access from the main road, wide driveways for excellent maneuverability for a truck and trailer or a larger moving truck. I am truly happy with this facility and will continue too use them anytime I have a need for addition storage. Ooh one last thing, excellent security, I feel my stuff is extremely safe!

Ive been a member of their services for four years now, and finally during the move out date they cared enough to check on me a few times, offered a bottle of water and even made sure I had access later to give me time to finish my work.
