Used my Allstate app as I needed a tow. My truck broke down and it was a very bad day. Tony was awesome. Got to me within 20 minutes. Took really good care of my truck and delivered to the shop. Great guy!!

Buyed an RV only $650!

I locked my keys in my brand new truck while out dirtbiking with some friends. I was parked out off the highway and a little ways out of the valley and they drove all the way out to me and got there in like an hour and a half. Both guys were great, nice and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone

I had a pretty unique problem - how to tow a 28 foot trailer with a boat on top, with the trailer missing one of four wheels. Other tow services could not help, but Taylor contacted me, met me quickly, figured out how to safely get the trailer off the ground and towed it where I needed it to go. He was very concerned about the safety of the boat and extremely creative on how to solve a strange situation. He got me out of a real jam, was fast, friendly and a real problem solver. All around good guy.

I had a younger gentleman very professional and nice come tow my SUV. I had mechanical issue the day prior as I pulled into my complex. I called at 7:30am he was here by 9:00am to drop it off at the repair shop. This company was sent by my insurance Allstate when I used their roadside assistance.

Do not use!!! These guys are a predatory towing company! Awfully rude and just over all trash! The exact definition of a slimey business! Oh and the best part is they lost our car for 45 minutes because they couldn’t get ahold of there own drivers! Complete trash! DO NOT USE!

My insurance company used these fools. Said it would be an hour or less, 3 HOURS LATER THEY CANCELLED! When my insurance found out they called another company that was to my location in 5 minutes. Slezee towing can just fade away for all I care.

Worst service ever. After waiting a additional hour and a half after the quoted time they finally showed up. They said i need to move my vehicle. I told him i dont think i can start it. Luckily it did for just a second to back it out of a parking space to the middle of the road like he wanted. Then he tried to hook it up and said it was to big. That I needed a different provider. I told him that the insurance company already told their company the specifics to the size and weight of my vehicle. He said sorry nothing we can do and left.He didnt even wait to help me move my truck. I am now sitting here in the middle of the road.

Robert was very nice and had my car loaded in no time. He arrived before the ETA I was given. I am very happy with my service. I was only unhappy I didnt have any cash on hand for a tip. It is a hot day and he came as fast as he could.

Worthless company. Said they would be 1 1/2 hours to get to me. 3 hours later and now their phone number goes straight to voicemail with a mailbox full. Wasted my time. If you are to incompetent to do the job dont say you will.

My insurance called EZEE to come tow my car for me and i was told 60-90 mins. Well 4 HOURS goes by and still nothing. I tried calling them and all their phones were going straight to voicemail. So at this point i was on the side of the road for 6 hours with my 1 year old child mind you. I called my insurance and had a new company out in less then 30 mins. DO NOT CALL THEM THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

My car broke down unexpectedly when school shopping for my daughter and my roadside called Ezee Towing. A young man by the name of Taylor was dispatched less than an hour after I made the call for a tow. He took my car, kid, and myself to the destination without incident. He was very kind and put a smile on my face after the very stressful situation left me stranded.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We waited for this tow company for 8 hours until they finally showed up! And when they finally showed up, they loaded our car, drove us about 3 miles, then dropped our car off at a mall! They said they would be back in a few hours after they took care of a more pressing call. How much longer are we supposed to wait?! Both of us have lost a whole day of work! And now the dealership is closed!

If there was a no star rating this company deserves it. The younger brother is very nice but both justins are very rude and disrespectful!!!!!! I ended up having to get the cops involved because I paid them and they wouldnt give me the keys and would rather argue with me and continue to call me names as I was remaining respectful... As well was trying to get my fiance to hit him and tried to tell me he was going to charge me extra charges now.... I do not recommend this horrible company! I feel bad for the younger brother......oh i didnt have to pay any extra charges thank u officers!

My car was damaged and they claim no responsibility for their actions. Very bad experience. Rude and need the police and news station to get support.

I broke down on my way to Payson. My insurance called EZEE Towing to come get me. EZEE called me to tell me they were 1 to 1.5 hours out but he was on his way. 2 hours go by, I hadnt heard anything. So I called the number back from the guy that called me saying he was on his way. He answers the phone I asked where he was. He replied nobody called you? I said no. Then he goes on to tell me he blew his transmission on his way to get me so hes also broke down. So instead of doing the right thing and calling me and telling me he broke down I sat there for 2 hours waiting for him not knowing he wasnt even coming. Crazy unprofessional! I had to call my insurance again and they sent out another company to come get me but I told my insurance what happened with EZEE Towing so they made a note of it and I also gave them a bad review with my insurance company. I understand things happen, like his truck breaking down. But not calling your customer whose sitting on the side of the road waiting for you is CRAZY UNACCEPTABLE! This review could have been avoided with a simple phone call.

I took out a loan from Jeff. I was super sick with the flu and wasnt able to call him to let him know I would be 1 day late with payment. I called him the next day and he totally snapped on me!!!!! No working with this guy. Very unprofessional!!!!!! People were talking about him in Walmart parking lot and wasnt good at all!!!! I should have read the reviews before !!!!! I would have never ever went thru him!!!! Heads up people. Wow. Never have I dealt with a jerk this mean.

Good experience! My ins. co. called Ezee Towing to pik up my back east of Gold Canyon. The Ins.co. texted me an ETA of driver in 45 min.s. Mike showed up in 35 min.s, and went right to work. He got me over to Superstition HD without a snag! Im very pleased with Mike and Company!

The absolute worst people EVER for towing!! DO NOT CALL these jerks if you value your property! They backed into my truck with their tow truck (before towing) and are denying it. On top of that, the THIEF stole a $20 bill I had inside my truck! CROOKS!!!!!

Do not use this company for employment or services. Jeff is very disrespectful and will screw you over to benefit himself and his company. He says he pays under the table but when its time to pay you, he refuses to pay what your owed. Hes very shady makes apache junction look bad.

This company towed my nephews car..we call to find out what it was going to take to get it out and he cussed my sister..threatened the life of my nephew and are extremely hostile.....we will be taking action by any means necessary...our conversation on the phone was recorded

Moron tow truck driver is driving down the freeway with his beacons on with a car on his bed and tail gating ... SUPER professional 👍🏻😑

They stalled my car 5 different times trying to get it on a tow truck driver was told it was a lowered car and still drove it on scraped the front bumper and put a hole in it and scraped the oil pan.
