Horrible service. Was chased out by desk lady. KANSAS I THINK. dont confront them about problems because they will refuse or just tell you to leave before fixing issues. My unit was burned to a crisp by neighbor. I tell them ans they do nothing. I go next door and they said its Az. Im not near finished. And all my photos are not up. Cost leas let my storage over heat, get wet, and complained I left a mess..But really its all there dust and crud. ..

Awesome job to Cost Less. Customer service is amazing on the phone and when you do all your paperwork for your storage. Storage area is very organized and security cameras everywhere for the protection of my travel trailer. I would recommend Cost Less when you are in the need of having to store something. Great company and great people that work there.

My experience was Awesome! Just moved down from Ca. HOA is already on my a$$. Had to move my vehicle and they were gracious enough to handle the whole thing in less then the time it took me to drive there. Very Satisfied.

Nice clean neatly arranged lot. Easy to get into. Although there was a slight problem with my scheduling, the mgr. gal had it all fixed and ready for us upon our arrival. Just filled out the paperwork, dropped the trailer and left. Shes a sweetheart and I recommend the place highly.

Great security and Candace was professional and friendly. The parking is organized with defined spots, but pretty tight. We just stored our RV on 12/7, I will review again later in the year.

I love the service here, its the best place Ive ever stored my belongings. I understand there is a new ownership in place, and it shows as the last several months the place keeps getting better. Prices are guaranteed to be the lowest, so they will price match. The facility looks nice and is being improved every time I come back, I notice.

Very poor communication with staff and tenants. But when you do get a hold of them they are very nice to you. Seems like nobody is ever in the office because every time I have called I always get their answering machine but I do not leave a message because I will just call back until somebody answers. The other day they closed a half an hour early and as a tenant I was in urgent need of talking to someone during business hours but they decided to close early I left a voice message for the owner to call me back and what do you know comma the owner never called me. The owner is unreliable but the lady that works in the office her name is Taylor she is very good at her job.

Good safe facility. Candace is good people. Didnt care for the surprise rate hike. So we cleaned out our unit.

This is a nice RV storage place with big spots at a reasonable price. The office staff was always super helpful and accommodating to late night pick ups and drop offs.

Poor communication with tenants with rate increases. Very poor location of a dump station if needed, its not worth the hassle to use it. I have had my 5th wheel damaged there at night, vandals tried getting into it and damaged two windows and my door.

They are very friendly and helpful here! The place is very clean and they are affordable unlike most of the companies around here!
