I have been to a LOT of Ford Service shops. The majority of them are very good. Been to a couple that I wont visit again. Robert Horne Ford is the best I have visited. Efficient and friendly, they impressed me from the moment they opened the doors at 7AM. The way they all filed out of the doors, going to each vehicle in line at the Quick Lane reminded me of my Sailors heading out to work on aircraft after the morning maintenance meeting... with purpose. I didnt even have an appointment and my truck was in the shop by 7:20 AM. Horne has a shuttle to take anyone home who wants to go. Thinking my truck would be there most of the day, I grabbed the shuttle. Three hours later, I got a call letting me know that the truck was done... and they sent a shuttle to pick me up. Mikey, my service advisor, was extremely polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I will be in this area for several months and this is my go-to service for my Dually. Thanks Horne Ford! On September 24 we picked up our 2022 Ford F450 Pick Up that we had on order since March 23, 2021. Alex Duncan helped handle the trade-in of our 2017 Ford F250 4WD and the rest of the transaction. Jeff Moe also assisted. They were informative, courteous and helped make the process go smoothly. They also went the extra mile and transferred my 5th wheel hitch over from the F250 to the F450. I purchased both vehicles from Robert Horne Ford and have had all the maintenance on the F250 done there. Have been very pleased with their sales and service departments! I was recommended to Robert Horne Ford by a friend and have since sent friends over there who have purchased their Pick-ups from Robert Horne Ford as well.
My husband and I were looking to upgrade our Mazda CX-5 to the Ford Explorer. We got a great deal and an awesome interest rate! We came all the way from Peoria to buy this Ford Explorer. The only negative thing I would have to say is that when we got there the Ford Explorer smelt like smoke. It was a loaner car that supposedly had never been smoked it. But there were people that smoked in it. The dealership said they couldnt really do anything does that. My husband and I still bought the car because it was a great deal and figured we could figure out ourselves how to get rid of the smoke smell; just wish we would have been warned about the smoke smell. Bruce, our salesman was awesome!
Staff is just rude and they dont care about you or your time, I bought a 2021 f150 and righ after deal was done problems start totally different way no more polite or nice people.
I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again or take my car there for any service nor will I ever recommend anybody that I know! Is that there are thieves working there, the car I bought from them came with a tuner the the previous owner had left in the vehicle which mind you he’s the head mechanic for that dealership& I spoke to him directly and he had said and guaranteed that the tuner was left in the vehicle which was also guaranteed from the salesman so somebody from the time I test drove it and then left with the car, someone stole the tuner and the finance manager said I was out of luck that’s something they wouldn’t replace or do anything about a $400 part. This would have been a deal breaker if we didn’t get the great interest rate and the lower payment.To me it’s the principle that the dealer would allow this to happen and not do anything about it!!! Or at least try to compensate the customer to make them happy because it is all about customer service!
Listen. I was looking to get a Ford Escape for a while, and I was either getting super high interest rate or high payments, etc. Something was off every time. I decided to look at Robert Horne Ford, NOT expecting walk away with a car, just to test the waters another time. My sales person, Bobby, was great. He was honest, upfront, considerate of my concerns/requests, and even funny, all the while maintaining his professionalism. I ended up walking away (driving away 😉)with a brand new Ford Escape with an interest rate that I could have only dreamt of and a payment that was actually within my expectations. Brought my F150 in to have it diagnosed. The check engine light came on a few days ago. They figured out the problem by mid day (purge valve replacement) and completed the job by the end of the day. Other ford dealers needed to keep the truck for a minimum of 2 days and another dealer said they needed it for 4 days just to diagnose. I am very pleased with the service provided and the price quoted over the phone was the price I paid when I picked up the truck. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided shuttle service for me to get home and also picked me up when the services were done. I will definitely be bringing my truck here for future services. They definitely have earned my business ☺️
Ive had so many great experiences at Robert Horne Ford. Just this last time, my Ford was having a ton of stalling troubles resulting in a great deal of stress. After taking it in here, they were able to diagnose my problem and finish it with in a better time frame than expected! I especially appreciated being kept in the loop with phone calls throughout the process and the meticulousness that Logan provided when I had questions concerning my cars service. Everybody that I interacted with at this dealership was extremely nice and welcoming which made me feel so much better during the stressful time. I have used Robert Horne Ford for all of my car needs and will continue coming back. I strongly recommend this dealership!

Poor attention to details and the requests of customers. I took my 2016 Cmax hybrid in for regular service and to re-attach an air deflector that got pulled off by a parking block in a parking lot of a restaurant. I also asked them to check all belts and hoses for an upcoming road trip to New Mexico. They re- attached the air deflector.-kind of - the clips that hold it in place got twisted and bent and I was told that if I wanted it repaired correctly I needed a new part. I asked them for a price. I got “ a couple of hundred” in response, no definite estimate of parts or labor. And… when I went to use my washer/wipers to clear bugs off my windshield, the reservoir was dry! No spray to clean the windshield! Omg! I’m going to check the oil right now!!
Service is OK but I am tired of picking up a truck that was clean when I take it in a dirty when I pick up. Last time they parked it under a tree was covered in birdshit!. Why dont you do a wash before handing it off to customers? Of course when I bought it they did a poor job of cleaning before delivery, I spent a day removing wheel stickers etc. Guess no one there knows how to clean a vehicle

I was preapproved for a vehicle through Robert Horn. During the course of negotiation they sold the vehicle to someone else. The things we were negotiating about was a $500 documentation fee which is just paperwork. Some sort of protection package that they refused to remove and they never disclosed the vehicle had been in an accident. Dealerships are required by law to tell you if a vehicle has been in an accident. Do you research. I’m not saying that it is the dealerships fault but perhaps the sales people.
Outstanding customer service in the service dept. Roy, in fleet services deserves a raise. He went above and beyond for his customer (me). He has certainly reaffirmed my faith in dealerships. Thank you sir!

Id recommend going somewhere else. I had my truck serviced on 15 Jun 2021 and spent over an hour calling and leaving messages for status and the service manager. Theyre way too busy to answer or return calls. They left a rag in my engine compartment that went flying around the engine bay and didnt return the key to unlock my rims. The service may now cost me more in repairs...and there too busy to return or answer calls. What a mistake I made selecting Horne Ford for my service needs.18 Jun 2021 I met with the service manager and he had my belts inspected and got my key back for my rims. Horne Ford will make it right on my next service… I updated from 1 star to 2.

Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback on the recent service work performed on my 2006 F-250 Super Duty pickup. On 4-26-2021 my vehicle wouldn’t start. I was experiencing a crank no start condition. It sounded like a dead battery. I checked it with a multi meter and both batteries read 12.0V. I also checked the starter and it checked out good.I then called for a service appointment which was arranged with Jason. I explained the condition I was experiencing and communicated that we just had our vehicle painted and when we got it back I had a “Door Ajar” alert displaying. I had changed the sensor in the driver’s side door and the alert went away. This work was done on 4-24-2021.Our vehicle was towed to your facility on Tomahawk road on 4-26-2021 around 9:00a for a 4:30p appointment. I didn’t hear from Jason that day and when I hadn’t heard from him by noon the following day I called for a status update. We spoke, and I was told a diagnostic evaluation had been performed and no codes were being shown, and no issues had been found. He did say that both batteries were reading 9 volts and recommended a battery replacement. He also told me that the batteries had been charged and the vehicle started fine and had been restarted several times throughout the day and they were unable to duplicate the crank no start issue.Jason also explained to me that there was a leak from the fuel regulator he was recommending we get repaired. I asked him what the cost would be, including the diagnostic costs that had been performed, and I was told $300. I authorized the repair. I was called later that afternoon and told my vehicle was ready for pickup.I came to pick my vehicle up and Jason again recommended replacing our batteries. One of the service personnel was sent to get my vehicle while Jason and I went to make my payment. When I saw the bill, it was $380 dollars and not the $300 I had been quoted. Jason told me his original quote hadn’t included parts. I began to get a bit irritated at this point. I paid my bill and went our front to get my vehicle. I waited half an hour for it to get to me. I was told the batteries were dead and they had to charge them. I got into my vehicle and the first thing I noticed was that the Door Ajar alert was again displaying. At this point I was mad. Instead of going inside and making a scene I decided to take my vehicle home. My ride had left, and I had no other way home.When I got home I removed the fuse for the interior lights. I then restarted the vehicle and it turned over strong and restarted with no problem. I took the vehicle to work the following day. After sitting all night, the vehicle again started with no problem. The batteries are remaining fully charged.I feel that this was a very poor job diagnosing my problem. I feel this is an issue with a door adjustment or a door ajar sensor. I find it very disappointing that your service advisor and technicians ignored my communication regarding the door ajar alert and pinned the problem on dead batteries. I feel the dead batteries are a symptom of the alert and cannot understand why they ignored what I told them and released the vehicle to me with the alert clearly displaying.This has been a very frustrating experience and I would like to provide you an opportunity to set things right before sharing this with others.I look forward to your response.
I never leave negative reviews because honestly I don’t care to waste my time or energy. HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend wasting your time at this place. We went to look at a truck we found online, everything seemed great and we were ready to purchase WITH check in hand. While driving it there seemed to be a clanking somewhere on the truck and our sales person suggested that they keep it over the weekend to find out what it was and we agreed (which was extremely thoughtful on their part). Once it was taken care of, we’d go back in and and buy it. He even had us sign a piece of paper (that contained all the final pricing) stating that we were IN FACT purchasing said vehicle. Monday we called and they said they were pulling it in to be checked and that we’d hear sometime Tuesday. Come to find on Tuesday (today) after calling in, another manager/salesman sold the truck “as is”. We did not receive a call regarding this. Completely disrespectful and deceitful. The quality of their character and integrity obviously doesn’t matter, as long as money is coming in!

We purchased an Expedition there and it ultimately took 4 trips back and forth in an attempt to resolve some issues with the new vehicle. Although the Robert Horne Ford team was nice enough both my wife an and were tired of working through your process (at one point my wife even cried because she was upset). In the end we opted to deal with the issue elsewhere. The point is you should have make things right the first time. I will never purchase a vehicle from you again.

What can you say or do about a dealership who has such a POORLY run service department? RUN the other way, dont even try to make an appointment because they dont honor them!! My husband went in person to make the appointment for some RECALL service and a simple oil change. Showed up to find out that my Explorer had to be left for the day for the RECALL service (which they didnt tell us). When I said that I wasnt prepared to do that, please just change the oil. I was told that they might get to it in 2 hours or so. Asked what happened to my appointment at 10 am and the SERVICE MANAGER *who all of this interaction took place with) had no explanation and could have cared less that we drove an hour to get there. AVOID using this place unless you are stuck on 60 broke down and looking at them. MAYBE THEY WILL HELP BUT NOT BLOODY LIKELY.
We brought our car in to Horne Ford because our regular dealership were booked up for a month. We dropped it off on a Friday and they said it would be done on Saturday. Before we made the hour trip back I called and the representative said it wouldnt be done until Monday. The part was wrong.On Monday I called again and this time the person working on it had a family issue and couldnt finish it. So the representative got another mechanic to finish it so we could get it before they closed.Thanks Again for helping us out.
-Service center review..The only reason that this review is getting two stars is because of Johns customer service and help. Otherwise this would be a no star review.What a waste of time, money and energy. The lack of communication with Jason is astonishing and to top it off I was to able replicate my two issues within 5 minutes of getting my vehicle back . I didnt get my car back at the time that was promised and if it wasnt for John I would still be without my car . They had my car for a week and for what exactly?! To inconvenience my wife and I is what we would assume at this point .We will never come back to this establishment and we wish people dealing with this service center good luck! Youre going to need it and make sure to take your blood pressure meds.

Jeff Moe was awesome to deal with. But we also knew what we wanted and the had it. As for the detailing guys they need a lot of help my daughter could have done a better job than they did. Truck was taken back to be cleaned and all the did was spray the wheels with a ton of wheel dressing and didn’t even wipe the Excess off the wheels.Update!So we got the spray in bedliner done. After I had to call to schedule it. It had been three weeks and no call from dealership. We showed up and Brandon was on the phone for about five minutes. While we had to wait on him. Dropped it off, got sprayed with no brochures or information told us about the bedliner or how it’s to be treated or what brand it is. In my opinion I will not be back to this dealer again they make you pay for products that aren’t even put on the truck. Aka window tint, bedliner.
My personal opinion is that customer service isnt about not making mistakes but recovering from them. I brought my daughters car in for service and worked with Roy in the service department. Drop off had it challenges but on pickup my daughters car was running great and they ran it through a wash and detail. So while there was a situation at drop off they recovered and took care of my kids car and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.
Up front and always polite. They take great care in making sure everything is done right and my truck is safe. Thank you
I would not recommend this dealership if they were giving away free vehicles. First off they sent me an email with my perfect ford truck. The email showed a picture of a platinum truck showed me the details of the truck I was looking for and had the window sticker of a work truck. When inquiring about the email they stated it was a mistake. They sent a new one and it was almost identical... I told them I was not interested in their dealership and now I get three to four email and text messages a day after texting and emailing them I am not interested please stop contacting me. So do not waste your time contacting this dealership.

We live over 2 hours away from this location but it was worth the drive for the service and kindness we were given. They had everything ready for us when we arrived and the process went smoothly. They communicated with me every step of the way. The car was beautiful and the price was unbeatable. It was very refreshing in this day and age to have genuine people really there for you throughout the car buying experience, which is not always pleasant. We will recommend them to anyone in our circle of family and friends who are looking for a new car.
The last time I went to have my 2017 F-150 serviced they told me that I needed a transmission service but I had already had the service a little while back. I really thought they kept better records than that. I am glad that I remembered that I already had the service because that service was between $500 or $600 dollars. My fear is what if someone did just tell them to go ahead and do it when it’s already been done.

The service department was excellent, but I was frustrated with the fact that their coffee maker has not worked for 3 weeks. I got there at 8:00 a.m. And there was no coffee. Also the fact that the visitors Internet was down. They advertise that they have high speed Internet available to the customers but it has not worked for quite some time. Management should take care of the issues to make customers wait more tolerable.

Bought 2020 Expedition King Ranch in July, received recall notice set up appointment last week for first oil change - recalls & passenger running board randomly goes up and down. They knew in advance the recalls but did not verify they had the parts on hand, Could not find the problem with running board, & then tried to bill me for the oil change . When purchased the sales team swore if this ever happened, we would always have a loner. Well that didnt happen either. No matter how much we complained. After spending $90K, I would expect a little more service.

Paid 600 for window tint and they didnt tint them, and would not have contacted me if it wasnt for me noticing after I got home. said I would get $299 refund for my dad being an a plan member for some registration fees that arent charged to those members? but now they tell me they have no idea what im talking about and it isnt documented anywhere so probs my fault for not getting it in writing but I feel taken advantage of:)

After 2 hours with no phone call I called and one of the service guys answered the phone and knew right away who my advisor was.Dennis is a good Manager and Aaron in finance is good.Advise to the dealership..have your people call the drivers about their cars and follow up on messages. There are people who are passionate about their car and with you being the people who my car is with and not me..I want the people assigned to me be passionate about my car too. Dealership and all departments need better communication training. (Sorry Fred, Brandon, Matt, Alex if you have to sit through training which you adequately have).

The best car buying experience we have had to date! Less than 2 hours spent in the dealership. What?!?!?!? And most of that time was spent showing us how to use our bells and whistles. We chose our 2020 Ford Escape on the website and did nearly everything via text or over the phone. Our Sales Associate, Ben was exceptional! He secured us 0% financing through Ford Motor Credit which is incredible. Another Ford Dealer tried to push us to sign a deal we could not afford, but Ben and his manager did not. They worked hard to get us our perfect vehicle with a payment that worked with our budget. We love our new car!!! When we are ready to upgrade again, our first call will be to Robert Horne Ford!

My mom got a car from this dealership a few days before I decided I was going to get a car, and she HIGHLY recommended Bobby Spinks to me. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! He was so friendly and made the entire process a breeze, and answered every question my dad and I had. Very helpful and understanding! Ray was our finance guy and he understood that I could only afford to pay so much a month and helped bring my payments down while making sure my vehicle is still as protected as it can be. Great service. Got me in quick and extended service was complete by next morning. Still need to return for a warranted part but that shouldnt be a problem. These guys are great and John Pereyra is top notch.

Tee made shopping for a truck a breeze. I usually have high anxiety going into a dealership, but this trip was very different. There was no pressure, no add on cost, all charges detailed prior. We got a great deal and a fast transaction. It was a pleasure working with Tee and I will most definitely go back when we need another vehicle.
The sales process was as to be expected, however my experience after the sale was subpar. My value of a dealership is heavily weighed upon their level of accessibility and trustworthiness after you’ve done a deal. After purchasing my vehicle, I had the vehicle inspected at an independent shop. I had to replace multiple components that were either at borderline failure status or at the failed status. I was assured throughout the sale process that this vehicle was “solid” and “good to go”. Having an inspection prior to the sale would have alleviated these extra costs incurred or could have assisted in negotiating a lower price. However, I feel that a reputable dealership would have taken the time to either address the marginal components and either repair them or disclose the issue and make them reflective in the sale price.
Horrible dealership. We drove an hour to look at a used vehicle and they not only refused to negotiate even a dollar on the price advertised and they added on $1,500 for a wax job and window tint that it already had... Since the price was too high, we nicely declined to buy and left. Within the next week they lowered the price almost a grand online. We wouldve bought that day for $1,000 less but they lied and kept saying that they bought it for that much so they cant come down on the price at all! Til the next day I guess lol. Guess they didnt want my business, so they definitely wont get it now.

Very rude sales person. Went to the dealership to look at the new F150s and had high hopes. I had found a nice blue truck on their web site that I really wanted to look at. We looked around the lot for 20 minutes before a sales person came out to greet us. I showed him the ad and stated I was looking for the truck and could not find it. He flippantly stated they had trucks in the back and did not know if they had it. He was not happy that I had printed out a truck from their online inventory to look at and then told us the price on the ad was not the real price to look at the sticker price, not the discounted ad price. He then proceeded to tell my husband and I that we already knew what we wanted and since we pulled into the dealership in a Ram Truck we would probably end up buying another a Ram anyway. The Ram Truck was a loaner, I had totaled mine. We were ready, willing, and more than able to buy anything on the lot. Would not recommend.
Usually buying a vehicle at a dealership can and most times is an all day affair that wears you out and in our experience usually ends up closing the dealership at night in the dark by the time we take possession of the vehicle.However, that was not our experience at Robert Horne. The salesperson was very forthright with us, the sales team and finance dept was professional and firm start to finish it only took a few hours.Our salesperson listened and made suggestions that helped our decision. The financing was exactly what we were wanting in relation to terms. They gave us what we needed on our trade in and made the process very straightforward.The difference between our experiences and expectations in the past compared to everything that took place at Robert Horne Ford is like night and day. Really we were blown away, satisfied and very happy with our Ford, the dealership and our overall experience.Give them a try...
I had a 9:30 appointment for a Quick lube oil change. I never got my car back till 11:45. No one came out to explain if there was a problem. Im not a very happy customer at this point.

All around we had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Robert Horne Does. The salesman was very professional and honest. We didnt feel like we were being jerked around at all. We would definitely return to Robert Horne Ford in the future!
Shady, shady, shady! We paid cash for a car over a month ago and they never even submitted the paperwork to get us the title!Its a MAJOR issue as someone hit us in our brand new car and the insurance company cant do anything without the title since were the owners. Roy in finance claims it is not his fault and that he doesnt even need to talk to us about it. He claims that we need to talk to their title girl who is never in the office and likely doesnt exist.Yesterday, he said he would talk to her today. Today, he said she left for the day and that he forgot to ask her about it. The car was purchased on 8/1. He claimed initially they submitted the title paperwork on 8/14. Then, one day later he said it was submitted on 8/12. We contacted the MVD and they say NOTHING has been submitted and Roy now suddenly claims ignorance and that the title girl is the only one with the magic key to unlock the cryptic information. Solid operation youre running there.UPDATE: I had updated my review from 1 star to 4 because they did fix the issue following this review (by doing what I proposed and what should have been done in the first place), but then I saw the GMs response demonstrating a total lack of accountability so 1 star it is. It seems the lack of accountability over there comes from the top down.If you knew the state was so backed up with titles why would you wait a full two weeks after my purchase to even send the paperwork to them? Also, I was told you use a 3rd party service called Title America so did you really send it to the state? And even if you made a mistake by waiting two weeks to get things rolling, own it. Make it right. I came up with a solution pretty quickly and it worked, but it took a negative review for anyone to even talk to me about it.
After negotiating a price on a used 4Runner and getting the sales manager to give us a final price, they added a little over a thousand dollars for a “shield” and bogus theft insurance on final written quote. When I asked them to remove those charges they said no, that the shield was put on when they got the car. That “shield” should have been part of the car not an add on after negotiations. Left a bad taste and we walked away from deal. Don’t trust these people especially Dennis the sales manager
