My vehicle got stuck in reverse with the gear shifter not engaging. They were the only place I could find open on a Saturday. I called them for help and they were nice enough to tell me right then how to fix the issue. I truly appreciate their help.

I have wanted to give this place a review for a while now. Here it is. In April of 2014, I bought my daughter a car from here. I thought if I bought it from a mechanic that it would be safe, looked over, inspected, and fixed. What a LIE!! I purchased a complete LEMON. Everything was broken in it. It never should have been on the road to begin with. I dont think it had been worked on in years. I would never buy a car from this place or bring my car here for repairs. BEWARE!

The staff @ the shop were very helpful & knowledgeable and they worked me in on short notice on a Saturday so I was very grateful. I had a confirmed appointment with Matt/Mike Roach was who must’ve had a bad day. When I showed up for my appointment on time - he took all that frustration out on me and told me he was unable to complete what I had made an appointment for. Instead of offering an alternate time he continued to throw a fit about the person who made the appointment. Biggest waste of time and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would not recommend unless u wanna be this guys emotional punching bag. The owner stood by and watched.

Very strange that the Manager of this place would post a 5 Star Review on Yelp for there oil change price... Funny thing is my wife goes there for her oil changes but uses another shop for repairs, well her car has canister filter so I had my mechanic do me a favor due to the fact there is no way her car can get a complete oil change for 17 bucks! simply asked my mechanic to mark the oil filter well come to find out after my wife got an oil change the filter that was marked was still in canister and not replaced!!!! Shame on you guys!!! Veteran owned? I doubt maybe a dishonorable discharged Veteran with this kind of nonsense.

Terrible service...went through 3! transmissions, all the same problem...THEY added the wrong fluid, screwed them all up & refused to correct the problem THEY caused...car STILL sitting in my yard, completely unusable.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have had my vehicle in there several times. Each time the cost is $700 and they assure me everything is good. Two weeks later something else breaks down. It never fails. This last time was the last straw. I had it in three times for the exact same issue because they didnt fix it right. I finally took it another shop and have solid proof they have damaged my car to get me to return. I will have my car repaired by a reputable shop and will make sure EVERYONE knows what Patriots did.

My husband spent $3000 worth of work done on my truck, including a full set of BRAND NEW tires since I got it in October. I was on the 60, going 70mph WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR when my back driver side tire blew out and SHREDDED 2 months after getting them. THANKFULLY I was able to regain control and hobble my 3 terrified hysterical children to the shoulder before crashing!! Well When I went brought the tire back to patriot they told my husband that basically I was lying because that wouldnt be possible unless I hit something, which considering there was NO damage to anything other than the tire...mnot even the RIM was damaged!!!So I had to buy ANOTHER tire and chalked it up to a lose.... well fast forward to today, I was driving down the road and got ANOTHER flat on the passenger back tire!! There was no damage that I could see, so my husband called them to see about fixing it and the man he talked to was VERY rude, and told him I dont even have a tire guy any more so what do you want me to do about it? Call the manufacturers so my husband says you cant take a look and see if theres a hole and even plug it?! And the employee LAUGHS and says nope, if you want it fixed/looked at go to discount and theyll do it. And hung up!! I have NEVER heard of a place that sells you BRAND NEW tires, and not only wont even LOOK at them when/If they go flat, but also TELLS YOU TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!! They had no problem taking my money before, but now my money isnt good enough now that I am wanting them to fix tires, or even LOOK AT tires that I paid for a warranty on!! NEVER will they EVER get another cent from me or any member of my family or friends, and considering they dont even care that my KIDS were in the car I would suggest you dont so business with them either! SHAME ON YOU PATRIOT!!

2 weeks ago, I took my car into the dealership for scheduled maintenance and was told I would need to spend $5K to replace my transmission. Not going to happen.So, I called around and received some quotes, but I decided to go see Rod at Patriots first. Even though he was not the lowest price, he was willing to match his competitors prices!They finished with my car earlier than expected, but when I went to pick it up, the check engine light came on. I was assured that they would do whatever was necessary to make sure I was happy. So, they proceeded to diagnose and then replace the O2 sensors, even though this was not part of the transmission job.I was really impressed by the incredible level of customer service. If I ever have any transmission repairs for any of my vehicles in the future, I will definitely go to Patriot!

Took my 37 in for A/C repair and my 2014 Jeep for the engine light on. They did a great job on both and had them back in the same day. Really nice guys, prompt service, and would recommend them highly.

Was recommended by my guys I took my jeep for transmission repair 1700.00 dollars with a two year warranty. 9 months later the transmission out . Went back and the shop was closed. It reopened at another location .confronted Rod and he said he would not stand good for the transmission and told me not to set foot on the property or he would call the police . Called three on your side and they wouldnt try to help.I gave up and found myself another shop.

I own a 1990 Silverado 4X4 that had over a million miles on engine and transmission.It finally gave up its ghost and needed repair for the reverse and second gear of the transmissionI took it in on a week day and it was returned to me the following day. Their service is the best I have ever had AND they beat out other shops by $50.00.The personnel are military vets and do one heck of fine job.Thanks for your service to our country and for the service on my vehicle.

Worst shop I have ever dealt with! Was told one price ($550) and as the day went on (after they had worked on it and supposedly added new parts) the bill grew to nearly triple the quoted price ($1400) I specifically asked them not to perform any work on it if it would cost more than the quoted price. Offered no remedy for the situation at all other than pay in full or too bad!

Just picked up my vehicle. Not only did they do all the repairs and put on new tires they washed my truck. They also let me use a vehicle while mine was being worked on. Two other shops gave prices and told me I needed repairs that were necessary. Ill drive the extra 8 miles from Tempe to use this shop!

If the rude and unprofessional manner in which they handled my appointment is the standard I would highly recommend any other shop in the area. No greeting, not having the part in you need to provide service and then practically blaming you client for it is no way to run a business son.

Went in for a oil change service. I told them to do a complete check of the truck. The next day I decided to check the fluid levels and found the oil level a quart low and the antifreeze recovery tank empty. I was going to go back and get my quart of oil and tell them about the empty recovery tank but didnt want the hassle of a lame excuse or argument so I put in the oil and had my antifreeze changed at my mechanic, who doesnt do oil changes. If they short every oil change one quart they save quite a bit in a year, my guess is not to many customers check the fluids after a oil change.

This place did me right,sold me a car, and it was a great deal,a sweet Honda and it runs like its brand new,and got a screaming good deal on it. Thanks men, a nice job

They told me I need a new ac compressor and the whole works for over 950 bucks. Took it somewhere else and all it needed was Freon and charged up. I do not recommend this place at all.

After having the transmission replaced in my husbands 1979 Dodge Power Wagon, the truck has been back to this shop three times for leaking transmission fluid. Having paid almost $2K and having taken it back multiple times to have it made right, they will not make any further repairs and even threatened to call the cops if we came back to the shop. The managers incompetence to get the job handled correctly as well as verbally abusing my husband has made this a true horror story. Not once did my husband raise his voice, make threats or cuss however he was called multiple explicit terms by the owner and was hung up on. We simply wanted what we paid for or a refund and instead we were called names, not given any kind of refund and on top of it the transmission still leaks. Ironically it wasnt leaking when we first brought it in. Do not go here unless you want to overpay for shoddy workmanship from rude people who wont back their own written warranty.

On the phone Patriot sounded pretty professional for a local non franchise. The price was right, reviews here were positive and it was located around the corner from me, so I went there for my routine tranny service. Walking in I was greeted by a kind fellow who was obviously not to savvy with his computer or with my name. Anyhow, I left him my keys and went on my way. When I received a call to come pick up my car I pedaled my way over there and picked up my vehicle only to find that my freshly waxed vehicle has grease wiped all over it and white dust from their oil absorbent smeared all over my carpet. They must have gone for a joy ride because it was even in the passenger side as well.Update: After writing this review I was called by the owner Rod and he had expressed to me that he was very unhappy that my experience was less than stellar. He offered to get me an oil change or have the truck cleaned. Rod seemed to be sincere in his apology and really wanted to make things right with me, which in most companies is hard to find. Thank you Rod.

Rod and Mike are truly lifesavers! After some bad experiences with other businesses, I will never ever take my car anywhere other than Patriots in AJ. This has been my go-to place for everything for the last 8 months-- and if they cant do it, they tell you who they trust to do it.I needed a new engine for my 2013 Sonata (current engine had 128k miles on it). My dealership wanted 8 thousand for a short-block rebuild, 14 days to do it and wouldnt give me a rental car for any lower than $25 dollars a day (times 14 days, mind you).Patriots found a brand-new engine (2016 with less than 2k miles). I essentially got a brand new engine for thousands less than just rebuilding my existing one, it only took four days, AND they gave me a car to use! Rod came with his tow truck less than an hour after I initially called to ask general questions.I couldnt be anymore pleased with this location and team. They are family men and never make me feel like a dumb woman like other garages can make you feel.

This place is AMAZING. The owner and shop manager are incredably good people and combined a whole bunch of work my car needed and did it for Soooooooooo much less than other shops. They gave us a loaner car for the time my car was out of comission and did not charge us. and they were supper nice. I had my tyranny rebuilt, the struts done, several oil leaks fixed, and the motor mounts done and the work was top notch. My car is basically brand new again. I would definately reccamend them to anyone. This is a great shop that stands by their work. We will come to them for all our car needs going forward.

Honest and trustworthy! A Dying Breed amongst this endless industry.

Dale totally took care of me. My car was towed to Patriot on Monday morning after breaking down on Friday evening. It took longer than I expected for them to find out what was wrong with it and by Tuesday morning, I really needed to go get groceries (i had been planning on going on saturday, but then the break down). So Dale had one of his guys come out and pick me up with a loaner that I could use until my car was repaired. For free! He was extremely courteous and the price was good. He ended up fixing the problem by tuesday evening, because I had mentioned when I was there picking up the loaner that my husband had replaced the alternator so when he looked, he found that some oil had eaten the insulation off some wires and they were touching. Too bad I hadnt mentioned that to begin with because then it may have only had to been in the shop for a few hours. Anyway, I will work with them in the future, they went above and beyond!

Dont trust them go eleswhere, i droped my pan on my transmission, and found out my bands were not adjusted correctly, so I did a little more digging, found that I was missing a spring on my 1/2 acumalator. Some repair shop that does not do good on transmissions.Dont trust them.

I live in globe az my transmission went out I had J S TOWING out of Globe tow my vehicle to patriot auto. I highly recommend them for any work that may needed for your vehicle I will continue using them. Their entire staff was professional and courteous. There prices are very reasonable. I had my transmission rebuilt and it ran better than when I bought the truck five years ago. Thank you Patriot Auto for the awsome work.
