Mike is super awesome and helpful! I’ve been going to them monthly for 3 months now and I am so glad I didn’t go anywhere else

I miss the calibration appointment with this company after informing them three times that my vehicle was at an auto body repair place and I was assured all three times to keep them up-to-date and everything will be hunky-dory today I called the same number I’ve called all three other times and got a different story now my vehicle is locked out sitting in an auto body shop unable to be moved unable to be calibrated what the heck that makes no sense you can unlock me out of my car and tell me there’s nothing you can do for me?? I’m just supposed to leave it there maybe report a Police report stating that you guys are stealing my vehicle ? I guess you guys are going to make my car payment now 🤔?
