My wife got a DUI 12 years ago and Chris at alcolock was the one handling our case on this incidents with alcolock and weve had many problems with the system they installed my wifes father Allan David Charles A Great Man, who passed away, June 19th. Day before Fathers Day in Mesa Arizona was laid to rest July 1st at 2 p.m. at the mesa city cemetery at which time the alcolock system was beeping because I had left the truck on for my children to stay cool during the internment of my father-in-law. We called Chris and he was of no help he was able to tell us that thats just the way it is with the state of Arizona so in my personal opinion alcolock leaves you stranded and I wouldnt do business with them in the future if I could avoid it buyer beware lots of problems as if you dont even own your own vehicle anymore so if you use alcolock Apache Junction buyer beware beware beware!! FYI my wife told him when he was in hospice visiting somebody she felt bad for him and she said she hoped everything gets better, but when he heard we were laying her father to rest he said nothing... Wouldnt use them again if you paid me in my opinion they suck and thats in my opinion thanks for nothing Chris. Unhappy customers will be the detriment of your business Christopher.

Very unprofessional, had a lock out at my DADS funeral yesterday at Mesa city cemetery now they’re trying to tack on six months just because I missed that testing by not blowing in it during the funeral had to have my AC running for my young children as it was hot!!! Chris is very unprofessional in my opinion and I would never use this business or recommend it in the future in my opinion.
