Absolutely useless. Had me waiting 4 days for an appointment then told me they couldn’t do ANYTHING for me after waiting over an hour in the office.I have been in pain for 4 days and explained my issue when calling to schedule an appointment. I showed up and they had me wait for OVER an hour before seeing me and telling me they could do very little for me. The doctor told me he couldn’t remove my retainers because “aerosols” and used covid as a reason — why would you not be able to perform a dental procedure in a dental office???? The doctor then left to work on other patients and did not come back. Then someone else came to tell me that they no longer do work on permanent retainers AND that they wouldn’t do even the smallest thing like cut the wire stabbing me in my mouth to relieve my pain. I have never met such unprofessional and useless staff of people.Mind you, I used to be a patient here for 11 years but the quality of service and people have extremely plummeted.

Went here for years and never had a problem, they even fixed a mistake my prior dentist did in my teeth and relieved me from the pain. Thank God for our neighborhood dentist, the staff is on the ball, the doctors are extremely welcoming and kind and always let you know what’s going on truly with your teeth no holding back, and they always tell you what habits to keep up, start or stop in order to have healthier teeth. Love them and appreciate them thanks western dental !

Don’t come here expecting good service. i was a few minutes late to my appointment and i kindly asked one of the front desk workers if i could reschedule my appointment but she started giving me attitude and was extremely rude towards me. i don’t know her name but she was EXTREMELY rude and needs to be fired. you don’t greet customers that way.

My experience was great. It was professional and the staff was courteous.

I actually had a good experience with western dental. They were pretty fast with getting me an appointment. They do offer a bunch of other services that isn’t necessary but you can ask to only pay for the treatment you want. I went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone I know seemed to have a horrible story with their extractions but I’m happy to say my recovery was almost painless. The medication helped a lot and I feel perfectly fine. Everyone was so surprised with how well I was doing. The dentists did an amazing job. 😊

DO NOT COME HERE, FIND A DIFFERENT ORTHODONTIST! Ive come here for years and theyve gotten a lot of money out of me. Unfortunately I trusted them when they told me I needed braces for falling teeth, so they told me I would be paying $4200 and then put me on payments to pay that. Fast forward 20 months, my braces are still on, they are to tight, my gums are swollen and they told me dont come back until thats fixed by a gum specialist.  I finally decided this is wrong and went to another orthodontist for a second opinion.  She told me that western dental didnt fix the problem they told me they would, my braces were done wrong, she also said they needed to immediately come off so that my gums could heal, I then told western dental I would be ending treatment with them and I want them to fix the amount of money I owe them. Since now someone else will have to remove them and make my retainer. They told me that the removal and retainer WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE I WAS ALREADY PAYING. They also said that they have done the work for the amount I was going to pay from the beginning, which makes no sense. All of a sudden when I end treatment you have done enough work for the entire treatment? But that didnt include removal and retainer? These people are working to steal peoples money, they didnt even fix what they said they would and then they turned me away to find another doctor to fix what they did. This is WRONG! THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

This place is a joke. All the patients are angry arguing with staff in the lobby. While I have been waiting to get seen for an hour and 40 minutes. This is crazy! Why would you schedule so many people if you cant have a well organized office? Something definitely wrong here. First and last time at this location for sure.

Today I visited the office in Antioch on Lone tree way, today was the last day I will step into that office there customer service is poor and rude, and on top of that they will make sure you make a payment before you can even get seen, you have to be on top of everything or your child will go months without the dentist fixing a broken bracket or putting the wire back on if your child has to see general dentist I believe his name is alcantara or something similiar, my daughter went 3 months without a wire or repaired braket all I hear the ortho dentist say next time well that next time never came, I didnt renew my contract and today I said fu western dental from the dentist to the receptionist

They are the wost of the bay, PLEASE go somewhere else if you can. they give everyone the same times and they cant even get everyone on time for their appointments, we got here at 4 and finally got in at 6 thats unacceptable we have things to do now just wait for whenever they are ready. the staff are not even friendly and rude, they even have staff messing around in the back, and sleeping on the chairs, talking in Spanish like we dont know what they are saying. fire them and get new doctors and assistants

Ive had not so good experiences with several different western dental offices so I wasnt too thrilled to book an emergency appointment with them, but it was urgent and I didnt have many options.I called early in the morning and they got me an appt for 2hrs later. The wait wasnt long front desk staff was helpful, dentist was really caring, hygienist was awesome and I was given a px for pain meds and antibiotics which made my pain manageable until they could get me in the next week.Today I got 2 teeth pulled, I cried like a baby before they could even numb my mouth, but they were very patient, talked me through it and gave me my time to cry it out. The whole thing was quick, minimal pain, and Im just happy its all over with. Would definitely recommend this office.

Great customer service. Very clean and sanitized. Staff is constantly checked for fever throughout the day to ensure safety of customers. Very professional. Doctor on site is very nice and professional. Everyone wears masks and gloves and they have handsanitizer available for everyone.

Very bad experience with worse customer service with this dentist place. I would not recommend anyone to go there. suppose to do deep cleaning, and they end up doing regular cleaning and was done in literally 5 minutes. I authorize them to get approval of my credit card so that I can order deep cleaning product. they already ordered without telling me and because its custom built product, I can not dispute with my credit card company. So I thought of getting that product they ordered and now they refuse to give it to me.

It was a great visit. Thorough x-ray was done.Although the treatment shook my WALLET but it worth every cents. From the reception to the dentist chair- they were all so professional.

If you have ANY OTHER option, go to them instead. Never go to a WD chain, most unprofessional company ever. Most of the time, have had non positive experiences with the workers at the front desk, dentists don’t really inform you that well (got set up for an appointment I didn’t even ask for/need), and most of the time even if you get there on time, you’ll still have to wait sooo long for someone to attend to you. Would probably not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Not really sure what the names are of the people who help me are but so far it has been11-14-19 Time 11-30I forgot the names of the 2 ladies who helped me today but will get them next time. Im getting dentures and was there for a Try In. I feel at ease here and these ladies make it comfortable for me while trying them on, not embarrassed at all. My dentures looked great and one of the ladies said I looked beautiful. The staff in reception are always friendly and in and out time less than an hour. Great place

Horrible customer service. Silvia from finances gave me very poorly service claiming it was my fault that the payments weren’t being made when I specified I wanted my card on autopay back in September and are now doing the same to my sister. Haven’t been helped out in over a year and when I finally made my appointment, they end up rescheduling it because 2 people called out, making my sister wait 20 minutes in line just to be told they can’t help us out. Very poor service. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I regret coming here and giving them money. They don’t care about their customers only money

My husband took my son for a check up and my son had a good experience from my experience of being their its always been very professional or I wouldnt of trusted them with my son going their.

I came in for dental implants last week... Arezo made me feel so comfortable helped me with a payment plan she even went out of her way and squeezed me in the same day! She told me to do a review based did my experience that day and it was definitely 10/10 go see her for your dental needs she’s very knowledgeable and down to earth!

Didnt have good experience .had appointment they cancel doctor left early.had to reschedule.went for cleaning today .doctor finished cleaning ok bye walked away..I had some questions and concerns she wasnt very helpful .

My mother in law went there to have done her dental filling. The doctor injected her anesthesia and disappeared for more than an hour leaving her on the examination table. Our mother was eventually urging to pea while on the table. Nobody was attending until my wife asked around for help to give her a bathroom privilege. By the time the doctor came back the first injected anesthesia was faded off and our mother has to get another injection. We have had few procedures done before at this center and they were doing ok, but this one is a patient abuse.

My appointment was at 11am I was there until 4pm.

I had two teeth that needed immediate attention ( not an emergency situation). There were two emergencies that came in when I was waiting. My wait was long, about 30 minutes past my appointment time but I am sure the emergency patients were the reason. Once called, the procedures went pretty fast and except when the needle first went in it was painless. Great staff at the desk and also the Doctors and support staff in the back.

Beware! I have been going to the dentist basically every 6 months since I was a kid. And I haven’t had a cavity since I was a kid either. I went to Western Dental for a routine cleaning and X-rays. They found 2 cavities and recommend a $500 disinfectant which I denied. I did approve the filling however. And without even asking me they put a sliver filling in my mouth.I noticed when I got home and immediately called my Mom who used to be a Dental Assistant. She was livid. As my whole life I have had nothing but composite fillings. Or “tooth colored” fillings. But this being my 1st cavity as an adult I had no idea what to ask for! My Mom said they are supposed to inform patients and ask what type of filling they would like. I called the very next day and asked that they remove the silver filling and use composite! They did agree, but one of the dental assistants tried shaming me for not asking for a composite filling. How was I supposed to know!? Maybe instead of trying to sell me a useless disinfectant that I didn’t need they should have been going over my options for my filling! They did remove it free of charge. But they had to re-drill my tooth and put in the composite filling. My tooth was in pain for at least 2 months after that! And when I got home wood chip fell out of my mouth. The wood chip was the spacer they used to shape the filling.Update: As I mentioned before they found two cavities. Well at the time they said they didn’t think they needed to work on one of the cavities and they just wanted to monitor it. But he scared me by saying he wasnt sure and sent me back for more X-rays because he was worried if he waited it could turn into a root canal. After the X-rays they decided to just monitor the second cavity. Well after going in a year later to a different Western Dental I was told there is no cavity in that tooth and there is only a stain.

On my 1st call I was told they were having difficulties with their system and they would call me back. They did not take my number and did not call me back. On my 2nd call I talk to customer service, I was trying to verify the cost of a procedure and was told I needed to talk to appointments so while on hold my call was disconnected. I called back a 3rd time and the sound quality for their appointments was terrible. Sounded like the worst call center I have ever heard and the person didnt understand English very well. To his credit he connected me to someone who had a better command of English and I was told they could not verify the cost of a procedure unless I made an appointment. Going to go back to the higher price dentist.

Do not go to them. I got braces for my daughter and fell behind on payments. So they wont do anything until I pay the next payments, of which I understood. However, they wont give her a cleaning that my insurance will pay for, and shes got gingavitis because of it and they wont help her at all. Now I have to find a dentist that will work with me and cut the braces off. Do not go to them. They would rather you die than help you.

If you have all day to waste, than this is the place to go. The dentists & staff seem ok, but they have absolutely no respect of your time. They said 30 minutes and Ive now been here for 3 hours. And this isnt the first time this has happened. Its like this every time.

I came in and had a exam dr khan was very knowledgeable and friendly fransico took my x Rays he was super nice and funny he made me feel at ease when he took my x Rays and usually it hurts but this time it was so smooth!!!Rzo was profesional and super sweet she set up my treatment plan so I can get my work done and not pay any interest which was amazing!!!!!! Its sad this establishment has such bad reviews they have a awesome team I will recommend my friends and family here!!!

Friendly service and got all the work I needed done in one visit.”Was my original review when I thought Hey, maybe this place is trying to turn things around after all these bad reviews on Yelp and here and be better to their customers.No. I recommended them to my wife and she was left very unhappy and self conscious after her visit. Which they made every excuse in the world to avoid rectifying. It would cost them $5 and a half hour worth of time to fix but they don’t care about long term customers. They want your money and don’t care if you come back.The manager is very rude and showed no sign of caring about my wife’s terrible visit.I talked to the corporate office which did care and is working to get this matter fixed. But as for this one location, avoid it at all costs.Edit 1: 3 weeks later, corporate is taking my complaint and seeming to care but never calling back to resolve. Avoid this company altogether.Edit 2: Called again today after 2 previous calls to corporate. Talk to a new lady who says she has no record of my previous 2 calls and grievances. No wonder they didnt call back. Nothing works within this company.AVOID THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I came here as 1st time patient even after hearing bad experiences from others. But I did not have choice since they are the only ones open on Saturday. Before I can even be seen I had bad experience at check in Ruth was very rude when I arrived she was a n the phone so I waited for the next person. As I am being checked in another patient walks up and Ruth is still on the phone but she greets the person and checks them in all while on the phone . Another patient makes a comment to her jokingly that she just pretends to be on the phone doing work .. lol so I simply agreed and said yeah because she did not help me when I was in line. She didn’t like that .. so after that she became confrontation telling me it was because she was on the phone. So I’m like but you helped that lady while you were quote unquote on the phone .. so I turn in my paperwork and Ruth says I can take it, I tell her oh now you can help me, she responds with sarcasm yes I’m not on the phone now I’m like really but you helped that other lady while on the phone and this just continues as her manger is sitting one person down from her(which I did not know at the time ) and she said absolutely nothing! Moral of my story is don’t go here ! At least until they hire people who actually know how to do their job . Who knows Ruth may have been having a bad day but what does that have to do with me?? I just wanted to get my tooth fixed and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt even after all the bad experiences I heard from everybody even my husband had a bad experience and told me I told you!

Went in for an extraction. The wait was about 20 minutes after my appointment time .The procedure was done in less than 5 minutes. Wow. Will go there again . Everyone was very nice

These are a few of what they did wrong to me:1. They told me that my deep cleaning treatment was not 100% covered, so I need to pay them a few hundred dollars. Out of that, I questioned about $150 that wasn’t categorized at all in the invoice. They said it’s an extra charge that they just don’t have any insurance “code” to charge against. Later, I found out that it was a charge for the electronic toothbrush. They didn’t tell me until they handed me that after the treatment. They said it is “included” in the deep cleaning package.2. The electronic toothbrush started losing its charge after a couple months of using it. These days, any electronic toothbrush would last at least a couple years. They obviously gave me the old model that must’ve been sitting in their closet for who knows how long. The toothbrush machine now cannot even hold charge long enough to complete one usage.3. I told them that I want to change the clinic, and they said the dental insurance won’t let me do that because with deep cleaning, they require me to stay with the same clinic for one year to complete full treatment. I called the insurance company and found out that’s not true, and I’m free to change my clinic. I immediately changed my clinic and will never go back to Western Dental.4. I met two dentists there and they both recommended me whitening solution. I didn’t even mention anything in the beginning because I wasn’t interested, but they started telling me to ask nurses for what they offer. They didn’t even ask me if I was interested. The whole clinic is just like a store trying to sell their products.This facility definitely lacks any professionalism with ethics in medical industry. Find some other dentists office that treat you as a patient, not a customer.

Girl at the front had a bit of attitude when I came to cancel my appointment in which I had waited quite some time to be seen for a simple consultation. The girl with the mustache really needs to check herself, she works in a field where her type of behavior isnt tolerated. I wonder what management would think of rude fowl employees that cant even sympathize for patients waiting excess time.

Dont even think about going to this place. I can only rate one star because my son and daughter are still patients here so I dont have a choice but we will move to another clinic soon. I am not surprised they got 2.4 average on the reviews.

I rate Western Dental five stars, because they were kind, gentle and understood my fears and concerns.When I first arrived I met a beautiful smiling face, Mayra - receptionist. She went above her call of duty allowing me to wait at a coffee house and she’ll call me when ready. Little did she know.....I was terrified.Serenity, the Patient Care Coordinator, took her time and was very patient with me. She made me feel.....I was in good care and she was going to help me. She actually conquered my fears. Her eye makeup was so pretty, that I had to keep my eyes on hers as I listened. Lol.Dr. Salacup was awesome. He filled two cavities and did a deep cleaning and I’m not hurting the next day... I love my Western Dental team. Thanks y’all.

Really bad service waiting time with appointment 2hrs

Wait time is terrible! Very bad customer service as well! I was waiting to be called in for over 45 minutes! On top of that, when I got called in the Doctor was working on someone else’s chart he kept coming to me and leaving back and forth working on a chart and on my self at the same time! I got up and told him I had to go, if I didn’t do that god knows how long I would have been sitting in that chair waiting for him! Bad bad bad!

There customer service is horrible and the front staff is very rude. I came in to get a tooth pulled and they do other stuff and charge you for it. Now Im stuck with a high bill and nothing to show for it because they wont give me the stuff there charging me for . I will never be going here again and I will never recommend western dental to anyone. Your front staff should learn some manners instead of thinking there entitled.

Horrible service starting with the waiting time. I have had to wait more than an hour for my appointment. The billing department is bad too. I was supposed to be refunded for a service I didnt receive and after three months, I had to remind them. On top of that, they always have different dentists which makes diagnostics very inconsistent as well as treatment. First time I went for a check up they told me everything was fine. I went back a few weeks after and told me I needed treatment for my gums. How does that work? Makes no sense. Sorry but you have lost a customer.

This is very unprofessional place to go for treatment. We waited for 1 hour to come out without any treatment, and be asked to go to the front desk to make another another appointment for a cleaning.The personal is so rude, I don t know how they stay in business. Don t waste your time scheduling appointments there.They need to understand that their service doesnt rise to the level of our expectatiobs. Our time is valuable.

I am very angry with the western dental service The ladies at the front desk are rude and have a bit of attitude. Especially the one that say she the manager that sit on side desk that process payments. These people just want your money. I say they just legally scam you out of money and cover it up with being a dental offices selling high price dental cleaning trays saying you need them so they can charge you. They told me that my insurance will cover stuff to have me sign billing stuff which after signing and getting trays insurance don’t even cover this stuff. They lie to get you to buy the stuff they market for their own business profit. And when I went there and let them know I don’t want them they say the tray is non refundable and I’m still getting billed for it. And to top it off they violet HIPPA Patient personal information. I’m telling them that I don’t want the $800 trays and I don’t need them the FAT front desk manager girl Arezo says yes you do the dentist say you have(......) loudly for others to hear They desk is right in front to where every patient is sitting there and they are saying your information out loud. Information I’m diagnosed with from dentist isn’t to be shared with the entire office of people. I’m angry I feel so violated and scammed out of $850.

Terrible Terrible Wait times Customer Service stinks BAD!! No understanding nor consideration for people time. There is a lack of communication between the back office and the dentist office itself. This causes a mess with appointment scheduling and makes everything take so long! They are kind but not very attentive. I waited in the reception area with my kids (both under 10) to be seen for more then an hour only to wait in the dentist chair for over an hour to be seen by the dentist. This happened more then once, in fact it happens almost every time. You definitely need to plan to have a whole day free if you make an appointment here.

This place is disgusting and dirty. They have drill bits and mouth guards laying on the floor. The chairs are covered with hair from previous clients. The back office is in disarray and I’m afraid they will use a dirty tool on you. Oh btw don’t bother the lazy, fat receptionist cause they are too busy talking among themselves to care about you. They will roll their eyes at you for actually making them work!!Good luck!

Do not go here! Ive had two fillings fall out in less than two months. They provide horrible quality work. They dont smooth anything out, and will leave your mouth in worse shape than before you came in. The wait times are ridiculous. You might as well not even show up for an hour after your appointment is scheduled. Honestly, go somewhere else. Western Dental is a poor excuse for an orthodontist.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called for a emergency dental visit because I was having severe pain. guy on phone made it on 06/13/2019 for 4pm.I get there and front desk told me it was a 5pm.( I waited) front desk told me my co pay was a dollar. I am on state insurance medical and dentical should be free of charge and my dental visit covered.( I have a disability and no job) I tell my boyfriend he comes on to pay the 1 dollar and they tell him nevermind. I go in back for x Rays and i tell the girl, I am in pain and have anxiety of the dentist. She checked my blood pressure it was high. After x Rays, I go in back for dentist to come over. As soon as he pokes at my gums and back tooth I bust into tears. He said I had 3 cavities and needed undergum cleaning. They where going to have hygienist come over and look and go over everything. She comes over and checks I bust into tears agian .they have serenity come over and talk with me. Going over all charges and next appointment. Basically the procedure 1,300.00. Wanted 137.00 to do procedure.would run my credit a payment plan if needed. I leave here with a oral rinse prescription. I left in tears, in pain, I had a severe anxiety attack. Not one of the staff or dentists asked if I was okay.i had to ask for tissue to clean my face up I was a mess. I get home call my insurance company. Dentical they said, there should be no co payment. And I am covered for all of the dental work free of charge for being on the state. So my question is why are they trying to charge??? And are they pocketing the co payments .. I reported this to BBB I hope they get investigated.I take my buisness else where.I also had braces on my son in past with western Dental in roseville ca.My son had state insurance as well. My ex husband pay for them. My question is why wasnt it covered. Why charged when he had state insurance. It shouldnt have costed anything .This place seems to be a scam and pocketing money. Just saying in my personal opinion and experience. I hope they get investigated.

If you can avoid this place, DO IT. They are slow beyond belief and unprofessional. No matter what your appointment time is,you will be in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour past that. Then they take you to a room to wait longer. They will make you an appointment to come in, knowing the dentist you need is not there. So then they have to make you another appointment to come back. The Oral Surgeon is ONLY there TWICE a month, so they are cramming ALL the patients in those days. This is true for ALL LOCATIONS I have been to. Now this Antioch location has taken it to another level. On my return appointment for a Broken tooth: My appointment was at 2pm,I arrived and registered. I asked if they were running behind schedule. He replied, no. So I have a seat, and waited until 2:45 before being called. The lady takes me to a room, where she proceeds to tell me that the surgeon is finishing up with his last patient and will be taking his lunch before working on me. The look on my face was priceless because I could not believe she was actually saying that to me. So being curious I asked how long was that? She responded 45 minutes to an hour. Thats when I lost my patience. I told her what I thought about it, then told the manager and called the corporate office. While on the phone with corporate the dentist walks in and says do you want me to come back? I say NO WAY, IM READY AND BEEN READY SINCE 2PM. Its a week later and my mouth is still hurting like the 1st day. I know the dentist hurt my jaw on purpose. So I say to you again STAY AWAY.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. They try to have good receptionists, but arent. I come in everytime to get a simple rubber band change for my braces and it is an hour or more wait for a 5 minute job. The staff doing your teeth always gossip and take forever and hardly pay attention. One time the lady made my gums bleed and she got mad because it wouldnt stop bleeding when she was the one who caused it by talking. I checked in at 9:30 and everyone checking in at 10, 10:30, and 11am have all been helped before me. Would NOT reccomend unless you enjoy wasting your entire day! The manager only hires Mexicans as receptionists and are very rude

Plan to wait several hours (past your appoiment time) for simple check up or cleaning. Office is dirty.

I showed up for an appointment with my 4 children and they refused to see three of my children because they are under 5 years of age. Further, when asked if they could recommend any other locations that would see my young children they said no and to try Youthful Tooth in Pinole.I went home, did some research and called the Western Dental location at 2590 Sycamore, Antioch this location confirmed that they can see my 2 year old and 3 year old. Hopefully when we show up at the Sycamore location we wont get the run around we got here.Im hoping the experience at this location is not indicative of all the Western Dental locations. If your website encourages parents to start their childrens tooth care young and your website boasts that your businesses take toddlers, it is ridiculous and poor service that a confirmed appointment is refused due my children being 2 and 3 years old. They have a full mouth of teeth, why cant you see them?

I had my deep cleaning today, the hygienist just finished the right lower part of my gum which I don’t think a good idea. She was obviously in a rush while doing the cleaning (she did it whithin just less than 30mins) and told me to schedule for the next appointment to do the rest of my teeth. Now I don’t know if I’m coming back for the next appointment.

Terrible wait time and service. Supervisor very rude. She Lies, and lies, lies. They all cover up one another and they end up all denying what they said. She cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They cancelled my daughters appointment after we checked in 2x. Then on that second time, my daughter got up to ask it had been an hour and half, we found out the first receptionist hadnt been checked in when we checked in at 12pm. The 2nd receptionist checked her in close to 145pm. And they play this game as if they dont know why.The only 1 start I gave is for the dentist. He was very polite and efficient. I let him know we waited long and he was polite enough to apologize.They charged my son a cancellation fee for something they know wasnt necessary. After I cancelled they literally kicked us out, for uncovering their lies.I believe the main problem îs the management, those 2 supervisors, the chubby one tries to sell you everything and you dont even need ir and she has the nerve to get an attitude.

My appointment was an hour late (@9:30am!) After the initial checkup, they spent 30 mi bites trying to strong arm me into taking out a dental loan for my follow up work. Such sleazy service. I was not impressed with the professionalism of any in the employees I interacted with. The front desk did not know the difference between a deductible and a loan. He argued wi th me that instead if a deductible, that I owed the insurance company that amount and offered to let them use my credit card to pay off the loan! The insurance had no affiliation with Western Dental, so who would get the money?The day after this mess, I received an email reminder for a follow up appointment. But I did not make one. They just did it without asking.Never, ever go to this Western Dental. I also regret that I was forced to give them one star. They didnt earn it.

First time going to this place.. Besides them moving really fast and not explaining anything to you and having you sign stuff. Iwas sold a toothbrush and some other stuff they didnt mention I was buying because I was in the dental chair where they had me signing documents. I had mentioned to the Dr and the stuff I had just came from a cruise the day before and that i didnt comprehend what was being done. Went home and the nexts day decided I wanted to cancel my services they told me to come in on Wednesday with all the goodies I figured they had giving me I agreed. Got there Wednesday and was told that I couldnt cancel and that I had signed documents and that they could not accept the toothbrush back and I was response for the service. This was the worst service Ive every had in my life and I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff on Wednesday had a bad attitude and the manager just set there and didnt say nothing. Very unprofessional place

I wanted them to change my wired because the wire was poking my gums but than they siAd no.you’re to late we have no doctor here I was like ok,so i left.i went to my car To go leave then I seen the doctor left.I was okay they just lied to me so I went back then I told them why were you guys liying to me then they were quiet by the way the people at the front desk are so LAZY and REALY don’t care about you they just want there money and I never went back there again.iBy the way if they even have zero stars I would rate them zero stars

Bad, poor, disgusting dental services. They don’t tell you even what they doing. Give you service with mouth shut and angry face. No explanation no best outcome. Because we have medical that’s why.

I got my braces from here expecting it to be so cheap and amazing. No! Dont do it. They do as little as possible everytime you come in so that they keep you for as long as they can. Workers are so freaking mean and they dont know what they are doing. I regret WASTING my money and time here. They told me I would have my braces for 2 years, nope. They pushed it out for 3. Of course I was annoyed so I switched to Gorzyca Orthodontist. She got my braces off in a few months. Goes to show that Western dental really only cares about money. May I add, this is a teaching dental practice. They really dont know what they are doing AND they basically are using you as practice/Experiment. Dont waste your time and money here.

I ended up in the ER after having my wisdom teeth pulled

I had a reasonably nice experience, considering the circumstances... I had developed two severe cavities that ate right down the enamel, dentin and into the pulp. The condition was EXTREMELY painful and I was unable to sleep for 4 days. The first day I called the corporate office which connected me to the Lone Tree office. The first woman I talked to(I wont give names to protect their privacy) was blunt and rude about the condition I was in and would NOT check with the oral surgeon to ask if I could come in for an emergency extraction(laziness I guess). This denial of help worsened my stress about the whole situation and brought me to a very hopeless and painful state(physically and emotionally). The SECOND time I called I asked for the oral surgeons assistant directly and was connected with Serenity who helped me the last time. Serenity was kind about my condition and promptly asked the surgeon if I could come in for an extraction of my two molars. I was able to get an appointment for three days later, reason being the oral surgeon was only there fridays. I endured the suffering for an additional 3 days knowing it would soon be ended. At last, friday came and it was like Christmas for my teeth! I came into the office and checked in with Serenity at the front desk and back I went. The extraction went OK but the drilling and cracking of my teeth was creepy. Anyways, I am very happy to have the teeth gone that were bothering me so much and I have Western Dental to thank for that! Overall a reasonably good experience, for the circumstances that is LOL!

I had a exam with dr khan last month and was hesitant to start dentures sadly I wasnt able to do regular dentures and needed implanted dentures I had no bone I was given a quote by arezol and I was still hesitant during the consult I told her I would think about it which she advised me to get a 2nd opinion since it was a lot of money .. she said she doesnt want me to rush because its a big investment in my mouth she seemed very stern and educated on what she was telling me so I took her advice and saw 3 other dentist and paid over 200$ for the exams since they did not take my medical insurance so I went in on Monday and told her I appreciated her honesty and was ready to proceed. I am very greatful for dr khan and her I didnt feel pressured or rushed they both have been very professional and very educated ... cant wait to get my new smile! Thanks dr and arezol !!

This office has been amazing to me. I went in with my whole mouth in terriable shape. I was embarssed and ashamed of my smile. The dentist listened to me and was kind and compassionate toward me. BOTH him and the front office lady Azzro worked together with me for a affordable payment plan and then I had appointment 3 days later to get my teeth all pulled and immediate dentures put in the same day they even put inba rush at the lab so my dentures would be ready the day i got my teeth pulled. They were also amazing the day i got them pulled I had a little freak out and they were amazing then and didnt treat me like I was stupid. THEY have been completely wonderful to me and I am forever grateful to them because now i can smile and not worry whos going to see my horriable teeth. Thanks to the wonderful people here i have a awasome white smile I can be proud of

I would give this company a zero if I could. Expect to be slapped with charges for work you had done 4 years ago. They dont provide correct insurance coverage cost and then send you a bill 3+ years later expecting you to be okay with paying it. Even when you dispute the charges they charge you late fees. Mind you these charges after 4 years can cost you upward to hundreds of thousands of dollars. The good doctors have their own practices outside of western dental. They charged me ~$150 for products I declined to purchase. When I asked why they were put on my account anyways I was told Oh she doesnt work here anymore, how professional. Later I got a bill for ~$267 for duplicate charges of the same products I declined and service charges for 2013 when they failed to contact the insurance company with the correct work needing to be done. Please avoid this place, other practices will work with you if you have financial issues.

I love the staff here at Western Dental. Being greeted by Arezos smiling face, instantly puts me at ease, knowing I need extensive dental care. She is always there encouraging me, smiling, and answers any questions I have. Both my mother and I feel very blessed to have the amazing support from the entire team. Words can not express my gratitude for her (Arezo) Dr. Salacup and Danielle. They are my heroes and have me smiling again!

I went here as a new patient for a general cleaning. I also came early bc I knew I had to fill out paperwork. However, with my experience working in a medical office, I knew that insurance had to be checked prior to patients coming in; mine was not checked & there was an issue. After being there almost an hr, I was not able to be seen bc the could not do a FMX xray and all I need was a cleaning. Im pretty sure they couldve did a general xray for my cleaning and then did the FMX xray another day. I wad willing to even pay cash for my FMX xray. I ended up wasting an hour there, all bc they couldnt do an FMX xray. They couldve handled things in a different way. Poorly communicated.

Terrible -terrible service.I waited hour and as half only to find out they had not checked me.The girl that checked me in actually asked asked me who had.And she she said that the people waiting before me would be called in first. I only stayed because of my granddaughter needing to be seen by the dentist. I cant even give them one star that is how unprofessional they were.

Don’t get good help from the workers, The lady at front told me about The dentures and show me the detail, She’s asking me to make an appt and did call . Then telling me it’s not covered, I have an ins and their advertisement they covered . Bad system and customer service, never make an appt with western dental!

I dont understand how this place isnt closed down they have unprofessional staff and long waits that why make a appointment the dentist and some of the assistance are very unprofessional and rush like they dont want to be there. .this office is a joke sad business

I planned to make an appointment here for all 4 in my family, but after read all negative reviews from a year ago until now, scared and changed my mind.Im wondering all responded back from management is same and ask to call back! Management has to answer it here and let peoples judge themselves.
