I could not be happier with my decision of going to Aspen Dental (Antioch) office! I have dreaded dentist offices my whole life, until going to Aspen of Antioch. The entire staff from front to (in the mouth)team, were excellent and extremely kind and professional. I will not go anywhere else from now on for dental work. I found my teeth a home base 🙏🏼💙😁 🦷 🪥

Dr. Tolla and his entire staff are amazing! Went in for severe gum pain in my back jaw. After a stint of antibiotics, things got better. A week later the pain came back with a vengeance. I couldnt wait to see the oral surgeon, so Dr. Tolla was able to do a quick procedure that quickly resolved all my issues. I was worried I would be hit with a sky high bill, only to find that between 4 visits and a minor surgery my overall payments were just a sliver of what I was expecting.

I recently received a cleaning and a filling here, everyone was nice and professional. Brandon the hygienist and Dr.Tolla were understanding when I told them I have sensitive teeth. I didnt have any pain when I received my cleaning or filling! I highly recommend them!

This was my first time there. I walked in and everyone was so friendly and kind. I went there knowing that I was going to hear some not so good news. I was right but it was actually worse than I thought. The doctor went over everything with me telling me what I need to get done. He could tell I was very overwhelmed with all of this information and assured me that it will be printed out and each step will be gone over with me. I was glad about that because there was no way I was able to take in the huge list of issues I am having to be fixed. After my visit with the doctor I was taken to an area where everything was gone over with me including all of the pricing. They put me at ease saying that it is one step at a time. I am really glad that I went there and hope my experience continues to stay positive as they are going to be seeing a lot of me:-)

So far so good. I am a new patient. Prices are fair and the staff is professional and friendly. Office is super clean and new. My work schedule can be unpredictable and scheduling has not been an issue. I will review again when my procedures are complete.

The staff is so amazing! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiles! Kenzie made me feel right at home! Dr. Tolla is so amazing he explained everything that I needed done very well and confident that I can take it step by step. All of the ladies in the back was just as amazing. Then when I talked to Jenne. She broke everything down step by step. So no surprises here. This office is amazing thanks everyone for making my experience a happy one.

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time yesterday and had the best experience I have ever had with a dental office! The staff were very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and were happy to explain every detail from the new features in electric toothbrushes to the breakdown of the dental work costs. Every step of the way I felt comfortable and confident that my conserns were being heard. Even the office atmospher seems bright and happy, just like the staff! I 100% recomend stopping in Aspen dental!

The team at this location did amazing work I had one of my lower molars extracted just yesterday and I can say I’m in very little to almost no pain or discomfort.

Not usually very big on the big box store type of businesses, but all the staff here was great!

Called late Friday afternoon because I had a horrible tooth ache and they were able to get me in early saturday morning. Staff was amazing friendly and helpful.

Yes. The office is new they are eager to do extra work like a bridge I did not really need right now but I was tired of being embarrassed of my missing tooth. I have been in pain ever since. I had the answering service page the doctor and eventually after 3 hours, I got some pain meds. My bridge came in and my tooth was very sensitive throughout the procedure even after being numbed. I asked for pain meds to be sent to my pharmacy and was turned down flat. I did not want to be in pain over the weekend. Today is Friday and I am in pain. I was told, not by the doctor that I could not get pain meds unless I go to the ER!!! Wow thanks Aspen. I may need a root canal as a side affect from the procedure, but I will be going elsewhere for any more procedures. I am not an addict, I am in pain and have been since the bridge prep. Unsure what I think of this place.

I found Aspen Dental after having a negative experience with my previous dentist. All people at Aspen were helpful and explained things well and truly made me feel like they cared for me and their charges were well explained I recommend them highly

Very nice people here. They had to wrestle with my insurance Co.s apparent ignorance of my dental coverage and finally worked thru it. The only odd thing is that there seem to be tiers of teeth cleaning. The cleaning recommended for me is not covered by insurance. It used to be de-plaque-ing, polishing and anything else associated with cleaning was all part of the cleaning process and 100% covered by insurance. At Aspen, the basic cleaning is pretty much polishing with little actual cleaning. The cleaning I need(as recommended by Aspen) is above the basic($125 above). Ive never heard of that before. These chains are geared more towards selling and you can feel it but overall it seems to be a good operation. Not sure if the cleaning thing is going to drive me elsewhere or not. Evaluating that now.

Six months after getting fillings my teeth hurt more now than they did before going here. i cant chew on my right side without a sharp pain. that coupled with the dentist having to yank a spacer he used for a filling that got bonded to my tooth while curing the filling ill never go back here. i recommend looking elsewhere

Good service overall but a little lengthy for initial visit. Usually in and out under an hour at my previous dentist. This one close to 2 hours in total.

Everyone was kind and patient with me. I will go back when I feel stronger.

Make me spend my weekend In pain. Arrived at 11 on Friday the X-ray took an hour and I was scheduled for a tooth removal on Monday.
