From start to finish, outstanding service. They were quick to respond to my voicemail, they scheduled a date within the week, showed up on time, fixed 4 separate showerheads that had not been installed properly by the prior plumbers we hired, and checked a number of other items. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and all for a very reasonable cost. I don’t leave reviews often, but it was so refreshing to have someone come out, fix everything you need, and not overcharge. Highly recommend!

As you’d expect with any 1950s era home, stuff can break regularly and the folks at A-A Annandale have always been ready to help. Just this week with temperatures hitting triple digits, Wendy picked up my 8:30am call and Don was out to help service the AC unit by 11am. He walked me through what was going on and what to pay attention to going forward. My AC unit suddenly stopped working. I made the call to A-AA Annandale and with an hour and a half the technician arrived. Thankfully it was a simple fix and a good cleaning and my AC is up and running. They are the first one I call when I need a repair of my heating or air conditioner.

The plumbing technician called early to say that he would arrive in ten minutes, if that was OK. Despite the discomfort when my A/C didnt take the temp down to the setting promptly - it was back on after cycling through off, heat, & back to cool - he performed the unexpected: a repair on the same day, so a second trip wasnt required. This, following a bad medical situation & the pandemic, is a miracle, as far as Im concerned, for which I am very grateful. Thank you!

My old boiler failed in mid-winter. Mark and his crew were here on site the day I called, inspected the old boiler, provide me with their assessment and gave me the option to repair the old or purchase a new boiler. They took their time to answer all of my questions and I decided to have them install a new boiler. I have been using A-A Annandale since 2008. I live in an old home and they have been here dozens of times for HVAC and plumbing work. They have always provided excellent service. I have never had an issue that was not promptly fixed. If you have a repair or remodel that is something they do not provide service for they will happily give you a reference to a contractor who does that particular work and even give you a ballpark estimate of what kind of charge you may expect. Their prices come straight out of a price book and are straight forward and always explained in detail. The service technicians, office staff, and owner are all very polite and responsive. Prior to myself living in the home my aunt and uncle had used them for decades. My family has been a customer of theirs since at least the 1970s that I am aware of and there has never been an issue. This is an excellent family owned business that I am happy to be a long time customer of.

Ive used AA Annandale before and would again. They are professional, polite, positive and on time. My only issue is the markup on the wax ring and water line. I expect to pay more off the truck but I thought it was too high.

AA-Annandale was recommended on my neighborhood email listserve, so when our AC went out last summer I gave them a call. They were able to come out that day and assess our system. I was not surprised to learn we needed a new HVAC. They worked with us to explain the different options by vendor and by price, so that we could get the system that fit our budget but was still high quality for energy efficiency. The installation was very smooth as well- they came on time, keep the mess and interruption to a minimum as they installed a whole new system. The outside pad was able to be improved in the process as well. We had no issues with the system and it is working very well with our energy bills lower in the process.

As a do-it-yourselfer homeowner, there are some occasions when I need professional assistance. I have used A-AAnnandale Plumbing (based on a neighbors recommendation) two times in the past year, and both experiences were very positive. Tradesmen with years of plumbing expertise fixed the situation without making a bigger job out of the problem. Each plumber that came (on the two separate occasions) were very polite, neat, and quickly assessed the situation, got the tools and supplies they needed out of their truck, and finished the work in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Very rude. The lady answered the phone and asked to put me on hold and without me saying anything did it anyway. waited 8 mins then she came on the phone and said, what do you need. Told her my name and who I was with and before I could finish she said not interested and hung up on me.. I was not selling anything. Was trying to see how much something would be for my grandparents house. Dont plan on calling to use them again.
