Had the truck right when I pulled up. The service was fast and easy, as well as the return on the deposit. Would highly recommend for emergency in town moving.

I reserved a truck more than two weeks prior to our move date. Dave called me THE NIGHT BEFORE the pick up date and told me that the truck that I reserved was not available, nor were any larger or equivalent trucks.

Difficult to find the location. Does not have Budget Truck Rental on the directory close to road nor is there a sign of their existence in the driveway.I filled up the gas tank and noticed my cc was charged an extra $$ amount to find out I was charged for a full tank of gas for NO reason!The mgr., Dave was caught in his very own trap!! To answer the phone, hold the call, and come back 3 min. later to say the mgr is not here. (Liar!!! You knew before you answered whether he was there or not!) I asked him his name? (Dave) Oh! I just spoke to you the other day and clearly you said I am the manager! The games you play & the lies say.So now I go on with my concern as he studdars and dont recall his remarks of the fleet of trucks Budget rents. But Dave was fully aware of my issue at hand, an unsafe and hazardous truck to rent let alone to drive. I have to wait till my contract closes out before anything can be done. This call was to verify he seen and noticed the issue and he denied it!!Poor customer service! I wont rent from this location again let alone Budget! This is what Budget stands for and put up with!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I rented from this location twice now. The second time while dropping off the vehicle, the attendant didn’t even check the mileage of the truck and charged me $35 when I know I never went over mileage. I also filled up the gas tank. He didn’t ask for my name or want to see any receipt. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. I’m furious I ever chose to use them. When I called to ask what the descrepency was, I was sent to some call center and a lady in another country asked for my name three times. Then she hung up!Please trust me. Don’t use this location.

Nothing major, just a few minor issues. No cruise control. The cab is not a separate enclosure from the box so it is pretty noisy. I wish the radio had bluetooth so I could play my own music.Truck did what it was supposed to, move stuff from Point A to Point B.

Good pricing on rental trucks jus very difficult to find there location. They have no signs out by road to let you know they are there.

Good service and good prices. Online coupons keep prices below UHaul and trucks are a bit bigger. Ask for Dave!
