Excellent customer service here. Easy parking, too.
Its a hit or miss when it comes down to package processing times. Never had any issues when it came to customer service.
Lame. They are extremely inefficient. Possible to reach. No answers. Waiting on mail for weeks now from previous address.Would not survive a year in the private sphere. Let them compete with UPS and FEDEX.
Rudest lady Ive ever encountered works there. They really need to hire new employees.
Really slow service but they eventually did take my package the staff were kind and my order was fulfilled quite fast just very slow service
Very nice workers, I dont know why anyone would give anything but 5 stars.
The staff is always friendly and quick.
Having a commercial space in the mall thats open from 11-7, and for some reason the post office guy will not bring me my packages. He’s saying he left a note due to me not being here. Where’s the “note”???? At this point, I think its best they hold my mail at the post office and I grab it myself. My granny always said “If you want it done right, do it yourself.”
I had a package that was failed to be delivered for some reason. I was never notified of this issue to begin with no note in the mailbox, nothing. It ended up getting sent back to the company without me knowing. I called multiple times to talk to someone there and kept getting a busy tone or someone picking up and then hung up.I had to call the Stadium location to talk to someone who then had to call the Liberty local for them to call me back 4 days later! When the manager did call me back Pam she was super rude about helping me out. She was laughing and making really snarky remarks. We had issues with delivery people not wanting to walk up our driveway because of how steep it is so for her to immediately shut it down like it could never happen was rude. I have seen it multiple times before being home and all. All I wanted was my package and I was okay with picking it up but she was not having it. Bad experience all away around.
There’s so many issues with deliveries. One of them is that for apartment buildings they don’t even ring the buzzer. Apartment buildings have to stay locked on the outside for safety reasons. Ring the buzzer so the person knows their package is here. It’s laziness. We have to wait for a redelivery because of laziness. Just ring the buzzer for apartment buildings. Get it together Usps
IS THERE A WAY TO AWARD ZERO STAR?!!!! geeessss.... I bought a single phone and the vendor nicely shipped it by the USPS. Now here I am playing detective for my own package and it is not funny. :( How come I am one who is stressed when I am supposed to be listening to calm music on my new phone? I always live a simple life: I pay my money, I get what I pay for, not I pay my money, then I have to work like an investigator to figure out where my stuffs are.
Was there at 3pm today to get fingerprinted, clerk 77 (wouldnt give me his name, older gentleman) was very rude to me for no apparent reason
I just had the worst customer service experience of my life at my neighborhood post office. A glitch with their scale caused me to be charged $100 to mail 50 standard envelopes (i.e. twice as much as it should have cost). As soon as I noticed the error, I went back and asked for a refund. Manager after manager (including the head of the branch) refused to help me, citing USPS policy. Oh, so USPS policy is to spurn their customers and rob them of their hard-earned money?! Needless to say, I am incredibly frustrated and hoping with every fiber of my being that I dont have to go there ever again. But given that I own a small business and mail items regularly, thats highly unlikely. Guess I just have to deal with their incompetent and unkind service! I will, however, weigh my items and calculate the postage cost myself next time. I recommend that you do the same.
This post office location used to be so bad and the employees so mean and rude that I would drive across town or to UPS. Lately I see a definite improvement but still don’t think of it as a happy place. I do hope they continue to appreciate their jobs and strive to keep the post office a viable institution
I was trying to get in touch with this post office for two weeks as I had a very important package there and was out of town and couldnt get there in time to get it. Their phone was LITERALLY never answered. I called at different hours on different days and none of them worked. The other post offices kept giving me the same number so I know thats the one that worked.
The staff there is good and humorous, enjoy my time there
Today I asked an employee for help with mailing something using a flat-rate envelope. I have only done this once a long time ago, and realizing I had forgotten something at home that needed to go in the envelope, I asked if I could just take the envelope and mail it later (I suspected, but did not know for sure that envelope itself was free). He told me the envelope was free, but for some reason he also asked have you never mailed this kind of envelope before? which I was confused by because why does that matter? I replied that I usually have someone do it for me, meaning that I go to the service counter immediately and get help with it rather than taking the envelope and mailing it later. His response to that was to call me a princess, which I thought was weird and offensive. My automatic reaction was to give him a weird look - I did not say anything though - I just began to leave. As I was leaving, he was going on about how it was just a joke in a very defensive tone and then he shouted that I needed to grow up as I was walking out the door. I didnt even say anything to him after his name-calling because I wished to just get on with my errands and not to escalate the situation...and that is what happened. I wish his supervisor had been around to see that.
I ship packages weekly from this location, and the staff is outstanding. They’re efficient, friendly, and helpful. They take the time to explain options to me, and always welcome my questions. Thank you!
Called twice, and spoke to Charles. I told him my package had not been scanned in over a week and was lost. His response was, “So? What’s the problem?” I said, “I paid for priority shipping, and now it’s lost, that’s the problem.” After he had me repeat the tracking number 3 times, he said he’d look into it, and get back to me the same day. After 7 hours of nothing, I called him back. He then changed his tune to, “I told you today or tomorrow! I don’t have to get back to you at all!” He then hung up on me....Where do such wonderful postal workers come from? I’m confident a trained chimp would have better manners.....
Somewhat efficient in their wait times. Went to pick up keys to the PO Box and the employee who helped me was fairly rude.
Mailed a Valentines card through this office in the first week of February and I just found it in my mailbox OPENED. Its the second week of May how is it even possible I am just now getting this mail back? It wasnt incorrectly addressed I have no idea why it didnt make it where it was going. I have successfully sent mail to the address before I dont have the address wrong. Its absolutely ridiculous! Based on the many other poor reviews and similar sounding situations this appears to be the norm at this location.
Had no issues with this place. Staff very friendly. Lines move quick too. Prices good and supplies huge.
Totally unprofessional. They do not answer the phone often, or promptly. Moreover, took a full 10 working days to deliver my postbox key, and this only after I had called several times. Then, I had to call at least twice to report that the key the postman had left for a parcel locker was not working - the first time, nothing was done about it. The second time I called, I asked why nothing was done about this when I first called, and received a very rude reply from a female who was screaming down the phone at me, even though she accused me of not being calm (which was a fabrication). Thirdly, left out my flatmates name from the postbox, and this female retorted on the phone, How was the postman to know this? Its very simple - his name was on the lease, too, which was a required document for the application of the postbox keys in the first place.Altogether shameless - this is what happens when you socialise services.
I, happen to like this location, the staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. Yes they are sometimes very busy it busy depends on the time of as with any business. If you’re stuck in a 9 to 5 life you should expect that and quite complaining. I find the place wide open no waiting around 2:00 PM. Nice people, A++ Frankie Bartson, Ann Arbor Amplifier
Very bad service!
Nobody answers phone all the time. Is it correct phone number posted ?
I had ordered something online i had a tracking number and the day it was supposed to be delivered it never showed. the tracking showed it being scanned to the mail truck but somehow never made it to me. now the tracking says it was never delivered and the people here say its a lost package and i wont be getting it. also the only thing i can do is wait a month before i can even file a claim with them to take care of it. absolutely ridiculous.
This post office did an awesome job for me on Saturday afternoon before Valentines Day. They had very helpful and friendly staff, and the line moved very quickly!
All depends who you end up with. There are few I do everything I can to avoid by giving my spot away. They all seem to be unhappy doing what they are doing. They remind me of Neumann in Seinfeld.
5pm on Friday. One person working the register. Waited 20 minutes to drop off packages while the single cashier at the front performed some complicated financial transaction for a customer. The kicker is there were other people working who simply could not be bothered to tend to customers who had been waiting for a ridiculously long time. The problem may have been that there were all white people in the line. The petty satisfaction of making us wait was just too much to resist. This is not the only example of this type of subtly racist bureaucratic attitude Ive experienced there. Previously, a black woman called me to the counter, a brotha walks in and she immediately becomes preoccupied with this guy while Im standing there. I guess she thought better of it before telling me to step aside, but the impression I have of this place is there is some satisfaction these people get by exercising petty power and making certain people wait over others. What do you expect in Ann Arbor though, I guess. In general I like the reliability of the post office, but this is just bad management to have only one cashier downtown during rush hour.Time is money people. Even tax money. Get with it.
I love the USPS but this a really bad office. Twenty minute wait to buy stamps because of how understaffed and poorly managed. Staff was rude and conscending.
Great location. Real post office charm. Nice staff.
Placed my mail on hold for a month and I marked it that I was going to pick it up. I was told by the workers they were going to drop it off at my mailbox but it never showed up. Found out a week later, that its been at the post office the whole time. Staff needs to know what theyre doing
Passport service is so slow it hurts. Jeff knows one speed. SLOW......he is never in a hurry.
Mail is miss delivered all the time. Very late deliveries. Everyone has to take their neighbors mail to them. Vacant unit next door so she puts the junk mail in my mailbox. I have no use for this mail carrier. USPS stinks.
Staff are always courteous and helpful, even while dealing with a constant stream of customers.
Staff comes across as underappreciated and overworked, but they get the job done. Lines tend to be long. Given the location, Im surprised that I can almost always find parking.
The post office may always be under staffed, but Donald is always at this location ready to help in a very nice manner–thanks!!
Awesome location! They are also very helpful here!
Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Rude, curt service. Lost my package in the mail. I opened a complaint with USPS but the issue was not resolved and, ultimately, I was out about $100. Would not recommend, youre better off shipping with UPS or FedEx.
Sad!
Have always been helpful to me. 😊
Try answering your phone some time. A joke of a post office.
FUND THE USPS!
It is nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone. They did not deliver my mail at the end of a hold and I cant reach anyone to find out what is going on. This is not the first time this has happened.
Some of the clerks are helpful, but few of them are rude, impatient & always seems like unrest & busy.
I called several times no answer...!!😡
Fantastic! They always have what I need and while lines are long, they handle both packages and letters well.
The line moves fast here!
Some of the people are really rude. Virgil said he didnt have time for this after I asked him to repeat some numbers to me regarding a package that was never received.
Awesome service and really helpful staff
They absolute refuse to do their jobs by scanning picked up mail and packages, which leaves customers wondering when/if their packages will ever arrive.
Lost my package and dont answer their phones an hour before closing
Super nice service!
Unacceptable - reg carrier very good - sub ???? not
Service was quick and courteous.
What do you want
Quite incompetent!
The USPS headquarters in Ann Arbor.
Incompetent and careless.
