Bad service on processing a return. Customer service rep became irritated with me because I couldnt give him the exact discrepancy in the dimensions of the item I had bought - compared with the description (incorrect) on their website. Rude after the the interaction. The company has the wrong guy in the role. Suggestion: close the place for a day, do some training on customer service.

Saw there was only one review and it is negative; I had the opposite experience. Neither Lowes nor Home Depot had what I needed, but Fastenal did and the guy there was very helpful in finding it.I had broken a unique fastener for a skylight and would otherwise have had a huge headache finding a replacement.

No one wanted to help me and when they did it was terrible . Lowe’s has a better selection of nuts and bolts . Save your time and go somewhere else.
