Zippy chip was fantastic, I had several cracks, my insurance does not cover windshield cracks but at Zippy chip Jason will fix up to 3 cracks for 39.95 what a deal! One windshield crack was a good size everyone said nah! no one can fix that but Jason did, you have to be inside the car and look very closely to even a slight flaw in the windshield, amazing. Great customer service. I would recommend Zippy chip to everyone, why go anywhere else this is what Zippy chip does repair windshields dont wait till it spreads having to replace your whole windshield. Nice man, great service at a very good price.

This is the 3rd time I am getting my windshield chip/crack fixed from Jason in last 2 years. Great guy who knows a lot about the chip/crack and does a great job. The cracking and chipping in all 3 scenarios were different but he did a great job in all cases which demonstrates his quality of work and reliability in fixing the windshield problem. Jason seems very passionate about what he does and gets creative in understanding the type of issue and delivers the best fix possible. Highly recommend!!!

Jason is fantastic. Only in Ann Arbor will you have a guy who studied engineering at the University of Michigan fix your windshield and be able to explain to you the chemistry behind what is going on! He came out to my house at 7.30pm and was done repairing a 6-7 inch crack in about 30 minutes. This guy has his stuff together. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Jason.

Found a small chip/crack in the windshield, and had it repaired at Zippy Chip. The guy who did the repair, Jason, seemed very nice and did very good work. He seemed to be experienced, and the repair was completed without approximately 20 minutes. Ill update this review if needed, but Im optimistic it was A+ work. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Im disappointed in the guys at Zippy Chip. Brendan worked on a chip on my car last summer. He failed to move the cinder block he stood on while working on my car so that when I pulled off, I ran over it. We both acknowledge that this was a mistake and agreed that if I found anything wrong with the car later, Id let them know.I didnt find anything immediately, at least nothing I noticed until this year when my AC stopped working on the car. I took it to the shop and learned that the condenser was damaged. When the repairman asked if Id run over any debris on the road, I immediately thought of my experience with Brenden. I called Jason the owner, while the car was still at the shop and asked him to come over and take a look.I also asked if he would be willing to pay for the nearly $600 in damage that was caused. He went to the shop, seemed to be open to rectifying the situation and I thought wed get it resolved quickly. The next thing I know, I get an email denying responsibility simply because Brenden now was saying he didnt think hed caused that kind of damage.I wont trouble you with all the gory details. The long story short is that Jason will not return my calls and has completely disappointed me as a customer.For this reason I give Zippy Chip a BIG, FAT THUMBS DOWN. Not for the mistake but for the absolutely POOR customer service and follow through. Tread cautiously if you do decide to do business with them.Yodit -- Ann Arbor

Best solution for windshield cracks (especially if you have a new car or a high deductible), fast and friendly service, highly recommended, operates out of home but works in his parking lot and done within 20 minutes

I was clueless how this process worked, and Jason was beyond helpful as to what hed be doing and how it all worked. My windshield is back in perfect condition, and I would highly recommend.
