He is always on time, every time and always greets me with a pleasant smile and cheerful attitude. He is the consummate professional. His vehicle is clean and tidy, replete with background classical music (a plus for my taste) and complementary bottled water. On one occasion, we were nearly at the airport when I realized I had forgotten my cell phone. Said is the best. Ive been using his service for myself and for guests that come into town for many years, and Saids service has never disappointed. He is always waiting 15 minutes ahead of time when picking me up from home, and has never been late at the airport (I imagine he often has to wait for a long time as I go through customs etc, but he is always waiting with a smile on his face and never complained one bit).
