Dancin With Roxie is an amazing studio! I can’t say anything short of great things about them. My daughters danced there and now they have grown into teachers for the studio!! I see nothing but growth and potential from dancers at this studio! The owners have the best vision for everyone that attends and are so welcoming! Come join them!! You will feel like family the moment you walk in the door!!

We love our DWR family! This studio has the best teachers and families. We were new to dance and new to Ankeny 3 years ago and this studio opened their arms and gave my daughter literally a second family. They strive to be the best and you can be certain that your kiddo will get the best education. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone new to dance or looking to join a high-level competition team.

My daughter has been dancing at this studio for 3 years. This was her first competitive season at the age of 5. Each and every owner, instructor, and mom are so helpful and friendly. Dancin with Roxie is one large family that welcomes all their students with open arms.

Very professional studio that trains very talented dancers. In awe everytime I watch each group dance and perform their routines. Options for both recreational dance and competitive dance have been wonderful and my daughter has enjoyed her first year of both! Recital day was beautiful and organized. We have already signed up for multiple classes for both summer and fall; my daughter is so excited to continue dancing and building her skills and friendships at DWR 💜

My daughter has danced with DWR since it first opened in Ankeny, and my youngest is just starting. You feel like part of the family as soon as you start. Everyone is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help your child succeed! Teachers are very personable and are amazing role models. We would recommend this studio to anyone!

This studio from the owners, teachers, and students are top notch. The staff care so much about each one of their students as each are their own. Young dancers have so many girls to look up to and those older dancers are always there to love on those littles. Best place in Ankeny to dance!

We have only been at DWR for a year and that year just happened to be during COVID. I am amazed by how organized DWR is with their invoicing, it makes things way easier to plan for when I already know months in advance how much my bill will be. We had previously danced at another studio and it never felt like family over there but at DWR we feel like home! Thank you to all of the amazing teachers and parents for being so helpful and welcoming!

DWR is our second home, they feel like family! We have been at DWR for 5 years and it only gets better! Both of my girls have grown so much as dancers and personally as part of their competition team! We would never look anywhere else! We love our DWR dance family!

They offer everything in between! The owners, Roxanna, Richelle, and Reann have built a culture in their studio that is unlike any where our girls have danced previously. Our first season at DWR was something I can’t even begin to describe. Our daughter grew immensely... with more confidence and strength. I’m so incredibly proud of the dancer she has become and the tools that Dancin With Roxie team has given her to do so. This is her 7th year as a dancer, 6th as a competitive dancer and 1st season at DWR and this is the most growth I’ve ever seen from her.Thank you so so so so much!! All of you have played a special role in her growth this year.And to top things off... we made some pretty awesome new friends as well 🥰

Fantastic! We switched to this dance studio after 5 years elsewhere and we love it. The staff are kind and welcoming from day one. They immediately make you feel part of their dance family!

They went all virtual witch I understand due to the pandemic but I tried to get the video on 4 different devices and it never worked. When I reached out to them they didnt help and just sent me the same link. I tried multiple times then when asking if I could get reimbursed for at least half since no one could obviously help they wouldnt. They also ripped me off the first year with their false advertisement of their prices. Then when I showed them how it was falsely advertised (I wasnt the only parent) they had some teenager tell me it was a different class yet couldnt find any classes that cheap when I told her I wanted my daughter to switch to the cheaper class. The last year, she was supposed to have her picture taken at her recital and they never took her individual photo. I specifically asked if they had and they lied to me and said they did so now we wont have that years pictures because apparently my daughter wasnt a priority. They are money hungry, have very poor communication. Very glad we changed dance studios and we will never go back! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
